Abstract
本发明涉及一种高避光高阻隔液体包装膜及其生产方法。其中该包装膜由外向内依次为乳白消光PE共挤膜层、EAA挤出复合膜层、铝层以及EVOH共挤膜层。本发明通过对各膜层配方的选择以及层厚的控制,获得了性能优异的液体包装膜。本发明包装膜不仅生产成本低、设备投资少、工艺简单,而且具有很好的避光效果,其阻隔性超过“百利包”接近“利乐包”,揉搓后的阻隔性比“利乐包”还好。所述包装膜材料的废物回收方便,包装成型不受限,可热切成型,也可热成型;包装膜材料的外观呈消光乳白效果,感官档次高。

技术领域
本发明属于包装膜材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种高避光高阻隔液体包装膜及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着乳品行业的发展,乳品的包装越来越受到人们的重视,特别是便利饮用的液态奶包装,市场上目前主要有“利乐包”和“百利包”两种包装。其中“利乐包”包装的膜材料是使用纸铝塑的复合膜,“百利包”包装的膜材料是使用多层共挤的黑白膜。“利乐包”的纸铝塑复合材料,使用包装设备局限性大,复合膜材料成本高,废物回收困难;“利乐包”中黑色母粒的加入,存在食品安全隐患。针对上述问题,现有技术提出了一种塑塑复合膜,其膜层材质结构是:油墨/三层共挤PE/涂布PVA/胶水/三层共挤VMPE,该复合膜虽然生产成本低、设备投资少、工艺简单,但是存在缺点:液体PVA涂布成膜的致密性不好,PVA容易受潮反应降低阻隔性;复合剥离牢度不好,在杀菌处理时有分层现象;胶水对铝层的破坏导致阻隔性不好;剥离牢度的不够,导致热切强度不高,存在包装成品在运输流动时有破包风险。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种高避光高阻隔液体包装膜及其生产方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种高避光高阻隔液体包装膜,该包装膜由外向内依次为乳白消光PE共挤膜层、EAA挤出复合膜层、铝层以及EVOH共挤膜层;
所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层包括印刷层、中间层以及挤复层,所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层厚度82~88μm,其中所述印刷层厚度为24~26μm,所述中间层厚度为34~36μm,所述挤复层厚度为24~26μm;
所述印刷层包括质量比为(78~82):(18~22)的高密度聚乙烯以及茂金属聚乙烯塑性体,所述中间层包括质量比为(63~67):(18~22):(13~17)的线性聚乙烯树脂、低密度聚乙烯树脂以及白色母粒,所述挤复层包括质量比为(28~32):(68~72)的线性聚乙烯树脂以及低密度聚乙烯树脂;

进一步,所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层厚度85μm,其中所述印刷层厚度为25μm,所述中间层厚度为35μm,所述挤复层厚度为25μm;
所述EVOH共挤膜层厚度为54μm,其中所述所述A复合层、G热封层厚度分别为13μm,所述B次外层、F次外层厚度分别为7μm,所述C粘合层、E粘合层厚度分别为4μm,所述D中间层厚度为6μm;
所述第一复合层厚度8μm,所述第二复合层厚度7μm。
进一步,所述印刷层包括质量比为80:20的高密度聚乙烯以及茂金属聚乙烯塑性体,所述中间层包括质量比为65:20:15的线性聚乙烯树脂、低密度聚乙烯树脂以及白色母粒,所述挤复层包括质量比为30:70的线性聚乙烯树脂以及低密度聚乙烯树脂;

