Abstract
本发明提供一种防鼠虫电缆,涉及电缆领域,包括导线,导线由若干包裹有铜丝保护层的铜丝绞合而成,包裹有铜丝保护层的铜丝周围填充降温散热填充砂,降温散热填充砂内混合防鼠、防虫剂,导线和降温散热填充砂外包裹有绝缘层,绝缘层外包裹有铠装层,铠装层外包裹石灰层,石灰层外设有电缆保护层,电缆保护层内分散设置若干超声波发生器。本发明采用物理方法、化学方法相结合的方式能够更好的起到防鼠蚁的效果,同时采用超声波发射器,对鼠虫能够起到一定范围内的驱赶,鼠虫在范围内待到一定时间情况下能够影响鼠虫的神经系统,长时间会达到致死的目的,能够高效、长效、环保的起到防鼠虫的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉电缆领域,尤其涉及一种防鼠虫电缆。
背景技术
我国很多地区经常会遇到老鼠和害虫等动物的啮咬侵害导致电缆损坏的现象的发生,使电缆中的导电线芯形成短路停电,甚至是火灾,对工农业生产造成较大的经济损失。目前电缆产品所采取的防鼠虫方法主要有化学法和物理法两种。化学法就是在电缆护套料中添加化学药品,以毒性原理毒杀鼠虫;物理法就是采用硬度较高的材料如尼龙、改性聚烯烃制作电缆护套。但是经过发明人长期研究发现,鼠虫料护套在长期埋地下时,其药效会逐渐降低,特别是在湿度比较高的环境下,更容易造成鼠虫料的药效散失甚至消失,所以还是会造成老鼠与蚂蚁啃食护套。所述防鼠虫护套并不能够很好的保护电缆不受鼠虫撕咬。
综上所述,如何有效地解决防鼠虫电缆防鼠虫效果不好的问题,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防鼠虫电缆,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种防鼠虫电缆,包括导线,所述导线由若干铜丝组成,所述铜丝外包裹有铜丝保护层,所述包裹有铜丝保护层的铜丝周围填充降温散热填充砂,所述导线和所述降温散热填充砂外包裹有绝缘层,所述绝缘层外包裹有铠装层,所述铠装层外包裹一层石灰层,所述石灰层外设有电缆保护层,所述电缆保护层内分散设置若干超声波发生器。
采用物理方法、化学方法相结合的方式能够更好的起到防鼠蚁的效果,同时采用超声波发射器,对鼠虫能够起到一定范围内的驱赶,若距离过近的情况下能够影响鼠虫的神经系统,长时间会达到致死的目的。
优选地,所述的降温散热填充砂中混有防鼠、防虫剂。
优选地,所述的电缆保护层为超强度纤维丝编织带。
超强度的纤维丝编织带具有很强的物理强度能够很好的起到防鼠虫的目的,同时,不会影响超声波发射器的工作。
优选地,所述的铜丝保护层由两层组成,内层为陶瓷材料,外层为橡胶材料。
优选地,所述的导线由若干包裹有铜丝保护层的铜丝绞合形成。
优选地,所述的石灰层的厚度为3-5mm。
石灰层可以起到杀虫驱虫的目的,同时也能够起到一定的防潮作用。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种防鼠虫电缆,采用物理方法、化学方法相结合的方式能够更好的起到防鼠蚁的效果,同时采用超声波发射器,对鼠虫能够起到一定范围内的驱赶,在范围内达到一定时间情况下能够影响鼠虫的神经系统,长时间会达到致死的目的,能够高效、长效、环保的起到防鼠虫的效果。

如图1所示,一种防鼠虫电缆,包括导线,导线由若干包裹有铜丝保护层7的铜丝8绞合而成,铜丝保护层7由两层组成,内层为陶瓷材料,外层为橡胶材料,包裹有铜丝保护层7的铜丝周围填充降温散热填充砂6,降温散热填充砂6内混合防鼠、防虫剂,导线8和降温散热填充砂6外包裹有绝缘层5,绝缘层5外包裹有铠装层4,铠装层外包裹一层厚度为3-5mm的石灰层3,石灰层3外设有电缆保护层1,电缆保护层1内分散设置若干超声波发生器2。

1.一种防鼠虫电缆,包括导线,其特征在于:所述导线由若干铜丝(8)组成,所述铜丝(8)外包裹有铜丝保护层(7),所述包裹有铜丝保护层(7)的铜丝周围填充降温散热填充砂(6),所述导线(8)和所述降温散热填充砂(6)外包裹有绝缘层(5),所述绝缘层(5)外包裹有铠装层(4),所述铠装层外包裹一层石灰层(3),所述石灰层(3)外设有电缆保护层(1),所述电缆保护层(1)内分散设置若干超声波发生器(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防鼠虫电缆,其特征在于:所述的降温散热填充砂(6)中混有防鼠、防虫剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防鼠虫电缆,其特征在于:所述的电缆保护层(1)为超强度纤维丝编织带。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防鼠虫电缆,其特征在于:所述的铜丝保护层(7)由两层组成,内层为陶瓷材料,外层为橡胶材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防鼠虫电缆,其特征在于:所述的导线由若干包裹有铜丝保护层(7)的铜丝(8)绞合形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防鼠虫电缆,其特征在于:所述的石灰层(3)的厚度为3-5mm。
