Abstract
本发明涉及一种塑胶跑道及其制备方法,其特征在于,按照重量份,包括30‑50份的A组分和50‑70份的B组分,所述A组分由下述重量份的成分组成:甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇;所述B组分由下述重量份的成分组成:交联剂、填充剂、颜料、柴胡挥发油、抗氧剂。本发明的塑胶跑道具有制作工艺简单,制作原料易于购买,具有制作成本低的优点,具有广阔的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶跑道制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑胶跑道及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯塑胶具有弹性适中、色泽鲜艳、防滑耐磨、场地清洁、维护简便、能有效避免运动员损伤、显著提高运动成绩等特点,在世界各国的体育竞技和训练中普遍使用。在我国,伴随着体育运动事业的发展,铺设塑胶跑道已成为各大中小城市自身发展不可或缺的硬件之一。
现有的聚氨酯塑胶生产工艺复杂,生产成本高。因此有必要提出一种新型的塑胶跑道以及制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种塑胶跑道及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种塑胶跑道,其特征在于,按照重量份,包括30-50份的A组分和50-70份的B组分,
所述A组分由下述重量份的成分组成:
甲苯二异氰酸酯 30-40份,
聚醚多元醇 40-50份;
所述B组分由下述重量份的成分组成:
进一步的,所述交联剂为三羟甲基丙烷。
进一步的,所述填充剂为滑石粉或高岭土。
进一步的,所述颜料为氧化铁。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂GA-80。
一种塑胶跑道的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1:A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇加入反应釜中,搅拌升温至90~120℃,真空下脱水后降温至50℃,加入甲苯异氰酸酯,缓慢反应至85℃后降至常温;
S2:B组分的制备:将交联剂、填充剂、填料、颜料、柴胡挥发油、抗氧剂混合均匀后投入到反应釜中,搅拌升温至80度,并在真空下脱水;
S3:将A和B组分按照一定的配比,倒入到塑胶模具中,室温下固化,脱模后得到塑胶跑道。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有如下优点:
本发明的塑胶跑道具有制作工艺简单,制作原料易于购买,具有制作成本低的优点,具有广阔的应用前景。

下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作如下详细说明。
实施例1
一种塑胶跑道,按照重量份,包括30-50份的A组分和50-70份的B组分,
所述A组分由下述重量份的成分组成:
甲苯二异氰酸酯 40份,
聚醚多元醇 50份;
所述B组分由下述重量份的成分组成:
制备方法:
S1:A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇加入反应釜中,搅拌升温至90~120℃,真空下脱水后降温至50℃,加入甲苯异氰酸酯,缓慢反应至85℃后降至常温;
S2:B组分的制备:将三羟甲基丙烷、滑石粉、氧化铁、柴胡挥发油、抗氧剂GA-80混合均匀后投入到反应釜中,搅拌升温至80度,并在真空下脱水;
S3:将A和B组分按照一定的配比,倒入到塑胶模具中,室温下固化,脱模后得到塑胶跑道。
实施例2
一种塑胶跑道,按照重量份,包括30-50份的A组分和50-70份的B组分,
所述A组分由下述重量份的成分组成:
甲苯二异氰酸酯 30份,
聚醚多元醇 40份;
所述B组分由下述重量份的成分组成:
制备方法:
S1:A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇加入反应釜中,搅拌升温至90~120℃,真空下脱水后降温至50℃,加入甲苯异氰酸酯,缓慢反应至85℃后降至常温;
S2:B组分的制备:将三羟甲基丙烷、滑石粉、氧化铁、柴胡挥发油、抗氧剂GA-80混合均匀后投入到反应釜中,搅拌升温至80度,并在真空下脱水;
S3:将A和B组分按照一定的配比,倒入到塑胶模具中,室温下固化,脱模后得到塑胶跑道。

一种塑胶跑道,按照重量份,包括30-50份的A组分和50-70份的B组分,
所述A组分由下述重量份的成分组成:
甲苯二异氰酸酯 35份,
聚醚多元醇 45份;
所述B组分由下述重量份的成分组成:
制备方法:
S1:A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇加入反应釜中,搅拌升温至90~120℃,真空下脱水后降温至50℃,加入甲苯异氰酸酯,缓慢反应至85℃后降至常温;
S2:B组分的制备:将三羟甲基丙烷、滑石粉、氧化铁、柴胡挥发油、抗氧剂GA-80混合均匀后投入到反应釜中,搅拌升温至80度,并在真空下脱水;
S3:将A和B组分按照一定的配比,倒入到塑胶模具中,室温下固化,脱模后得到塑胶跑道。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶跑道,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂GA-80。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶跑道的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1:A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇加入反应釜中,搅拌升温至90~120℃,真空下脱水后降温至50℃,加入甲苯异氰酸酯,缓慢反应至85℃后降至常温;
S2:B组分的制备:将交联剂、填充剂、填料、颜料、柴胡挥发油、抗氧剂混合均匀后投入到反应釜中,搅拌升温至80度,并在真空下脱水;
S3:将A和B组分按照一定的配比,倒入到塑胶模具中,室温下固化,脱模后得到塑胶跑道。
