汽车电池盒模具斜置出线孔打入成型机构,包括模具型腔复板和型芯复板,型腔复板下安装型腔板,型芯复板上安装模脚,模脚上安装型芯板,型芯板与型腔板之间有注塑成型的电池盒,电池盒上制有斜向出线孔,模脚之间设置上顶板和下顶板,上顶板上连接斜顶杆,斜顶杆伸入型芯板中与电池盒的倒扣相配合,所述的型腔板与型腔复板之间设置垫块形成避空格,避空格中设置芯子固定块,芯子固定块上斜向设置抽芯滑块,抽芯滑块前端连接斜置抽芯杆,斜置抽芯杆伸入型腔板与斜向出线孔垂直配合,抽芯滑块的后端连接抽芯油缸。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车电池盒模具斜置出线孔打入成型机构,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如汽车电池盒,盒体上有出线孔。传统电池盒的出线孔设置在盒体的顶面,现在根据产品外形和结构分析,需要将出线孔设置在盒体的一侧,且要斜向设置,因此,需要设计一种斜置的出线孔成型结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用型腔侧斜置结构,芯子后打入成型,结构简单,装配方便的汽车电池盒模具斜置出线孔打入成型机构。
本发明汽车电池盒模具斜置出线孔打入成型机构的技术方案是:包括模具型腔复板和型芯复板,型腔复板下安装型腔板,型芯复板上安装模脚,模脚上安装型芯板,型芯板与型腔板之间有注塑成型的电池盒,电池盒上制有斜向出线孔,模脚之间设置上顶板和下顶板,上顶板上连接斜顶杆,斜顶杆伸入型芯板中与电池盒的倒扣相配合,其特征在于所述的型腔板与型腔复板之间设置垫块形成避空格,避空格中设置芯子固定块,芯子固定块上斜向设置抽芯滑块,抽芯滑块前端连接斜置抽芯杆,斜置抽芯杆伸入型腔板与斜向出线孔垂直配合,抽芯滑块的后端连接抽芯油缸。
本发明公开了一种汽车电池盒模具斜置出线孔打入成型机构,主要特点是在型腔板一侧的避空格中设置斜置抽芯杆,斜置抽芯杆伸入型腔板与斜向出线孔垂直配合,工作时,先是型腔板与型芯板完成合模,然后由抽芯油缸通过抽芯滑块带动斜置抽芯杆伸入型腔板中,并与电池盒的模腔配合,作为出线孔的成型芯子,该工作过程即为先合模,再复位,称为“打入成型”,然后注塑,注塑完成后,先抽芯,再开模顶出电池盒,完成整个生产过程。本方案采用打入成型结构,既便于斜向出线孔成型,又利于抽芯,结构简单,安装方便,成本省,生产效率高。
本发明的汽车电池盒模具斜置出线孔打入成型机构,所述的芯子固定块上设置斜置面,抽芯滑块设置在斜置面上,安装方便。所述的抽芯滑块上设置行程开关碰撞块,行程开关碰撞块与斜置抽芯杆相配合,控制斜置抽芯杆的抽芯行程。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种汽车电池盒模具斜置出线孔打入成型机构,如图1、图2所示,包括模具型腔复板1和型芯复板2,型腔复板下安装型腔板3,型芯复板上安装模脚4,模脚上安装型芯板8,型芯板8与型腔板3之间有注塑成型的电池盒9,电池盒上制有斜向出线孔10,模脚之间设置上顶板5和下顶板6,上顶板上连接斜顶杆7,斜顶杆7伸入型芯板中与电池盒9的倒扣相配合,所述的型腔板3与型腔复板1之间设置垫块11形成避空格12,避空格中设置芯子固定块13,芯子固定块上斜向设置抽芯滑块15,抽芯滑块15前端连接斜置抽芯杆16,斜置抽芯杆16伸入型腔板3与斜向出线孔10垂直配合,抽芯滑块15的后端连接抽芯油缸17。本方案的主要特点是在型腔板3一侧的避空格12中设置斜置抽芯杆16,斜置抽芯杆16伸入型腔板3与斜向出线孔10垂直配合,工作时,先是型腔板3与型芯板8完成合模,然后由抽芯油缸17通过抽芯滑块15带动斜置抽芯杆16伸入型腔板3中,并与电池盒9的模腔配合,作为出线孔的成型芯子,该工作过程即为先合模,再复位,称为“打入成型”,然后注塑,注塑完成后,先抽芯,再开模顶出电池盒,完成整个生产过程。本方案采用打入成型结构,既便于斜向出线孔成型,又利于抽芯,结构简单,安装方便,成本省,生产效率高。所述的芯子固定块13上设置斜置面14,抽芯滑块15设置在斜置面14上,安装方便。所述的抽芯滑块15上设置行程开关碰撞块18,行程开关碰撞块18与斜置抽芯杆16相配合,控制斜置抽芯杆的抽芯行程。

1.汽车电池盒模具斜置出线孔打入成型机构,包括模具型腔复板(1)和型芯复板(2),型腔复板下安装型腔板(3),型芯复板上安装模脚(4),模脚上安装型芯板(8),型芯板(8)与型腔板(3)之间有注塑成型的电池盒(9),电池盒上制有斜向出线孔(10),模脚之间设置上顶板(5)和下顶板(6),上顶板上连接斜顶杆(7),斜顶杆(7)伸入型芯板中与电池盒(9)的倒扣相配合,其特征在于所述的型腔板(3)与型腔复板(1)之间设置垫块(11)形成避空格(12),避空格中设置芯子固定块(13),芯子固定块上斜向设置抽芯滑块(15),抽芯滑块(15)前端连接斜置抽芯杆(16),斜置抽芯杆(16)伸入型腔板(3)与斜向出线孔(10)垂直配合,抽芯滑块(15)的后端连接抽芯油缸(17)。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车电池盒模具斜置出线孔打入成型机构,其特征在于所述的芯子固定块(13)上设置斜置面(14),抽芯滑块(15)设置在斜置面(14)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽车电池盒模具斜置出线孔打入成型机构,其特征在于所述的抽芯滑块(15)上设置行程开关碰撞块(18),行程开关碰撞块(18)与斜置抽芯杆(16)相配合。
