Abstract
本配方发明提供一种富含多种花青素的花青素配制酒,主要涉及配制酒领域。花青素对人体具有特殊的免疫和保健功能,要解决的技术问题是从多种富含花青素的不同物质中同时提取种类较多的天然花青素,利用花青素在特定环境中的稳定性和易溶性提取花青素,花青素的提取过程是一个物理过程,没有改变花青素的分子结构,保证了花青素的天然特性,对人体有很好的免疫和保健功能,而且工艺简单,成本较低。

本配方发明涉及配制酒领域。
目前已知的含花青素的配制酒中的花青素主要是从一种物质中提取的,不同的植物种子所含的花青素的种类也不相同,所以现有配制酒所含花青素的种类相对较少,花青素是目前国内外已知的对人体有很好免疫和保健功能的物质。花青素对人体的主要功能有:1.抗氧化作用,2.增强人体免疫力,3.预防心脑血管疾病,4.抗癌作用,6.抗炎作用,7.皮肤保健和美容作用。因此现有配制酒所含花青素相对单一,在人体免疫和保健方面存在不足。
为了克服现有配制酒在人体免疫和保健方面存在的不足,本配方提供一种含有多种花青素的配制酒。本配方要解决的主要技术问题是从多种不同的物质中同时提取出多种花青素,利用花青素易容于水和醇类以及温度不高于60摄氏度的稳定性的特性提取花青素。花青素的提取过程是一个物理过程,没有改变花青素的分子结构,保持了花青素原有的天然特性,提取过程中也没有加入催化剂,这样提取的花青素种类较为齐全,能够满足人体免疫和保健所需要的花青素。
具体的操作流程是:把黑加仑,蓝莓.黑枸杞.黑玉米.紫甘蓝.紫薯分别粉碎制成碎料,黑加仑,蓝莓.黑枸杞.黑玉米.紫甘蓝.紫薯的碎料按1∶3∶1∶100∶20∶100的重量比混合,将混合好的碎料混合物浸泡在酒精度是14°-53°的白酒中12个小时,碎料与白酒的体积比为3∶10,然后加热至57摄氏度保持恒温60分钟,除渣过滤得到颜色为宝石红的花青素的酒溶液。把花青素的酒溶液调配成酒精度为11°-53°颜色为宝石红的花青素配制酒,这样配制的花青素配制酒含有花青素的种类较多,能够很好的满足人体免疫和保健功能所需要的花青素,无毒害残留,配制工艺简单,成本较低。
Claims (2)
1.黑加仑,蓝莓.黑枸杞.黑玉米.紫甘蓝.紫薯的碎料按重量比1∶3∶1∶100∶20∶100混合浸泡于酒精度是14°-53°的白酒中配制颜色为宝石红的花青素的酒溶液,混合物与白酒的体积比为3∶10。
2.由权利要求1的花青素的酒溶液配制酒精度为11°-53°颜色为宝石红的花青素配制酒。
