本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其是一种碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法;所述方法包括以下步骤:将明胶与去离子水按固液比30‑75kg/m3混合,在75℃条件下搅拌混合均匀得到明胶溶液,将明胶溶液与纳米炭材料、碘仿、甲醛溶液、氯化镁按质量比100:1‑5:10‑20:0.2‑3混合,得到混合液,然后在‑30~‑20℃条件下冷冻8‑12h,最后在冷冻干燥机中干燥24‑48h得到碘仿明胶海绵;本发明外伤止血用明胶海绵制备方法简单,绿色环保,所选原理造价低廉,所制备的碘仿明胶海绵孔径分布均匀、疏水亲油性好,强度高,而且对外伤止血效果十分显著,能很好的杀菌止血。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其是一种碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,由三种主要的口腔外科手术用的消毒用品:1、明胶海绵在口腔颌面外科拔牙术及颌骨手术填塞止血应用很广泛,明胶止血效果佳,易于吸收,但是没有抗感染功效;2、碘仿纱条可用于拔牙窝创口止血剂干槽症治疗,碘仿纱条使用后需要取出来,使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种使用方便、止血效果好的碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:将明胶与去离子水按固液比30-75kg/m3混合,在75℃条件下搅拌混合均匀得到明胶溶液,将明胶溶液与纳米炭材料、碘仿、甲醛溶液、氯化镁按质量比100:1-5:10-20:0.2-3混合,得到混合液,然后在-30~-20℃条件下冷冻8-12h,最后在冷冻干燥机中干燥24-48h得到碘仿明胶海绵。
优选的,所述甲醛溶液的质量分数为30%。
优选的,所述明胶选用水产鱼皮明胶或家养动物明胶中的一种。
优选的,所述纳米炭材料选用石墨烯,纳米炭材料的粒径大小为100-200nm。
优选的,所述方法还包括对碘仿明胶海绵进行切割、密封包装及紫外线灭菌操作。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明外伤止血用明胶海绵制备方法简单,绿色环保,所选原理造价低廉,所制备的碘仿明胶海绵孔径分布均匀、疏水亲油性好,强度高,而且对外伤止血效果十分显著,能很好的杀菌止血。
本发明中的碘仿明胶海绵可以被人体自动吸收,不用二次手术重新取出,使用更安全。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:将明胶与去离子水按固液比30kg/m3混合,在75℃条件下搅拌混合均匀得到明胶溶液,将明胶溶液与纳米炭材料、碘仿、甲醛溶液、氯化镁按质量比100:1:10:0.2混合,得到混合液,然后在-30℃条件下冷冻8h,最后在冷冻干燥机中干燥24h得到碘仿明胶海绵,甲醛溶液的质量分数为30%,本实施例中明胶选用水产鱼皮明胶,纳米炭材料选用石墨烯,纳米炭材料的粒径大小为100nm,还包括对碘仿明胶海绵进行切割、密封包装及紫外线灭菌操作。
实施例2
一种碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:将明胶与去离子水按固液比60kg/m3混合,在75℃条件下搅拌混合均匀得到明胶溶液,将明胶溶液与纳米炭材料、碘仿、甲醛溶液、氯化镁按质量比100:3:15:1.8混合,得到混合液,然后在-30℃条件下冷冻10h,最后在冷冻干燥机中干燥36h得到碘仿明胶海绵,甲醛溶液的质量分数为30%,本实施例中明胶选用水产鱼皮明胶,纳米炭材料选用石墨烯,纳米炭材料的粒径大小为200nm,还包括对碘仿明胶海绵进行切割、密封包装及紫外线灭菌操作。
实施例3
一种碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:将明胶与去离子水按固液比75kg/m3混合,在75℃条件下搅拌混合均匀得到明胶溶液,将明胶溶液与纳米炭材料、碘仿、甲醛溶液、氯化镁按质量比100:5:20:3混合,得到混合液,然后在-20℃条件下冷冻12h,最后在冷冻干燥机中干燥48h得到碘仿明胶海绵,甲醛溶液的质量分数为30%,本实施例中明胶选用水产鱼皮明胶,纳米炭材料选用石墨烯,纳米炭材料的粒径大小为200nm,还包括对碘仿明胶海绵进行切割、密封包装及紫外线灭菌操作。
本发明外伤止血用明胶海绵制备方法简单,绿色环保,所选原理造价低廉,所制备的碘仿明胶海绵孔径分布均匀、疏水亲油性好,强度高,而且对外伤止血效果十分显著,能很好的杀菌止血。
本发明中的碘仿明胶海绵可以被人体自动吸收,不用二次手术重新取出,使用更安全。

1.一种碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:将明胶与去离子水按固液比30-75kg/m3混合,在75℃条件下搅拌混合均匀得到明胶溶液,将明胶溶液与纳米炭材料、碘仿、甲醛溶液、氯化镁按质量比100:1-5:10-20:0.2-3混合,得到混合液,然后在-30~-20℃条件下冷冻8-12h,最后在冷冻干燥机中干燥24-48h得到碘仿明胶海绵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法,其特征在于:所述甲醛溶液的质量分数为30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法,其特征在于:所述明胶选用水产鱼皮明胶或家养动物明胶中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纳米炭材料选用石墨烯,纳米炭材料的粒径大小为100-200nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的碘仿明胶海绵的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法还包括对碘仿明胶海绵进行切割、密封包装及紫外线灭菌操作。
