Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及耐火管道系统,并且特别地涉及用于空气分配系统的管道。
背景技术
用于抽吸和分配通风空气或加热空气的管道系统广泛应用于办公室、仓库、商店和工厂。在许多设施中,要求管道耐火。通常,这是通过首先架设整个管道系统,并且当其就位时使用耐火绝缘层覆盖管道的外部实现。这种布置存在许多缺点。由于管道通常被置于远离地面的高处,所以必须为安装耐火层的工人架设脚手架,但仍然存在较大的坠落风险,造成安全隐患。工人在这些条件下工作的生产力不可避免地低于他们在地面高度处工作的生产力。通常还存在接近管道的某些部分的困难,所述部分的位置例如靠近屋顶。此外,难以监视和检查设施的质量和均匀性,导致在设施中可能形成间隙,从而在发生火灾时导致局部热点。这可能导致增加通过管道系统发展全面剧烈燃烧的风险。
因此,现有系统存在许多缺点,所述缺点损害设施的完整性并且使得安装成本非常高。本发明寻求提供这些问题的实际解决方案。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种防火管道系统,其包括至少两个长条形的管道段,所述长条形的管道段在每个端部具有凸缘,相邻的管道段通过所述凸缘固定在一起,在两个凸缘之间设置膨胀垫片,所述管道段在内表面上衬有防火绝缘衬里。
优选地,每一管道段均具有可以由镀锌钢板材形成的内皮和外皮,在两层之间设置绝缘衬里。
在一个优选实施例中,膨胀型胶粘剂密封材料在管道的凸缘与外皮之间形成密封件。优选地,衬里由泡沫或膨胀塑性材料、例如酚醛泡沫树脂或矿棉混合物(compounds)或泡沫玻璃型绝缘体形成。
在优选实施例中,每一管道段都具有加强装置,该加强装置在两个凸缘间的中间位置跨管道段横向延伸并突伸到绝缘衬里中。加强装置可被固定至管道段的内皮或外皮,并且优选地,加强装置基本上位于管道段的中点处。
优选地,加强装置仅部分地突伸穿过绝缘衬里的厚度,使得没有跨管道的热桥。
优选地,内皮具有邻接绝缘衬里的端部并且仅部分地沿衬里的深度延伸的向外延伸的凸缘。
优选地,膨胀型胶粘剂材料密封绝缘衬里、膨胀垫片和凸缘之间的接合部。优选地,相邻凸缘的外周被夹紧在一起并通过凸缘夹紧件密封。

具体实施方式
现在参照图1和图2,示出了具有大致方形或矩形横截面的多个管道段1、2、3,每一管道段在其两个端部具有从管道段1、2、3以与管道段的长度的平面成90°地延伸的凸缘4,相邻的管道段通过凸缘4紧固在一起。每一管道段具有由镀锌钢板材形成的外皮5、镀锌板材的内皮6和设置于外皮5和内皮6之间的防火绝缘衬里7,所述防火绝缘衬里7用于提供对于进入管道和从管道出来的热和火焰传递的屏障。绝缘衬里通常由层压酚醛泡沫或膨胀塑性材料或矿棉混合物或泡沫玻璃型绝缘体形成。
现在参照图3,其中示出了通过借由其凸缘4连接在一起的两个管道段1、2的剖视图。如上所述,每一管道段具有镀锌钢外皮5和镀锌钢板材内皮6,在它们之间夹有绝缘衬里。凸缘4通过机械固定件8连接到外皮,其中在凸缘4本身与外皮5之间具有膨胀型胶粘剂9。在两个凸缘4之间设置约6mm厚的膨胀垫片10并且膨胀垫片10延伸成覆盖内皮6和外皮5以及衬里7的端部从而提供耐热屏障。外皮上设置有膨胀型胶粘剂密封件11,并且在衬里7和垫片10之间该膨胀型胶粘剂密封件11在绝缘衬里7的外表面部分向下延伸以提供另外的阻燃屏障。
如图所示,内皮具有由皮层材料形成的凸缘12,该凸缘12延伸成覆盖绝缘衬里7的外端部,但没有延伸到衬里顶部的外皮5。通过这种结构,内皮6和管道段1的外部之间没有金属桥,从而消除热桥的可能性。横向加强板(web)13固定到内皮6并且在位于每一管道段的中点附近的点处跨内皮6延伸,从而加强管道段。板13由L型型材(section)形成,所述L型型材具有固定到内皮的一个支腿14和压入绝缘衬里7中从而部分地延伸穿过衬里的另一支腿15。同样,未跨管道在内皮6与外皮5之间形成金属桥。
