Abstract

本发明提供一种带有缝纫线的汽车门板中部背注成型方法,包括:步骤S100:通过红外加热方式将中部面料的缝纫线的背面在10~15秒内升温至80~85℃,并保温1~1.5分钟;步骤S110:通过热合机将0.1~0.15mm厚的TPE塑料薄膜热合至中部面料的缝纫线的背面;其中,热合机的热合温度为180~210℃,热合机的热合速度为30~40mm/s;步骤S120:将热合有TPE塑料薄膜的中部面料悬挂在注塑模具的型腔内进行注塑成型;其中,注塑温度为200~210℃,注射压力为50~60MPa,注塑模具的温度为15~20℃。利用本发明提供的带有缝纫线的汽车门板中部背注成型方法,可以避免注塑熔体直接流入缝纫线针孔而透胶。

带有缝纫线的汽车门板中部背注成型方法
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑成型技术领域,更为具体地,涉及一种带有缝纫线的汽车门板中部背注成型方法。
背景技术
随着人们对汽车造型元素多样性的需求,汽车门板中部插件造型设计趋于丰富,带有缝纫线结构的设计日趋增多。汽车门板中部背注成型技术是近年来新兴的注塑成型技术,该工艺是一种将面料与中部基板在注塑工序直接成型的一种技术,相较于传统的喷胶覆和方法,背注工艺是一种融体结合的过程,产品环保、制造工序少、粘结性能优良,该成型技术具有广阔的应用前景。而对于带有缝纫线的中部面料,在背注成型的过程中,会在缝纫线的针孔处发生透胶现象,进而影响产品的外观质量。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种带有缝纫线的汽车门板中部背注成型方法,以解决在背注成型的过程中,缝纫线的针孔处存在透胶的问题。
本发明提供的带有缝纫线的汽车门板中部背注成型方法,包括:
步骤S100:通过红外加热方式将中部面料的缝纫线的背面在10~15秒内升温至80~85℃,并保温1~1.5分钟;
步骤S110:通过热合机将0.1~0.15mm厚的TPE塑料薄膜热合至中部面料的缝纫线的背面;其中,热合机的热合温度为180~210℃,热合机的热合速度为30~40mm/s;
步骤S120:将热合有TPE塑料薄膜的中部面料悬挂在注塑模具的型腔内进行注塑成型;其中,注塑温度为200~210℃,注射压力为50~60MPa,注塑模具的温度为15~20℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、通过在中部面料的缝纫线的背面热合TPE塑料薄膜,可以避免注塑熔体直接流入缝纫线针孔而透胶;
2、在将TPE塑料薄膜热合至中部面料的缝纫线的背面之前,对中部面料进行红外升温处理,可以有效保证TPE塑料薄膜的热合强度;
3、TPE为聚烯烃类弹性体材料,与注塑基板的聚丙烯材料具有良好的相融性,同时,该弹性体材料与面料具有良好的热合密封性能;
4、方法简便,选材及实施方法成本低廉,产品外观质量良好。

图1示出了根据本发明的带有缝纫线的汽车门板中部背注成型方法的流程。
如图1所示,本发明提供的带有缝纫线的汽车门板中部背注成型方法,包括:
步骤S100:通过红外加热方式将中部面料的缝纫线的背面在10~15秒内升温至80~85℃,并保温1~1.5分钟。
优选地,通过红外加热设备将中部面料的缝纫线的背面在15秒加热升温85℃后,保温1分钟。
对带有缝纫线的中部面料进行红外升温的目的在于提高后续热合TPE塑料薄膜的强度。
步骤S110:通过热合机将厚度为0.1~0.15mm、宽度为10mm~12mm的TPE塑料薄膜热合至中部面料的缝纫线的背面;其中,热合机的热合温度控制在180~210℃,热合机的热合速度控制在30~40mm/s。
TPE(Thermoplastic Elastomer)塑料薄膜为热塑性弹性体材料薄膜,具有高强度,高回弹性,可注塑加工的特征。
优选地,热合机的热合温度为210℃,热合机的热合速度为30~40mm/s
步骤S120:将热合有TPE塑料薄膜的中部面料悬挂在注塑模具的型腔内进行注塑成型;其中,注塑温度为200~210℃,注射压力为50~60MPa,注塑模具的温度为15~20℃。
在TPE塑料薄膜与中部面料热合后,悬挂入注塑模具的型腔内进行注塑成型,由于TPE塑料薄膜为热塑性弹性体材料薄膜,其与注塑基板的聚丙烯材料具有良好的相融性,同时,该弹性体材料薄膜与面料具有良好的热合密封性能。
该方法适用于所有带有缝纫线造型的汽车中部背注成型。

1.一种带有缝纫线的汽车门板中部背注成型方法,包括:
步骤S100:通过红外加热方式将中部面料的缝纫线的背面在10~15秒内升温至80~85℃,并保温1~1.5分钟;
步骤S110:通过热合机将0.1~0.15mm厚的TPE塑料薄膜热合至所述中部面料的缝纫线的背面;其中,所述热合机的热合温度为180~210℃,所述热合机的热合速度为30~40mm/s;
步骤S120:将热合有TPE塑料薄膜的中部面料悬挂在注塑模具的型腔内进行注塑成型;其中,注塑温度为200~210℃,注射压力为50~60MPa,所述注塑模具的温度为15~20℃。