一种所述的高避光高阻隔液体包装膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将所述印刷层、中间层以及挤复层中所含的物料按上述组分要求分别加入到共挤吹膜机中通过三层共挤出成型的方式获得所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层;
将所述A复合层、B次外层、C粘合层、D中间层、E粘合层、F次外层以及G热封层中所含的物料按上述组分要求分别加入到共挤吹膜机中通过七层共挤出成型的方式获得所述EVOH共挤膜层;然后通过等离子技术在所述EVOH共挤膜层的A复合层表面进行镀铝获得所述铝层;
步骤2,将所述第一复合层以及第二复合层所含的物料按上述组分要求分别加入到挤出复合机中获得所述EAA挤出复合膜层,并使得所述第一复合层与所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层的挤复层挤出复合,所述第二复合层与所述EVOH共挤膜层的A复合层挤出复合;
步骤3,熟化、冷却定型。
进一步,所述挤出复合温度为180~250℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明包装膜不仅生产成本低、设备投资少、工艺简单,而且具有很好的避光效果,其阻隔性超过“百利包”接近“利乐包”,揉搓后的阻隔性比“利乐包”还好。所述包装膜材料的废物回收方便,包装成型不受限,可热切成型,也可热成型;包装膜材料的外观呈消光乳白效果,感官档次高。本发明包装膜具体的性能参数如下:
包装膜消光乳白外观:表面光泽度小于8%,乳白效果;高阻隔:透湿小于1g/(㎡·24h)、透氧小于1cm3/(㎡·24h·0.1MPa);揉搓10次后透湿小于1g/(㎡·24h)、透氧小于5cm3/(㎡·24h·0.1MPa);高避光性:透光率小于0.5%;复合牢度:剥离力大于3.0N/15mm,乙酯浸泡30min不分层;易包装成型:热切包装成型;食品安全性高:内层PE不添加颜料色母。本发明可采用柔性凸版表刷,上膜量相比于凹版印刷低30%。
(2)本发明所述印刷层选用泰国PTT公司的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE,牌号为HD3355F,融指1.1g/10min,密度0.951g/cm3)与陶氏化学的茂金属聚乙烯塑性体(mLLDPE,牌号PL1881G,融指1g/10min,密度0.904g/cm3)共混,高结晶度的HDPE提供尺寸大的晶粒区,低结晶度的mLLDPE提供尺寸小的非晶区,从而使生产的薄膜表面具有微观凹凸不平,达到消光效果。另外高结晶度的HDPE还会带来了很好的水汽的阻隔性和较低的透光率。这种微观的不平的效果还提高了膜对油墨的附着力和油墨转移效果,使印刷适性更好。
所述中间层选用的陶氏化学生产的线性聚乙烯树脂(LLDPE,牌号为5538G,融指1.3g/10min,密度0.941g/cm3),中密度聚乙烯树脂的结晶度高,拉断力和伸长率高,加工性一般。混入埃克森生产的低密度聚乙烯树脂(LDPE,牌号为150BW,融指3g/10min,密度0.933g/cm3),可提高加工性。中间层再加入DIC公司生产的白色母粒(牌号UF880),可实现均匀的白度分布。
所述挤复层使用陶氏化学生产的线性聚乙烯树脂(LLDPE,牌号为2045G,融指1g/10min,密度0.920g/cm3)与埃克森生产的低密度聚乙烯树脂(LDPE,牌号为150BW,融指3g/10min,密度0.933g/cm3)共混,加工性好,LLDPE力学强度高。
(3)本发明所述A复合层用于镀铝,选用埃克森生产的高力学强度的茂金属线性聚乙烯(mLLDPE,牌号为2010MA,融指1g/10min,密度0.920g/cm3)与陶氏化学生产的线性聚乙烯树脂(LLDPE,牌号为2045G,融指1g/10min,密度0.920g/cm3)以及住友化学生产的乙烯—甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚树脂(EMMA,牌号为WH303,融指7g/10min,密度0.940g/cm3)共混,mLLDPE和LLDPE提供力学强度,EMMA分子侧链中有着大量的甲基丙烯酸甲酯,这些极性基团会使得EMMA在真空镀铝时,与铝原子有着良好的粘合力。
所述B次外层、F次外层用于增强薄膜的力学强度,所述B次外层、F次外层的比例设计是根据最优成本。
所述C粘合层、E粘合层所使用的粘合树脂层是由杜邦生产的拜牢树脂(酸酐接枝改性粘合树脂,牌号41E687,融指1.7g/10min,密度0.91g/cm3),该粘合树脂具有非极性烯烃链段和极性酸酐链段,烯烃链段与相邻的B次外层、F次外层中的聚乙烯树脂相容性好,熔融后相互缠绕紧密,结合强度高;同时极性酸酐链段与D中间层的乙烯—乙烯醇共聚极性树脂发生化学反应,形成具有氢键、共价键等的结合,使得次外层、粘合层、D中间层牢牢结合,形成一片不可剥离的高阻隔共挤膜。
所述D中间层是日本可乐丽生产的乙烯—乙烯醇共聚树脂(EVOH,牌号为H171的,融指1.8g/10min,密度1.19g/cm3,乙烯醇摩尔质量为32%)。EVOH树脂对氧气有很高的阻隔性,但受潮后会显著下降,因此设计在阻湿好的PE层中间。
所述G热封层选用陶氏化学的低温热封茂金属聚乙烯树脂(mLLDPE,牌号为1881,融指1g/10min,密度0.904g/cm3)与埃克森生产的高力学强度的茂金属线性聚乙烯(mLLDPE,牌号为2010MA,融指1g/10min,密度0.92g/cm3)共混,使薄膜具有很低的热封温度和很高的热封强度。
(4)本发明所述EAA挤出复合膜层中与乳白消光PE共挤膜层接触复合的第一复合层使用陶氏化学生产的低熔点茂金属聚乙烯树脂(mLLDPE,牌号为PT1450,融指7.5g/10min,密度0.902g/cm3),与铝层接触复合的第二复合层选用杜邦生产的乙烯-甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酸三元共聚物树脂—牢靠树脂(EAA,牌号为AN4211-5C融指32g/10min,密度0.93g/cm3)。所述第一复合层使用的mLLDPE可以用低温挤复,同时与挤复层有很好的结合牢度,挤复的热熔树脂可以与挤复层相互熔融进行再缠绕,达到不可剥离。杜邦的牢靠树脂EAA是专用挤出涂布工艺中对非拉伸镀铝膜的粘合,可以低温挤复,避免非拉伸膜高温发生铝层龟裂,而且镀铝的EVOH共挤膜层的A复合层中加入了EMMA树脂,使得第二复合层、铝层以及EVOH共挤膜层的A复合层三者间发生化学反应的结合,剥离力可达到5N/15mm以上。
(5)本发明采用等离子技术在所述A复合层表面进行镀铝,其作用可以消除乳白消光PE共挤膜层表面的小分子物质,并进一步粗糙乳白消光PE共挤膜层的镀铝面使铝层附着牢度更好,铝层分布更致密,提升了阻隔性以及铝层与消除乳白消光PE共挤膜层的结合牢度及深度。

