Abstract
本发明涉及建筑保温板技术领域,特别涉及一种建筑内墙保温板。其包括从左到右依次设置的气凝胶层、胶黏层、泡沫金属层和水泥砂浆层;所述气凝胶层、所述泡沫金属层通过所述胶黏层粘贴;所述泡沫金属层通过所述水泥砂浆层安装在墙体室内墙面上。本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑内墙保温板,以解决现有建筑内墙保温板用途范围比较窄、隔音效果不好的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑保温板技术领域,特别涉及一种建筑内墙保温板。
背景技术
目前高层建筑要求必须采用无机保温材料,因此大部分高层建筑保温采用外墙设置保温砂浆。保温砂浆是以各种轻质材料为骨料,以水泥为胶凝料,掺和一些改性添加剂,经生产企业搅拌混合而制成的一种预拌干粉砂浆,用于构筑建筑表面保温层的一种建筑材料。保温砂浆具有下述的缺点:密度大,保温层的重量容易给施工带来困难,并且增加建筑骨架承重负担;导热系数高,达到国家节能标准,厚度较厚;吸湿性大:容易导致重量超标、脱落;受施工因素影响,强度变化较大。
房屋内墙面板普遍采用一般的木质板或者是瓷砖、墙纸进行铺设装修,美化室内效果,不能满足内墙保温需要。比如在冬季,室内的暖气很容易就穿过木板或者瓷砖散发到室外,而且冰冷的瓷砖也会吸走一部分热量,而在炎热夏季则不能很好地绝热,室外的热气很容易就透过墙壁进入室内。
现有的内墙保温板一般采用常规保温材料(如发泡塑料)、玻璃纤维或/和气凝胶等材料压制而成,其缺点是隔热效果不理想,并且用途范围比较窄,并且普通保温板的隔音效果不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑内墙保温板,以解决现有建筑内墙保温板用途范围比较窄、隔音效果不好的问题。
本发明的目的是由下述技术方案实现的:
一种建筑内墙保温板,其包括从左到右依次设置的气凝胶层、胶黏层、泡沫金属层和水泥砂浆层;所述气凝胶层、所述泡沫金属层通过所述胶黏层粘贴;所述泡沫金属层通过所述水泥砂浆层安装在墙体室内墙面上。
进一步的,所述气凝胶层为疏水性二氧化硅气凝胶。
进一步的,所述泡沫金属层为泡沫铝。
进一步的,所述胶黏层为硅酮密封胶。
进一步的,所述水泥砂浆层的水泥和砂的体积配比为1:1.5~1:2。
进一步的,所述气凝胶层左侧涂抹空气净化层。
进一步的,所述空气净化层为含有负离子粉的腻子粉。
进一步的,所述空气净化层左侧涂抹抗菌层。
进一步的,所述抗菌层为银系纳米复合材料。
进一步的,所述泡沫金属层的厚度为5~10mm。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1.本发明所述一种建筑内墙保温板,其包括从左到右依次设置的气凝胶层、胶黏层、泡沫金属层和水泥砂浆层;所述气凝胶层、所述泡沫金属层通过所述胶黏层粘贴;所述泡沫金属层通过所述水泥砂浆层安装在墙体室内墙面上;气凝胶层具有良好的隔热性能,防止室内热量散失;泡沫金属层具有吸音、隔热的功能,具有良好的隔音效果,解决了目前广泛应用的玻璃棉、石棉等吸声材料的许多局限性;气凝胶层和泡沫金属层重量轻,减少墙面负担。
2.本发明所述气凝胶层为疏水性二氧化硅气凝胶;疏水性二氧化硅气凝胶具有良好的疏水性,防止室内水分对墙面的侵蚀,并且疏水性二氧化硅气凝胶具有良好的隔热性能,防止室内热量散失,同时疏水性二氧化硅气凝胶具有极强的有机物吸附能力,可以吸附室内的有毒气体;疏水性二氧化硅气凝胶具有半透明的色彩,外形美观。
3.本发明所述泡沫金属层为泡沫铝;泡沫铝具有良好的吸音、隔热功能,并且具有一定的强度,可以作为保温板的夹层承载层,并且泡沫铝具有良好的隔音效果,解决了目前广泛应用的玻璃棉、石棉等吸声材料的许多局限性。

参见图1,本发明泡沫金属层5为泡沫铝;泡沫铝具有吸音、隔热的功能,并且具有一定的强度,可以作为保温板的夹层承载层,并且具有良好的隔音效果,解决了目前广泛应用的玻璃棉、石棉等吸声材料的许多局限性。
参见图1,本发明胶黏层4为硅酮密封胶;硅酮玻璃胶的粘接力强,拉伸强度大,同时又具有耐候性、抗振性,和防潮、抗臭气和适应冷热变化大的特点;加之其较广泛的适用性,能实现大多数建材产品之间的粘合,因此应用价值非常大;硅酮玻璃胶由其不会因自身的重量而流动,所以可以用于过顶或侧壁的接缝而不发生下陷,塌落或流走。
参见图1,本发明水泥砂浆层6的水泥和砂的体积配比为1:1.5~1:2;1:1.5~1:2配比的水泥砂浆对混凝土、木板、聚苯板、玻璃、金属等基面粘结力强,且具有一定的柔性。
参见图1,本发明气凝胶层3左侧涂抹空气净化层2;空气净化层2为含有负离子粉的腻子粉;负离子粉中的负离子在空气中移动输送负电荷给细菌、灰尘、烟雾微粒以及水滴等,电荷与这些微粒相结合聚成球而下沉,从而达到净化空气的目的;负离子粉释放的空气负离子能有效地消除室内异味和各种有害气体。
参见图1,本发明空气净化层2左侧涂抹抗菌层1;抗菌层1为银系纳米复合材料;银系纳米复合材料具有高抑菌功能,可以杀死室内空气中的细菌,并且对人体几乎无毒。
参见图1,泡沫金属层5的厚度为5~10mm;厚度过低会影响隔音效果,厚度过高造成泡沫金属材料用量过大,造成资源浪费。

1.一种建筑内墙保温板,其特征在于:包括从左到右依次设置的气凝胶层、胶黏层、泡沫金属层和水泥砂浆层;所述气凝胶层、所述泡沫金属层通过所述胶黏层粘贴;所述泡沫金属层通过所述水泥砂浆层安装在墙体室内墙面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑内墙保温板,其特征在于:所述气凝胶层为疏水性二氧化硅气凝胶。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的建筑内墙保温板,其特征在于:所述泡沫金属层为泡沫铝。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的建筑内墙保温板,其特征在于:所述胶黏层为硅酮密封胶。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的建筑内墙保温板,其特征在于:所述水泥砂浆层的水泥和砂的体积配比为1:1.5~1:2。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的建筑内墙保温板,其特征在于:所述气凝胶层左侧涂抹空气净化层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的建筑内墙保温板,其特征在于:所述空气净化层为含有负离子粉的腻子粉。
8.根据权利要求7所述的建筑内墙保温板,其特征在于:所述空气净化层左侧涂抹抗菌层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的建筑内墙保温板,其特征在于:所述抗菌层为银系纳米复合材料。
