Abstract
本发明提出了一种用于车轮的多层摩擦阻尼器,所述多层摩擦阻尼器包括安装板(1)和多层摩擦板(2),所述安装板(1)上叠加所述多层摩擦板(2)。本发明所述多层摩擦阻尼器充分利用了摩擦阻尼的原理,相较于单层的摩擦阻尼环,该多层摩擦阻尼器的多层结构能够提供更大的阻尼。而相对于使用粘弹性材料的阻尼器来说,该多层摩擦阻尼器具有较好的环境适应性。其阻尼效果随环境的变化很小,能够更好的在长途线路中使用。同时该多层摩擦阻尼器加工及安装都非常简单,从而可以更大限度的降低人力物力等资源的消耗。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于列车车轮减振降噪技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于车轮的多层摩擦阻尼器。
背景技术
高速铁路的发展给人们带来便利的同时也带来了一些负面的问题。振动噪声就是其中之一。过大的振动噪声水平既影响乘客的乘车舒适性又会影响沿途居民的正常生活。因此采取措施降低高速铁路的振动噪声成为了伴随高速铁路的发展的一个重要课题。随着列车速度的提高,车轮的噪声问题相较于轮轨系统其它部分增长的更快,因此必须采取措施降低车轮的振动噪声。增加车轮阻尼是降低车轮振动噪声最经济且行之有效的方法之一,国内外出现了很多与此相关的产品。
发明内容
本发明为了解决高速列车车轮运行过程中的振动噪声技术问题,提出一种用于车轮的多层摩擦阻尼器。该多层摩擦阻尼器采用摩擦阻尼的原理,大大增加了车轮各模态的阻尼比,采用多层结构充分发挥了摩擦阻尼的效果。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:一种用于车轮的多层摩擦阻尼器,所述多层摩擦阻尼器包括安装板1和多层摩擦板2,所述安装板1上叠加所述多层摩擦板2;所述多层摩擦阻尼器上开有多个安装孔3,所述安装板1的两端分别设置有安装端孔4;所述多层摩擦阻尼器呈半圆形,其半径根据车轮6内踏面直径确定,其宽度由车轮6的轮缘与腹板之间的空间决定。
进一步地,所述多层摩擦阻尼器通过螺栓7对称安装在车轮6内踏面上的燕尾槽8中。
进一步地,所述多个安装孔3为3个安装孔3。
进一步地,所述多层摩擦板2的层数根据实际需要增加或者减少。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明用于降低车轮振动噪声的阻尼器由一个安装板1和多层摩擦板2组成,也可根据实际需要如质量比等增加或减少摩擦板2的数量。摩擦板2及安装板1叠加后以螺栓7安装在车轮6上。车轮运行过程中发生振动及变形时,安装板1与车轮6之间,摩擦板2与安装板1之间以及摩擦板2之间发生相对运动从而相互摩擦消耗能量。
结合图1-图3,本发明提出一种用于车轮的多层摩擦阻尼器,所述多层摩擦阻尼器包括安装板1和多层摩擦板2,安装板1和摩擦板2,以及各层摩擦板2之间的厚度可以相同也可以不同;所述安装板1上叠加所述多层摩擦板2;所述多层摩擦板2的层数根据实际需要增加或者减少,优选为2层。所述多层摩擦阻尼器上开有多个安装孔3,所述安装板1的两端分别设置有安装端孔4;所述多层摩擦阻尼器利用螺栓通过所述安装孔3和所述安装端孔4安装在车轮6上;多层摩擦阻尼器采用对称布置的形式,以保证车轮6在运行的过程中的动平衡。多层摩擦阻尼器安装所采用螺栓7的数量根据仿真和实验结果确定。螺栓7的预紧力同样需要通过实验和仿真来确定以达到最佳的减振降噪效果。所述多层摩擦阻尼器呈半圆形,其半径根据车轮6内踏面直径确定,其宽度由车轮6的轮缘与腹板之间的空间决定。
车轮6上开有燕尾槽8,所述多层摩擦阻尼器通过螺栓7对称安装在车轮6内踏面上的燕尾槽8中。
所述多个安装孔3为3个安装孔3。
安装板1的两端固定在车轮6上,而摩擦板2的两端则处于自由状态,这样同样能够更好的发挥多层摩擦阻尼器的减振降噪效果。当车轮在运行的过程中受到外部激励发生振动及变形的时候,多层摩擦阻尼器同样会发生振动和变形,进而多层摩擦阻尼器和车轮6之间,以及多层摩擦阻尼器内部各层摩擦板之间会发生相对运动并发生摩擦,从而消耗车轮的振动能量,进而降低车轮的振动及辐射的噪声。
本发明具有结构简单新颖,降噪效果好,环境适应性好等特点。

1.一种用于车轮的多层摩擦阻尼器,其特征在于:所述多层摩擦阻尼器包括安装板(1)和多层摩擦板(2),所述安装板(1)上叠加所述多层摩擦板(2);所述多层摩擦阻尼器上开有多个安装孔(3),所述安装板(1)的两端分别设置有安装端孔(4);所述多层摩擦阻尼器呈半圆形,其半径根据车轮(6)内踏面直径确定,其宽度由车轮(6)的轮缘与腹板之间的空间决定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层摩擦阻尼器,其特征在于:所述多层摩擦阻尼器通过螺栓(7)对称安装在车轮(6)内踏面上的燕尾槽(8)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多层摩擦阻尼器,其特征在于:所述多个安装孔(3)为3个安装孔(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多层摩擦阻尼器,其特征在于:所述多层摩擦板(2)的层数根据实际需要增加或者减少。
