Description
技术领域
本发明涉及链条生产加工领域,具体涉及用于链条加工工艺的链条油。
背景技术
链条润滑使用的液体油样物质,对链条起到润滑、防锈、防水、抗摩擦作用,根据不同基础油、添加剂和生产工艺,分为工业级和食品级两大类别。
链条油是工业润滑油的一种,用于各种链条的润滑、防锈,减少摩擦、磨损,可以提高传动效率和延长链条寿命。
链条油由基础油和添加剂组成,根据基础油的不同可以分为:
1、矿物油链条油,基础油是矿物油,主要用于普通工况下。
2、合成油链条油,由合成油基础油组成,例如PAG、PAO和酯类基础油,主要用于高温等工作环境下。
3、生物基链条油,主要由可再生的植物油基础油组成,由于技术发展,大大提高了植物油润滑油的性能,有些产品已经达到合成油的性能水平。这些链条油由于其可降解和低毒特性,常用于水源、湿地和食品加工厂等敏感区域。
根据使用环境不同也分为不同的链条油,例如用于工作温度较高的链条中的是高温链条油,用于食品加工行业链条的是食品级链条油,用于环境敏感地区的是可降解链条油,等等。
高温行业使用的链条的工作温度基本都在200℃以上,有些行业在250~260℃,甚至会短时间达到280℃,在这样的高温下,一方面,链条油应该极少产生烟雾,更不能产生有害气体,这样会影响整个生产车间的正常生产;另一方面,链条油的粘度就会变得很低,粘附在链条的油膜的很薄,很容易造成油膜破裂导致润滑不良。因此在高温下链条油在链条表面必须有足够的油膜强度来提供润滑,极低的蒸发损失,确保设备的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供用于链条加工工艺的链条油。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
用于链条加工工艺的链条油,由以下重量份数原料组成:芳香酯30-40份、水溶性聚醚25-35份、硫化烷基酚钙2-4份、高温抗氧剂3-5份、降凝剂1-3份、消泡剂0.5-1.2份。
进一步的,所述高温抗氧剂为苯基α萘胺。
进一步的,所述降凝剂聚氧乙烯烷基胺。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚。
进一步的,所述芳香酯在40℃粘度为90-170cst。
进一步的,所述水溶性聚醚在40℃粘度为130-150cst。
进一步的,上述链条油在40℃粘度为160-170cst。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)该发明中有良好的高温性能,链条油粘度指数在200以上,即使在260℃高温下,还保持较高的粘度,确保了链条油在链条表面较高的粘附性和稳定性,提高了链条的使用寿命和产品的耐久度;(2)该链条油成分环保,成本低,适合推广使用。

为使对本发明的结构特征及所达成的功效有更进一步的了解与认识,用以较佳的实施例配合详细的说明,说明如下:
实施例1
用于链条加工工艺的链条油,由以下重量份数原料组成:芳香酯30份、水溶性聚醚25份、硫化烷基酚钙2份、苯基α萘胺3份、聚氧乙烯烷基胺1份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.5份。
其中,所述芳香酯在40℃粘度为90cst,所述水溶性聚醚在40℃粘度为130cst,最终制得的上述链条油在40℃粘度为160cst。
实施例2
用于链条加工工艺的链条油,由以下重量份数原料组成:芳香酯40份、水溶性聚醚35份、硫化烷基酚钙4份、苯基α萘胺5份、聚氧乙烯烷基胺3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚1.2份。
其中,所述芳香酯在40℃粘度为170cst,所述水溶性聚醚在40℃粘度为150cst,最终制得的上述链条油在40℃粘度为170cst。
实施例3
用于链条加工工艺的链条油,由以下重量份数原料组成:芳香酯35份、水溶性聚醚30份、硫化烷基酚钙3份、苯基α萘胺4份、聚氧乙烯烷基胺2份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.9份。
其中,所述芳香酯在40℃粘度为130cst,所述水溶性聚醚在40℃粘度为140cst,最终制得的上述链条油在40℃粘度为165cst。
分别按照实施例1-3制得链条油,用于链条,试验结果如下:

由表1可知,所述水溶性聚醚在40℃粘度为140cst,所述芳香酯在40℃粘度为130cst时,制得所述链条油在40℃粘度为165cst,在高温下使用(最高能在260℃),粘度变化最小,稳定性强,蒸发损失也适中。所以,实施例3中配方最适合高温下使用,其稳定性较强,粘度也适中,性能环保。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)该发明中有良好的高温性能,链条油粘度指数在200以上,即使在260℃高温下,还保持较高的粘度,确保了链条油在链条表面较高的粘附性和稳定性,提高了链条的使用寿命和产品的耐久度;(2)该链条油成分环保,成本低,适合推广使用。

1.用于链条加工工艺的链条油,其特征在于:由以下重量份数原料组成:芳香酯30-40份、水溶性聚醚25-35份、硫化烷基酚钙2-4份、高温抗氧剂3-5份、降凝剂1-3份、消泡剂0.5-1.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于链条加工工艺的链条油,其特征在于:所述高温抗氧剂为苯基α萘胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于链条加工工艺的链条油,其特征在于:所述降凝剂聚氧乙烯烷基胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于链条加工工艺的链条油,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于链条加工工艺的链条油,其特征在于:所述芳香酯在40℃粘度为90-170cst。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于链条加工工艺的链条油,其特征在于:所述水溶性聚醚在40℃粘度为130-150cst。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于链条加工工艺的链条油,其特征在于:上述链条油在40℃粘度为160-170cst。
