Abstract
本发明涉及电池电芯焊接领域,公开了一种电池盖帽与壳体的连接固定方法及电极结构,通过对电池电芯进行盖帽封装,对所述绝缘密封套进行热压定形,冷却10分钟,以使所述绝缘密封套在所述电池盖帽与所述电池外壳的接缝处形成凸起。本发明避免电阻电焊的焊渣飞溅导致电池外部形成回路的技术问题,从而提高了电池续航能力,增加了电池寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池电芯焊接领域,尤其涉及一种电池盖帽与壳体的连接固定方法及电极结构。
背景技术
在锂离子动力电池的生产过程中,盖板和壳体之间还需要进行固连,目前电芯头部是由盖帽本体、外壳和绝缘套组成。在实施电阻电焊的过程中往往会有焊渣飞溅,当细小的焊渣飞溅物累积在绝缘套上并连通盖帽本体与外壳时,就会在电池外部形成回路。在电动汽车整个电池包中只要存在一个这样的外部回路将导致整车续航里程缩短,电池寿命降低,甚至于引发安全事故。
发明内容
本发明提供一种电池盖帽与壳体的连接固定方法及电极结构,解决现有技术中电阻电焊的焊渣飞溅导致电池外部形成回路,使得电池续航能力缩短,电池寿命降低,甚至于引发安全事故的技术问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种电池盖帽与壳体的连接固定方法,包括:
对电池电芯进行盖帽封装,其中,电池盖帽与电池外壳设有绝缘密封套,所述绝缘密封套长度超出电池外壳;
对所述绝缘密封套进行热压定形;
冷却10分钟,以使所述绝缘密封套在所述电池盖帽与所述电池外壳的接缝处形成凸起。
一种电极结构,包括:电池本体1、电池外壳2、电池盖帽3,所述电池外壳2开口处由所述电池盖帽3通过绝缘密封套4密封,所述绝缘密封套4在所述电池盖帽3与所述电池外壳2的接缝设有凸起,所述凸起将所述电池外壳2的边缘包裹

如图1所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种电池盖帽与壳体的连接固定方法流程图,包括:
步骤101、对电池电芯进行盖帽封装;
其中,电池盖帽与电池外壳设有绝缘密封套,所述绝缘密封套长度超出电池外壳;
步骤102、对所述绝缘密封套进行热压定形;
步骤103、冷却10分钟,以使所述绝缘密封套在所述电池盖帽与所述电池外壳的接缝处形成凸起。
本发明实施例提供的一种电池盖帽与壳体的连接固定方法,通过对电池电芯进行盖帽封装,对所述绝缘密封套进行热压定形,冷却10分钟,以使所述绝缘密封套在所述电池盖帽与所述电池外壳的接缝处形成凸起。本发明避免电阻电焊的焊渣飞溅导致电池外部形成回路的技术问题,从而提高了电池续航能力,增加了电池寿命。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电极结构,如图2所示,包括:电池本体1、电池外壳2、电池盖帽3,所述电池外壳2开口处由所述电池盖帽3通过绝缘密封套4密封,所述绝缘密封套4在所述电池盖帽3与所述电池外壳2的接缝设有凸起,所述凸起将所述电池外壳2的边缘包裹。
其中,所述绝缘密封套4的宽度为1至5cm,厚度为0.5cm。所述绝缘密封套4为防水硅橡胶。

1.一种电池盖帽与壳体的连接固定方法,其特征在于,包括:
对电池电芯进行盖帽封装,其中,电池盖帽与电池外壳设有绝缘密封套,所述绝缘密封套长度超出电池外壳;
对所述绝缘密封套进行热压定形;
冷却10分钟,以使所述绝缘密封套在所述电池盖帽与所述电池外壳的接缝处形成凸起。
2.一种电极结构,其特征在于,包括:电池本体(1)、电池外壳(2)、电池盖帽(3),所述电池外壳(2)开口处由所述电池盖帽(3)通过绝缘密封套(4)密封,所述绝缘密封套(4)在所述电池盖帽(3)与所述电池外壳(2)的接缝设有凸起,所述凸起将所述电池外壳(2)的边缘包裹。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电极结构,其特征在于,所述绝缘密封套(4)的宽度为1至5cm,厚度为0.5cm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电极结构,其特征在于,所述绝缘密封套(4)为防水硅橡胶。
