技术领域
本发明涉及功能性面料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有抗菌吸湿功能的内衣面料。
背景技术
如今,人们越来越关注生活环境、工作环境及自身的健康。为了适应和改善人们的生活环境和工作环境,提高人们的生活质量和生命质量,扩充人类的活动空间,功能性纺织品在人们的生活中占据了越来越大的比重。近些年来,国际时装界也不断掀起纤维大革命,功能性保健纺织品成为市场主流。
针织功能面料就是一种常被运用到的面料,手感好,还有一些保健功能,如竹炭纤维面料可以吸湿排汗、吸附异味、抗菌;纳米银纤维面料可以抗菌,且不改变纤维颜色,耐洗、耐晒、耐高温;负离子芳香面可以清香、抑菌;锗纤维面料能够蓄热保温、促进血液循环、抗疲劳;防酶抗菌面料采用中草药、植物香料等制成的天然染料与处理剂,处理后的天然针织面料抗菌防臭、防螨防霉;珍珠纤维面料可以养颜护肤、清火败毒,且光泽、手感俱佳。这么多的针织面料,让我们的生活更健康、更安全。
现实生活中,有一些人有腋下出汗多的情况,腋下被汗液浸湿,汗液经细菌分解会发出难闻的气味,保持身体清洁便能减低细菌滋生,使腋臭不会发作。每天可用消毒液(如滴露)或消毒药枧洗澡两至三次,否则会令细菌滋生繁殖,臭味更浓。但一出汗就洗澡显然是不现实的,而且现在的贴身衣物也并没有对这一问题做出改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以专用于贴身衣物腋下部位、透气性好的具有抗菌吸湿功能的内衣面料。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:一种具有抗菌吸湿功能的内衣面料,它包含面层和底层,面层与底层粘合;所述的面层为采用纯棉纤维经线和莫代尔纤维纬线交织而成的面料;所述的底层为采用康纶纤维经线和涤纶纤维纬线交织而成的面料。
作为本发明的进一步改进;所述的面层厚度为0.5—0.7mm,且其经纬密度为60*40。
作为本发明的进一步改进;所述的底层厚度为0.2—0.5mm,且其经纬密度为70*30。
作为本发明的进一步改进;所述的底层采用鸟眼布结构。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、面层采用纯棉与莫代尔纤维交织,柔软、舒适、弹性好、吸湿性、透气性均优于纯棉面料;
2、底层采用康纶纤维和涤纶纤维交织,康纶纤维是第一个抗菌+吸湿快干的纺织纤维产品,耐洗次数多,抗菌功能相对衣物使用寿命具有永久性;而涤纶纤维弹性好,强度高,易干;
3、底层采用鸟眼布结构透气性好,经漂染加工后,布身挺爽。

请参阅图1,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:一种具有抗菌吸湿功能的内衣面料,它包含面层1和底层2,面层1与底层2粘合;所述的面层1为采用纯棉纤维经线11和莫代尔纤维纬线12交织而成的面料;所述的底层2为采用康纶纤维经线21和涤纶纤维纬线22交织而成的面料。
所述的面层1厚度为0.5mm,且其经纬密度为60*40。
所述的底层2厚度为0.4mm,且其经纬密度为70*30。
所述的底层2采用鸟眼布结构。
所述的纯棉纤维是多孔性物质,且其纤维素大分子上存在许多亲水性基团(—OH),所以其吸湿性较好,一般大气条件下,棉纤维的回潮率可达8.5%左右;耐碱不耐酸;与肌肤接触无任何刺激,无负作用,久穿对人体有益无害,卫生性能良好。
所述的莫代尔纤维具有高强力纤维均匀的特点,具有良好的可纺性和纺织性,可以用传统的方法进行加工染色。具有吸水和透气性能佳,柔软滑爽,舒适平整的特点。莫代尔主要被用于人们的贴身衣物制造和家用纺织品中,其柔软光滑的特性会让人们穿着非常的健康舒适,也可以与其它材质的面料一起混纺,形成不同感觉的面料。
所述的康纶纤维将独特的银基抗菌物,添加到十字沟槽截面的聚酯纤维中,使其具备了强大持久的广谱抗菌功能,同时还因其快速干爽的效果,进一步减少细菌病毒的滋生繁衍,提升了服装的舒适性。康纶纤维既具棉的柔软,又有丝的顺滑,是制作衣物的良好素材。
