本发明公开了一种桑椹酒生产方法,其特征是以白酒为基液,加入制得0.5‑5%的葡萄汁、中草药浸提液的配料进行勾兑灌装制成,其加入配料组分的重量百分比为:桑椹汁60‑80%、中草药浸提液20‑40%。本发明由于以白酒为基液加入制得的桑椹汁、中草药浸提液配料进行有机搭配,所以其营养十分丰富、酒味独特,并具有桑椹的养生功效。

本发明涉及一种酒精饮料,具体涉及一种桑椹酒生产方法。
背景技术
饮酒是人们的一大嗜好,也是人们在交际和喜庆活动中不可缺少的东西,市场上酒的种类繁多,以农副产品及中药原料制酒在民间或宫廷亦有源远流长的历史,迄今人们一直研究酒文化与健康文化的有机结合。农副产品及中药制酒用于养生保健、防病治病越来越受到人们的重视,但是,农副产品及中药制酒项目十分缓慢,生产品种很少。近几年,我国农副综合产品种植(养殖)加工业发展很快,如充分利用农副综合产品资源制酒,能促进农村种植加工业、中药加工业的发展,从而也可起到人们以饮酒防治疾病,养生保健的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补现有市场不足,为了满足消费者的需求,提供一种桑椹酒生产方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种桑椹酒生产方法,其特征是以白酒为基液,加入制得0.5-5%的桑椹汁、中草药浸提液的配料进行勾兑灌装制成,其加入配料组分的重量百分比为:桑椹汁60-80%、中草药浸提液20-40%。
所述白酒的酒精度于50-70%vol之间。
所述的桑椹汁以成熟的桑椹打浆或榨汁制得。
所述的中草药浸提液以枸杞、柠檬、大枣为原料,其组分的重量百分比为:枸杞30-50%、柠檬20-40%、大枣10-30%,将其清洗干净后投入多功能提取罐中,加水提取2次,第一次加7-9倍量的水,加热煮沸1.5-2.5小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;第二次加5-7倍重量的水,加热煮沸1.5-2小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;合并二次提取液制成。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明所用桑椹原料资源丰富,提高了桑椹的利用价值,为桑椹等农产品资源的开发利用提供了新途径。
2、本发明产品与现有同类酒相比,营养成分含量高、效果好。
3、本发明由于以白酒为基液加入制得的桑椹汁、中草药浸提液配料进行有机搭配,所以其营养十分丰富、酒味独特,并具有桑椹的养生功效。
具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施例对本技术作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
采收酒精度于50-70%vol之间的白酒,备用;
采收成熟的桑椹榨汁制得桑椹汁,备用;
采收枸杞、柠檬、大枣,按照枸杞49%、柠檬31%、大枣20%的比例,将其清洗干净后投入多功能提取罐中,加水提取2 次,第一次加7-9倍量的水,加热煮沸1.5-2.5小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;第二次加5-7倍重量的水,加热煮沸1.5-2小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;合并二次提取液制成中草药浸提液,备用;
称取上述白酒,按照加入制得0.5-5%的桑椹汁、中草药浸提液配料进行勾兑,再灌装制成本发明桑椹酒。
实施例2:
采收酒精度于50-70%vol之间的白酒,备用;

采收枸杞、柠檬、大枣,按照枸杞46%、柠檬35%、大枣19%的比例,将其清洗干净后投入多功能提取罐中,加水提取2 次,第一次加7-9倍量的水,加热煮沸1.5-2.5小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;第二次加5-7倍重量的水,加热煮沸1.5-2小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;合并二次提取液制成中草药浸提液,备用;
称取上述白酒,按照加入制得0.5-5%的桑椹汁、中草药浸提液配料进行勾兑,再灌装制成本发明桑椹酒。
实施例3:

称取上述白酒,按照加入制得0.5-5%的桑椹汁、中草药浸提液配料进行勾兑,再灌装制成本发明桑椹酒。

1.一种桑椹酒生产方法,其特征是以白酒为基液,加入制得0.5-5%的葡萄汁、中草药浸提液的配料进行勾兑灌装制成,其加入配料组分的重量百分比为:桑椹汁60-80%、中草药浸提液20-40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种桑椹酒生产方法,其特征在于所述白酒的酒精度于50-70%vol之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种桑椹酒生产方法,其特征在于所述的中草药浸提液以枸杞、柠檬、大枣为原料,其组分的重量百分比为:枸杞30-50%、柠檬20-40%、大枣10-30%,将其清洗干净后投入多功能提取罐中,加水提取2 次,第一次加7-9倍量的水,加热煮沸1.5-2.5小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;第二次加5-7倍重量的水,加热煮沸1.5-2小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;合并二次提取液制成。