两个凸缘4和垫片10之间的接合部由罩帽16封罩,罩帽16卡夹在两个凸缘的周边上并且包括固定装置17从而为罩帽16提供至两个凸缘的机械固定。
现在参照图4,示出了管道段的替代形式,其中相同的部件具有相同的附图标记。在该实施例中,管道段1不具有连续的内皮,其具有L形凸缘元件18,该L形凸缘元件18具有与绝缘衬里7的外表面接合的一个支腿19以及与绝缘衬里7的内表面接合的第二支腿20从而将衬里保持在邻近外皮5的位置。
在该实施例中,在凸缘4和外皮5以及绝缘衬里7的连续表面之间设置有胶粘剂密封件11。在该实施例中,凸缘包括向外延伸的板部分(web section)21,其在示出的组装状态下位于外皮5和绝缘衬里7之间。凸缘还包括位于外皮5外侧的外板22,使得外皮5的端部插入板21,22之间,并且两个所述板之间的空间填充有膨胀型胶粘剂材料。如图所示,凸缘4通过穿过板21、22和外皮5的紧固装置固定到外皮5上。外板22具有略微向上翻转的外边缘以便于将外罩帽23固定到其上以完全封罩凸缘和两个管道段之间的所有接合部。尽管未示出,但罩帽填充有膨胀型耐火材料也是可行的。
尽管示出为方形或矩形截面,但应当理解,管道截面可以是圆形或椭圆形以适合特定的设施。在另外的实施例中,管道的外皮可涂覆有膨胀型涂料以提供进一步的耐火性。
Claims (13)
1.一种防火管道系统,其包括至少两个长条形的管道段,所述管道段在每个端部具有凸缘,相邻管道段通过所述凸缘固定在一起,在两个凸缘之间设置膨胀垫片或膨胀型密封剂,管道段在内表面上衬有防火绝缘衬里。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道系统,其中每个管道段均具有外皮和内皮,所述绝缘衬里位于外皮和内皮之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管道系统,其中膨胀型胶粘剂密封材料在所述管道的所述凸缘与外皮之间形成密封件。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的管道系统,其中所述绝缘衬里由泡沫或膨胀塑料材料、矿棉混合物或泡沫玻璃型绝缘体形成。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的管道系统,其中所述绝缘衬里由泡沫或膨胀酚醛树脂、矿棉混合物或泡沫玻璃型绝缘体形成。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的管道系统,其中每一所述管道段都具有加强装置,所述加强装置在两个凸缘间的中间位置跨管道段横向延伸并突伸到绝缘衬里中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的管道系统,其中所述加强装置被固定至管道段的内皮。
8.根据权利要求6所述的管道系统,其中所述加强装置固定到所述管道段的外皮。
9.根据权利要求6、7或8所述的管道系统,其中所述加强装置基本上设置于所述管道段的中点处。
10.根据权利要求6-9中任一项所述的管道系统,其中所述加强装置突伸穿过所述绝缘衬里的仅一部分厚度。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的管道系统,其中所述内皮具有邻接所述绝缘衬里的端部并且仅部分地沿所述衬里的深度延伸的向外延伸的凸缘。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的管道系统,其中膨胀型胶粘剂材料密封绝缘衬里、膨胀垫片和所述凸缘之间的接合部。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的管道系统,其中相邻凸缘的外周被夹紧在一起并通过凸缘夹紧件密封。
