For example, the image capturing device in this embodiment may select a capturing device with a binocular camera, and thus, each piece of image information may be a picture with human face features with different parallaxes captured by the binocular camera.
In this embodiment, before an image is collected, a sound playing device such as a microphone on the self-service terminal may send a first prompt message (e.g., please check a camera) prompting a user to check the image collection device, and a first image is collected within a preset time period (e.g., 10s, 15s, etc.) during which the first prompt message is sent;
after the first image is collected, second prompt information (such as prompt information of specific actions of opening a mouth, blinking and the like) for prompting a user to perform specific actions can be sent out, and a second image is collected within a preset time period when the second prompt information is sent out. As shown in fig. 4, image information may be acquired in real time.
In addition, after at least two images are acquired, whether the first image and the second image which are acquired both comprise the head portrait information of the user is judged; if not, the step of collecting the Nth image is executed again, and N is larger than 2.
S2, judging whether the user is a living user according to the image information, if so, executing step S3, if not, ending or repeating the step S1 for a predetermined number of times.
For example, step S2 may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep 001 of judging whether the face feature information of a plurality of faces exists in each piece of image information.
And (002) if not, namely when only one piece of face feature information exists in the image information, determining whether each piece of image information meets the illumination condition.
Substep 003, if satisfied, restore each image information to three-dimensional stereoscopic image information; unsatisfied, it can be discarded directly.
The sub-step 004 of determining whether the current user is a living user based on all the three-dimensional stereoscopic image information.
In another alternative implementation, the step S2 may further include the following sub-steps not shown in the figure:

or, the identity card information corresponding to the identity card number can be acquired from an authentication management platform according to the identity card number.
And S5, judging whether the head portrait information in the quality qualified image is matched with the head portrait information in the identity card information.
In the embodiment, the matching of the head portrait information is determined, which may be determined based on specific features of the head portrait information, for example, features of the eye, mouth, nose, and the like are extracted and compared, and if the error is within a preset range, the matching is determined.

Or in other embodiments, if the repeated times are incorrect, alarm information is sent to the authentication management platform so as to facilitate manual processing.
Or, if the multiple times of repetition are incorrect, the information of the failure of the living body verification is displayed.
In addition, if the avatar information in the image of step 105 does not match the avatar information in the identification card information, a prompt message indicating that the identification card fails is presented.
According to the method, the living body identification required before real-name authentication is realized through the self-service terminal, a user can quickly identify and confirm whether a shooting object is a living person only by standing in front of the equipment, and other operations are not required by the user; further, in order to ensure that the piece is consistent with the self, the self-service terminal can compare the portrait information shot by the camera with the photo information on the identity card, and the real-name authentication is confirmed to pass after the comparison is successful, so that risk monitoring on taxpayer information is realized, and tax handling efficiency is improved.