下面结合实施例对本发明技术方案做出更为具体的说明:
所述的高避光高阻隔液体包装膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,生产乳白消光PE共挤膜层、生产EVOH共挤膜层以及对EVOH共挤膜层进行镀铝:
乳白消光PE共挤膜层的生产:将所述印刷层、中间层以及挤复层中所含的物料分别加入到共挤吹膜机中通过三层共挤出成型的方式获得所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层;所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层的加工工艺参数如下表1所示:

EVOH共挤膜层的生产:将所述A复合层、B次外层、C粘合层、D中间层、E粘合层、F次外层以及G热封层中所含的物料分别加入到共挤吹膜机中通过七层共挤出成型的方式获得所述EVOH共挤膜层;所述EVOH共挤膜层的加工工艺参数如下表2所示:

对EVOH共挤膜层进行镀铝:通过等离子技术在所述EVOH共挤膜层的A复合层表面进行镀铝获得所述铝层;所述铝层的OD值为2.4~2.6。具体的镀铝工艺可以参考现有技术。
步骤2,将所述第一复合层以及第二复合层所含的物料分别加入到挤出复合机中获得所述EAA挤出复合膜层,并使得所述第一复合层与所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层的挤复层挤出复合,所述第二复合层与所述EVOH共挤膜层的A复合层挤出复合;所述挤出复合温度为180~250℃。
步骤3,熟化、冷却定型得到包装膜产品。
下面列举3个实施例用于说明本发明包装膜的生产方法以及产品特性。
所述实施例中乳白消光PE共挤膜层的生产分别按照下表3的配方进行:

根据以上方法生产得到的包装膜产品性能参数如下表6所示:

