本发明涉及一种高强抗菌阻燃面料,它的制造方法包括以下步骤:(1)纱线成分配比:9~48wt%聚丙烯腈碳纤维、50~90wt%棉纤维、10~20wt%纳米银抗菌纤维和1~2wt%导电纤维(2)纺纱:各成分混配均匀一致,棉纤维采用长绒棉,纺纱方式采用赛络纺工艺;(3)织布:采用喷气织机或箭杆织机;(4)染色:采用棉布长车轧染工艺;接着依次按照如下流程进行:烧毛→退浆、煮练、漂白→丝光→染色→阻燃→氨熏→氧化→水洗→烘干→焙烘→预缩→检验包装。该工艺制作的面料手感柔软,富有弹性,颜色可以按照客户要求定做,穿着舒服,抗菌性能好,性价比较高,即适用于工装又可用于时装。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于阻燃面料的制备工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种高强抗菌阻燃面料。
背景技术
中国专利CN1732295A中公开了一种皮芯结构的双组分纤维的阻燃织物,采用具有阻燃性能的聚合物作为皮部分,热塑性聚合物作为芯成分,但由于该织物的手感较硬,热稳定性差,因而限制在很多方面的应用。中国专利CN1331767A中公开了一种含纤维素纺织材料的生产方法,由于在该专利中需要用到大量的交联剂,交联剂的虽然能使纤维有着良好的力学强度,但交联剂对环境的污染性和环境稳定性较差,不能使材料保持持久的力学性能。 随着人们安全意识的不断提高,对织物的阻燃性能也有了相应要求,特别是织物对于预防、延缓或者终止火灾的作用。由于一般 的阻燃剂多为卤系和磷系,大部分都具有较大的毒性,而且在制备过程中需要用到甲醛或甲苯,使得有机物残留,对人体健康产生一定危险,同时,经处理后的织物手感硬、强力损伤大,穿着舒适度低,严重影响阻燃织物的品质和使用效果。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种高强抗菌阻燃面料,该面料手感柔软,富有弹性,颜色可以按照客户要求定做,穿着舒服,抗菌性能好,性价比较高,即适用于工装又可用于时装。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:
本发明提供了一种高强抗菌阻燃面料,它的制造方法包括以下步骤:
(1)纱线成分配比:9~48wt%聚丙烯腈碳纤维、50~90wt%棉纤维、10~20wt%纳米银抗菌纤维和1~2wt%导电纤维;
(2)纺纱:各成分混配均匀一致,棉纤维采用长绒棉,纺纱方式采用赛络纺工艺,采用导电纤维与其它纤维掺混到一起以确保每一根纱上都含有导电纤维,采用合股线,加中度捻;(3)织布:采用喷气织机或箭杆织机;
(4)染色:采用棉布长车轧染工艺;
(5)接着依次按照如下流程进行:翻布缝头→烧毛→退浆、煮练、漂白→丝光→染色→阻燃→氨熏→氧化→水洗→烘干→焙烘→预缩→检验包装。
根据上述的高强抗菌阻燃面料,步骤(1)中纱线成分配比:35wt%聚丙烯腈碳纤维、63wt%棉纤维、15wt%纳米银抗菌纤维和2wt%导电纤维。
根据上述的高强抗菌阻燃面料,步骤(5)中阻燃过程中用的阻燃剂由如下成分制成:四羟甲基氯化磷尿素缩合物 300~400g/l、渗透剂JFC 1~3g/l、柔软剂 10~20g/l、抗油拒水剂 40g~80g/l。
根据上述的高强抗菌阻燃面料的制备方法,步骤(5)中阻燃过程中用的阻燃剂由如下成分制成:四羟甲基氯化磷尿素缩合物 350g/l、渗透剂JFC 2g/l、柔软剂 15g/l、抗油拒水剂 50g/l。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的一种高强抗菌阻燃面料,该工艺充分利用了几种高性能纤维的特点,实现了优势互补,成功开发出来的面料透气性好、耐磨、阻燃、防静电、抗菌性能好面料,穿着舒适。

实施例1:
本发明提供了一种高强抗菌阻燃面料,它的制造方法包括以下步骤:

与实施例1相同部分不再重述,不同之处在于:步骤(1)中纱线成分配比:35wt%聚丙烯腈碳纤维、63wt%棉纤维、15wt%纳米银抗菌纤维和2wt%导电纤维。
实施例3:
与实施例1相同部分不再重述,不同之处在于:步骤(5)中阻燃过程中用的阻燃剂由如下成分制成:四羟甲基氯化磷尿素缩合物 350g/l、渗透剂JFC 2g/l、柔软剂 15g/l、抗油拒水剂 50g/l。

Claims (4)
1.一种高强抗菌阻燃面料,其特征在于它的制造方法包括以下步骤:
(1)纱线成分配比:9~48wt%聚丙烯腈碳纤维、50~90wt%棉纤维、10~20wt%纳米银抗菌纤维和1~2wt%导电纤维;
(2)纺纱:各成分混配均匀一致,棉纤维采用长绒棉,纺纱方式采用赛络纺工艺;
(3)织布:采用喷气织机或箭杆织机;
(4)染色:采用棉布长车轧染工艺;
(5)接着依次按照如下流程进行:烧毛→退浆、煮练、漂白→丝光→染色→阻燃→氨熏→氧化→水洗→烘干→焙烘→预缩→检验包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强抗菌阻燃面料,其特征在于:步骤(1)中纱线成分配比:35wt%聚丙烯腈碳纤维、63wt%棉纤维、15wt%纳米银抗菌纤维和2wt%导电纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强抗菌阻燃面料,其特征在于:步骤(5)中阻燃过程中用的阻燃剂由如下成分制成:四羟甲基氯化磷尿素缩合物 300~400g/l、渗透剂JFC 1~3g/l、抗油拒水剂40g~80g/l。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高强抗菌阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中阻燃过程中用的阻燃剂由如下成分制成:四羟甲基氯化磷尿素缩合物 350g/l、渗透剂JFC 2g/l、柔软剂 15g/l、抗油拒水剂 50g/l。
