本发明还提供一种中药缩阴凝胶的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：按照重量配比称取各原材料；
S2：在苦参碱和冰片中加入乙醇溶解得到溶液A；
S3：将积雪草、白芨、肉苁蓉、泽兰、茺蔚子和雪莲加水煎煮两次，每次加水8倍量，每次1小时，每次煮好后过滤，将两次过滤得到的滤液合并，合并后的滤液浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.20得到60℃的浸膏A，加入95%乙醇使浸膏A含醇量达到60%，放置24h后过滤，回收乙醇至无醇味，再浓缩得到浸膏B；
S4：将胶原蛋白、透明质酸和卡波姆浸泡于水中24h，待其完全膨胀，慢慢滴入三乙醇胺边搅拌边测试PH值至7后得到凝胶基质；
S5：将所述溶液A、浸膏B和凝胶基质进行混合，补加纯化水并搅拌混匀，滴入三乙醇胺搅拌，测试PH值至6.5-7，搅拌制成凝胶。

一种中药缩阴凝胶，由以下重量配比的原材料组成：苦参碱55g、积雪草100g、白芨215g、肉苁蓉215g、泽兰215g、茺蔚子100g、雪莲55g、胶原蛋白12g、透明质酸6g、冰片4g、卡波姆5g、三乙醇胺5g、纯化水13g。
按上述实施例重量配比的原材料采用以下制备方法制作成凝胶。
一种中药缩阴凝胶的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：按照重量配比称取各原材料；
S2：在苦参碱和冰片中加入乙醇溶解得到溶液A；

本发明加入的重要成分具有以下有益效果：
苦参碱：用于抗菌消炎，清热燥湿，祛风杀虫，治疗带下阴痒广泛应用于多重湿热病症。
积雪草：俗称植物胶原蛋白，促进皮肤胶原蛋白再生，增强细胞基底层细胞活力，保持肌肤弹性及紧实;抗氧化，抑制自由基活性，调节肌肤免疫力;淡化黑色素沉着，更新肌肤细胞再生;增加肌肤保水度，活化更新肌肤细胞;抗敏防护作用，保护肌肤免受外界伤害。

5.根据权利要求1所述一种中药缩阴凝胶，其特征在于，苦参碱55g、积雪草100g、白芨215g、肉苁蓉215g、泽兰215g、茺蔚子100g、雪莲55g、胶原蛋白12g、透明质酸6g、冰片4g、卡波姆5g、三乙醇胺5g、纯化水13g。
6.如权利要求1-5所述的一种中药缩阴凝胶的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1：按照重量配比称取各原材料；
S2：在苦参碱和冰片中加入乙醇溶解得到溶液A；
S3：将积雪草、白芨、肉苁蓉、泽兰、茺蔚子和雪莲加水煎煮两次，每次加水8倍量，每次1小时，每次煮好后过滤，将两次过滤得到的滤液合并，合并后的滤液浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.20得到60℃的浸膏A，加入95%乙醇使浸膏A含醇量达到60%，放置24h后过滤，回收乙醇至无醇味，再浓缩得到浸膏B；
S4：将胶原蛋白、透明质酸和卡波姆浸泡于水中24h，待其完全膨胀，慢慢滴入三乙醇胺边搅拌边测试PH值至7后得到凝胶基质；
S5：将所述溶液A、浸膏B和凝胶基质进行混合，补加纯化水并搅拌混匀，滴入三乙醇胺搅拌，测试PH值至6.5-7，搅拌制成凝胶。