由此可见,本发明包装膜性能完全优于现有的塑塑复合膜,本发明更适合作为牛奶等液体的包装膜。
Claims (7)
1.一种高避光高阻隔液体包装膜,其特征在于:该包装膜由外向内依次为乳白消光PE共挤膜层、EAA挤出复合膜层、铝层以及EVOH共挤膜层;
所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层包括印刷层、中间层以及挤复层,所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层厚度82~88μm,其中所述印刷层厚度为24~26μm,所述中间层厚度为34~36μm,所述挤复层厚度为24~26μm;
所述印刷层包括质量比为(78~82):(18~22)的高密度聚乙烯以及茂金属聚乙烯塑性体,所述中间层包括质量比为(63~67):(18~22):(13~17)的线性聚乙烯树脂、低密度聚乙烯树脂以及白色母粒,所述挤复层包括质量比为(28~32):(68~72)的线性聚乙烯树脂以及低密度聚乙烯树脂;
所述EVOH共挤膜层包括A复合层、B次外层、C粘合层、D中间层、E粘合层、F次外层以及G热封层,所述EVOH共挤膜层厚度为51~57μm,其中所述所述A复合层、G热封层厚度分别为12~14μm,所述B次外层、F次外层厚度分别为6~8μm,所述C粘合层、E粘合层厚度分别为3~5μm,所述D中间层厚度为5~7μm;
所述A复合层包括质量比为(48~52):(23~27):(23~27)的茂金属线性聚乙烯、线性聚乙烯树脂以及乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚树脂,所述B次外层、F次外层都包括质量比为(73~77):(23~27)的线性聚乙烯树脂以及茂金属线性聚乙烯,所述C粘合层、E粘合层都包括粘合树脂,所述所述D中间层包括乙烯—乙烯醇共聚树脂,所述G热封层包括质量比为(48~52):(48~52):(1.0~2.0):(0.1~0.5)的茂金属聚乙烯树脂、茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂、开口剂以及加工助剂;
所述EAA挤出复合膜层包括与所述挤复层接触复合的第一复合层以及与所述铝层接触复合的第二复合层,所述第一复合层厚度7~9μm,所述第二复合层厚度6~8μm;所述第一复合层包括茂金属聚乙烯树脂,所述第二复合层包括乙烯-甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酸三元共聚物树脂。
2.如权利要求1所述的高避光高阻隔液体包装膜,其特征在于:所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层厚度85μm,其中所述印刷层厚度为25μm,所述中间层厚度为35μm,所述挤复层厚度为25μm;
所述EVOH共挤膜层厚度为54μm,其中所述所述A复合层、G热封层厚度分别为13μm,所述B次外层、F次外层厚度分别为7μm,所述C粘合层、E粘合层厚度分别为4μm,所述D中间层厚度为6μm;
所述第一复合层厚度8μm,所述第二复合层厚度7μm。
3.如权利要求1所述的高避光高阻隔液体包装膜,其特征在于:所述印刷层包括质量比为80:20的高密度聚乙烯以及茂金属聚乙烯塑性体,所述中间层包括质量比为65:20:15的线性聚乙烯树脂、低密度聚乙烯树脂以及白色母粒,所述挤复层包括质量比为30:70的线性聚乙烯树脂以及低密度聚乙烯树脂;
所述A复合层包括质量比为50:25:25的茂金属线性聚乙烯、线性聚乙烯树脂以及乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚树脂,所述B次外层、F次外层都包括质量比为75:25的线性聚乙烯树脂以及茂金属线性聚乙烯,所述C粘合层、E粘合层都包括粘合树脂,所述所述D中间层包括乙烯—乙烯醇共聚树脂,所述G热封层包括质量比为50:50:1.5:0.3的茂金属聚乙烯树脂、茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂、开口剂以及加工助剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的高避光高阻隔液体包装膜,其特征在于:所述印刷层中高密度聚乙烯牌号为HD3355F,所述印刷层中茂金属聚乙烯塑性体牌号为PL1881G;所述中间层中线性聚乙烯树脂牌号为5538G,所述中间层中低密度聚乙烯树脂牌号为150BW,所述中间层中白色母粒牌号为UF880;所述挤复层中线性聚乙烯树脂牌号为2045G,所述挤复层中低密度聚乙烯树脂牌号为150BW;
所述A复合层中茂金属线性聚乙烯牌号为2010MA,所述A复合层中线性聚乙烯树脂牌号为2045G,所述A复合层中乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚树脂牌号为WH303;所述B次外层、F次外层中线性聚乙烯树脂牌号为2045G,所述B次外层、F次外层中茂金属线性聚乙烯牌号为2010MA;所述C粘合层、E粘合层中粘合树脂牌号为41E687;所述D中间层中乙烯—乙烯醇共聚树脂牌号为H171;所述G热封层中茂金属聚乙烯树脂牌号为1881,所述G热封层中茂金属线性聚乙烯树脂牌号为2010MA,所述G热封层中开口剂牌号为AB-20LD,所述G热封层中加工助剂牌号为DS-A1058LD;
所述第一复合层中的茂金属聚乙烯树脂牌号为PT1450,所述第二复合层中的乙烯-甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酸三元共聚物树脂牌号为AN4211-5C。
5.如权利要求1所述的高避光高阻隔液体包装膜,其特征在于:所述铝层的OD值为2.4~2.6。
6.一种如权利要求1~5任一项所述的高避光高阻隔液体包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将所述印刷层、中间层以及挤复层中所含的物料按上述组分要求分别加入到共挤吹膜机中通过三层共挤出成型的方式获得所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层;
将所述A复合层、B次外层、C粘合层、D中间层、E粘合层、F次外层以及G热封层中所含的物料按上述组分要求分别加入到共挤吹膜机中通过七层共挤出成型的方式获得所述EVOH共挤膜层;然后通过等离子技术在所述EVOH共挤膜层的A复合层表面进行镀铝获得所述铝层;
步骤2,将所述第一复合层以及第二复合层所含的物料按上述组分要求分别加入到挤出复合机中获得所述EAA挤出复合膜层,并使得所述第一复合层与所述乳白消光PE共挤膜层的挤复层挤出复合,所述第二复合层与所述EVOH共挤膜层的A复合层挤出复合;
步骤3,熟化、冷却定型。
7.如权利要求6所述的高避光高阻隔液体包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于:所述挤出复合温度为180~250℃。
