The invention discloses a planetary printer, which comprises a first printing roller, a main driving shaft and a second printing roller, wherein the first printing roller, the main driving shaft and the second printing roller are arranged on a rack; the first printing roller and the second printing roller are respectively provided with two groups of printing color groups in an adaptation mode, a press roller is further arranged on the feeding side above the second printing roller, and the press roller adjusts the pressure when the press roller presses a printing object to the second printing roller through an air cylinder arranged on the frame; and a drying device is further arranged between the first printing roller and the second printing roller, and the first gear and the second gear are respectively meshed with the anilox roller gears of the printing color groups which are respectively matched, so that the printing machine has the advantages of simple transmission structure, low manufacturing, processing, production and maintenance difficulty, good quality of printing products, high production efficiency and easy connection.

The prior art flexographic printing machine is divided into a laminated type, a satellite type and a unit type according to the structure, and through development and use for many years, the laminated type has the following defects that the transmission is complex, the gear clearance points are more, the color group combination difficulty is high, the overprinting precision is poor, the on-line difficulty is high, and the flexographic printing machine can only be used for general printed matters; the satellite type color group pressing machine has the defects that firstly, the manufacturing cost of the machine is high, the number of color groups is limited by the size of a central pressing cylinder, the arrangement angles of the color groups are different, and the color group increasing difficulty is increased; secondly, the online processing procedure after printing is difficult, the distance between printing units is too short, and poor ink drying is easy to smear; the disadvantage of the machine set is that the floor space is large and the paper feeding line is long.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a planetary printing machine which breaks through the structure of the traditional flexographic printing machine, has the advantages of good printing precision, simple transmission, easy connection, proper distance of each printing color group unit, high drying efficiency, good effect and compact structure.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the planetary printer comprises a frame 1, a first printing roller 2, a main driving shaft 4 and a second printing roller 5 which are arranged on the frame 1, wherein the main driving shaft 4 is arranged between the first printing roller 2 and the second printing roller 5, one end of the main driving shaft 4 is provided with a main driving gear 401 which is meshed with a first gear 201 on the first printing roller 2 and a second gear 501 on the second printing roller 5 to drive the first printing roller 2 and the second printing roller 5, and the main driving shaft 4 is driven by a servo motor; the first printing roller 2 and the second printing roller 5 are respectively matched with two groups of printing color groups 3, a press roller 8 is further arranged on the feeding side above the second printing roller 5, and the press roller 8 adjusts the pressure of the press roller 8 when the printing object 6 is pressed to the second printing roller 5 through an air cylinder 7 arranged on the frame 1; a drying device 10 is also arranged between the first printing roller 2 and the second printing roller 5, and the first gear 201 and the second gear 501 are respectively meshed with the anilox roller gears 301 of the printing color group 3 which are respectively matched.
According to the arrangement, the two printing rollers are directly driven by the main driving shaft through the gears, and then the anilox rollers for printing the color group are directly driven by the printing rollers through the gears, so that the outer diameter of the printing rollers is greatly reduced compared with that of the printing rollers of the satellite type printer, the processing difficulty of the printing machine is reduced, the precision of the printing rollers after the processing is high, the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, and the production and maintenance cost is low; because a sufficient space position is arranged between the two printing rollers for installing the drying device, the printing unit can be dried efficiently after printing of each color group, and the defect that the distance between the printing units of satellite printing is too short, ink is poor in drying and is easy to smear is avoided; the two printing rollers are directly driven by the same main driving shaft, and compared with a machine set type or laminated type complex transmission system, the two printing rollers are good in synchronism in rotation, simple in structure and short in transmission route, so that the transmission precision is high, and the printing quality of each color group is good; the first printing roller and the second printing roller are vertically arranged up and down, the occupied area is small, the short tension change of the idle line of the printing stock is small, and the control is easy; the compression roller compresses and bonds the printing stock on the printing roller through the air cylinder, and the pressure can be adjusted through the air cylinder, so that the bonding property of the printing stock and the printing roller is ensured, the self-adaptive adjustment according to the thickness of the printing stock can be realized, and the printing quality is ensured; the main driving shaft is driven by a servo motor, so that the on-line combination of the pre-printing and post-printing processes can be conveniently carried out.
The invention further provides that: the drying device 10 is a totally-enclosed drying box.
Through this setting, the totally closed stoving case heat loss is little energy-conserving effect obvious, and stoving temperature is stable to the stoving effectual of printing product, and drying efficiency is high, can adapt to high-speed printing production.

Through this setting, the position is positive when the stock gets into and leaves the printing unit, and the business turn over material is smooth and easy, is favorable to improving print quality.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a planetary printer includes a frame 1, a first printing roller 2, a main driving shaft 4 and a second printing roller 5, wherein the first printing roller 2, the main driving shaft 4 and the second printing roller 5 are arranged on the frame 1, the main driving shaft 4 is arranged between the first printing roller 2 and the second printing roller 5, one end of the main driving shaft 4 is provided with a main driving gear 401 which is meshed with a first gear 201 on the first printing roller 2 and a second gear 501 on the second printing roller 5 at the same time to drive the first printing roller 2 and the second printing roller 5, and the main driving shaft 4 is driven by a servo motor; the first printing roller 2 and the second printing roller 5 are respectively provided with two groups of printing color groups 3 in an adapting way, a press roller 8 is also arranged on the feeding side above the second printing roller 5, and the press roller 8 adjusts the pressure when the press roller 8 presses the printing object 6 to the second printing roller 5 through a cylinder 7 arranged on the frame 1; a drying device 10 is also arranged between the first printing roller 2 and the second printing roller 5, and the first gear 201 and the second gear 501 are respectively meshed with the anilox roller gears 301 of the respective matched printing color groups 3.
