Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a backlight module, wherein the opening end of the rubber frame is provided with a local retaining wall, and the local retaining wall shields a gap formed by the bending structure of the bottom plate and the opening end of the rubber frame, so that light leakage of the backlight module is prevented.
On one hand, the backlight module comprises a rubber frame and a back plate;
the back plate comprises a bottom plate and side walls arranged around the periphery of the bottom plate, wherein a first side wall of the side walls is provided with an opening area, and the bottom plate is provided with a bending structure in the opening area; a gap is formed between the bending structure and the first side wall in a direction parallel to the first side wall and the bottom plate;
the rubber frame is attached to the inner wall of the side wall, and an opening is formed in the first side wall; the opening end of the rubber frame is provided with a local retaining wall capable of plugging the gap, and the length of the local retaining wall in the direction is greater than or equal to that of the gap in the direction.
Furthermore, the length of the local retaining wall in the direction is greater than that of the gap, and part of the local retaining wall is attached to the outer wall of the bent structure.
Furthermore, part of the local retaining wall and the bent structure are fixed through glue.
Further, the first side wall has a first height at the open end and a second height at the non-open end, and the height of the partial retaining wall in a third direction parallel to the first side wall and perpendicular to the bottom plate is greater than or equal to the difference between the second height and the first height; wherein the first height is less than the second height.
Furthermore, the local barricade is the plastic part, the local barricade with glue frame structure as an organic whole.

Further, the rubber frame and the metal back plate are integrally formed.
Furthermore, the rubber frame attached to the inner wall of the side wall is also provided with a bearing surface in the direction vertical to the inner wall;
the backlight module also comprises a light guide plate and a glass substrate; the light guide plate and the glass substrate are arranged on two sides of the bearing surface.
On the other hand, the display is also provided and comprises the backlight module.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the embodiment of the invention provides a backlight module and a display. The backlight module is characterized in that a gap is formed between the bending structure and the first side wall in the direction parallel to the first side wall and the bottom plate, the opening end of the rubber frame is provided with a local retaining wall capable of plugging the gap, the length of the local retaining wall in the direction is larger than or equal to the length of the gap in the direction, the local retaining wall is arranged, light rays are prevented from being transmitted out from the gap, the structural safety of the backlight module is guaranteed, and the display performance of a display is guaranteed.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.

The embodiment of the invention provides a backlight module. As shown in fig. 1-4, the backlight module includes a rubber frame 1 and a back plate 2;
the back plate 2 comprises a bottom plate 21 and side walls 22 arranged around the periphery of the bottom plate 21, wherein a first side wall 221 of the side walls 22 has an opening area, the bottom plate 21 has a bent structure 211 in the opening area, and the bent structure 211 and the first side wall 221 have a gap a in a first direction parallel to the first side wall 221 and the bottom plate 21;
the rubber frame 1 is attached to the inner wall of the side wall 22, and an opening is formed in the first side wall 221; the opening end of the rubber frame 1 is provided with a partial retaining wall 11 capable of blocking the gap a, and the length of the partial retaining wall 11 in the first direction is greater than or equal to the length of the gap a in the first direction.
The partial retaining wall 11 may have various structures, such as rectangular blocking plates, and the like, and the structure of the partial retaining wall 11 may be set according to the actual structure.
Based on the structure setting and the position setting of local barricade 11 for local barricade 11 shelters from the clearance a that the structure 211 of buckling of bottom plate 21 and the open end of gluing the frame formed, thereby prevents the backlight unit light leak, has guaranteed the display performance of display.
Since the local barrier 11 is disposed outside the bending structure 211, the design space of the local barrier 11 is large, and the local barrier can be formed even in an ultra-thin narrow-edge LCD display.
The partial retaining wall 11 is used for blocking the gap a, the length of the partial retaining wall 11 in the first direction is greater than or equal to the length of the gap a in the first direction, and the specific size of the partial retaining wall 11 in each direction can be set according to the actual situation.
In a specific implementation, the length of the partial retaining wall 11 in the first direction may be greater than the length of the gap a in the first direction, and a portion of the partial retaining wall 11 is attached to the outer wall of the side wall of the bent structure 211. Further, a part of the partial retaining wall 11 and the bent structure 211 can be fixed by glue. The glue is disposed to prevent the partial wall 11 from moving in the second direction perpendicular to the first sidewall 221, thereby ensuring stability of each structure in the backlight module. The colloid may be various, such as a double-sided tape, and the like, and the kind of the colloid is not limited herein. Alternatively, a portion of the partial retaining wall 11 may be in contact with or spaced from the bent structure 211 in an unfixed state. The relationship between the local retaining wall 11 and the bending structure 211 is not limited herein.
The first sidewall 221 has a first height at the open end and a second height at the non-open end, and in order to completely block the gap a by the partial retaining wall 11, the height of the partial retaining wall 11 in a third direction parallel to the first sidewall 221 and perpendicular to the bottom plate 21 is greater than or equal to the difference between the second height and the first height, wherein the first height is less than the second height. The arrangement of the above size of the local retaining wall 11 ensures the complete shielding of the gap a, prevents light from penetrating through the gap a, and ensures the performance of the backlight module.
In a second direction perpendicular to the first sidewall 221, there is a distance between the bent structure 211 and the first sidewall 221, and the bent structure 211 is closer to the center of the bottom plate 21. The width of the partial retaining wall 11 in the second direction may be equal to the distance, so that the partial retaining wall 11 fills the space between the bent structure 211 and the first side wall 221 in the direction perpendicular to the first side wall 221 to achieve the shielding.
The material of the partial retaining wall 11 may be various, such as plastic, and in this case, the partial retaining wall 11 is a plastic member. Furthermore, the local retaining wall 11 and the rubber frame can be of an integrated structure, the manufacturing process is simplified due to the integrated structure, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
The material of the back plate can be various, for example, the back plate can be a metal back plate. The metal back plate can be a back plate made of other materials besides the metal back plate, and the invention is not limited herein.
The rubber frame and the back plate can be manufactured by various processes, for example, the rubber frame and the metal back plate can be integrally formed or can be assembled after being formed respectively. The integrated structure simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces the manufacturing cost.
The rubber frame attached to the inner wall of the side wall can also be provided with a bearing surface in the direction perpendicular to the inner wall, and the bearing surface plays a bearing role and is used for bearing other structures. The backlight module can also comprise a light guide plate and a glass substrate, wherein the light guide plate and the glass substrate are arranged on two sides of the bearing surface.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a display which comprises the backlight module provided by the embodiment of the invention.
Since the display includes the backlight module, the display has the advantages of the backlight module, and the advantages of the display are not described herein again.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
