Abstract
本发明公开一种包装瓶喷码机,包括输送装置和喷码装置,输送装置包括有支撑架、带有主动轮的主动轴、带有从动轮的从动轴、输送带、驱动主动轴转动的驱动装置,主动轮通过输送带带动从动轮转动,输送带的表面设有多个限位块,相邻的两个限位块与输送带相配合形成限位槽,喷码装置包括有喷码箱、喷码枪、输墨管,喷码枪通过输墨管连通喷码箱,喷码枪位于输送带一侧的上方。与现有技术相比,本发明通过在输送带上设置限位块,且相邻的限位块与输送带相配合形成限位槽,使得放置在限位槽上的包装瓶不会发生滚动,因此包装瓶在经过喷码枪时不会抖动,使得喷码更加清晰,质量更好,喷码位置更精确。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于喷码加工生产设备技术领域,特别地,涉及一种包装瓶喷码机。
背景技术
市面上有用包装瓶包装的产品,当瓶装的产品在出厂的时候,经常都会在包装瓶的底部喷上喷印生产日期,条形码,二维码及流水码等产品信息。生产厂家一般都是用喷码机来完成这道喷码工序。在现有的喷码机中,都是通过工人将包装瓶一个接着一个地放在传送带上,然后送至喷头处接受喷码。但是,传送带很平整,当包装瓶为圆柱瓶时,包装瓶平躺在传送带上无法固定,经常出现包装瓶在传送带上打滚的现象,不仅容易使包装瓶掉落在地上,而且会使包装瓶在经过喷头处喷码时容易发生偏移、滑动,导致喷码不完整、喷码不清晰,影响使用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种定位准确、防止包装瓶滚动、提高喷码质量的包装瓶喷码机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种包装瓶喷码机,包括输送装置和喷码装置,所述输送装置包括有支撑架、带有主动轮的主动轴、带有从动轮的从动轴、输送带、驱动所述主动轴转动的驱动装置,所述主动轴和所述从动轴分别位于所述支撑架的两端,所述主动轮通过所述输送带带动所述从动轮转动,所述输送带的表面设有多个沿所述主动轴转动方向均匀间隔分布的限位块,相邻的两个所述限位块与所述输送带相配合形成限位槽,所述喷码装置包括有喷码箱、喷码枪、输墨管,所述喷码枪通过所述输墨管连通所述喷码箱,所述喷码枪位于所述输送带一侧的上方。
作为上述方案的改进,所述限位块的表面包覆有软胶。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述输送装置还包括有多根用于支撑所述输送带的支撑托辊,所述支撑托辊安装在所述支撑架上,所述支撑托辊位于所述主动轴与所述从动轴之间。
进一步,所述喷码枪安装在所述支撑架的一侧。
进一步,所述喷码枪的前端设有传感器。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明通过在输送带上设置限位块,且相邻的限位块与输送带相配合形成限位槽,使得放置在限位槽上的包装瓶不会发生滚动,因此包装瓶在经过喷码枪时不会抖动,使得喷码更加清晰,质量更好,喷码位置更精确。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,一种包装瓶喷码机,包括输送装置1和喷码装置2,所述输送装置1包括有支撑架11、带有主动轮121的主动轴12、带有从动轮131的从动轴13、输送带14、驱动所述主动轴12转动的驱动装置15,所述主动轴12和所述从动轴13分别位于所述支撑架11的两端,所述主动轮121通过所述输送带14与所述从动轮131连接,所述主动轮121通过所述输送带14带动所述从动轮131转动,所述输送带14的表面设有多个沿所述主动轴12转动方向均匀间隔分布的限位块141,相邻的两个所述限位块141与所述传送带相配合形成限位槽,所述喷码装置2包括有喷码箱21、喷码枪22、输墨管23,所述喷码枪22通过所述输墨管23连通所述喷码箱21,所述喷码枪22位于所述输送带14一侧的上方。所述喷码箱21上有数控装置,控制所述喷码枪22喷码,所述喷码枪22的出射口朝向所述输送带14。所述输送带14套装在所述主动轮121与所述从动轮131上,然后把所述输送带14张紧,使得所述主动轮121在所述驱动装置15的驱动下转动带动所述输送带14移动,达到运输的目的。所述限位槽用于放置要喷码的包装瓶3,其中所述限位块141的间隔小于包装瓶3的直径,包装瓶3放置在所述限位槽上,支撑起包装瓶3,不让包装瓶3触碰所述输送带14,从而防止包装瓶3的左右滚动,达到固定包装瓶3的目的。本发明所述的喷码机的工作流程为:先启动所述驱动装置15,使所述主动轴12转动,从而使得所述输送带14向前运输,然后工人将需要喷码的包装瓶3放置在所述限位槽上,随着所述输送带14的运输,包装瓶3将会经过所述喷码枪22,所述喷码枪22会对经过所述喷码枪22的包装瓶3喷码,喷好码的包装瓶3将会随着所述输送带14继续运输,直至到达所述输送带14的末端,然后由工人收集起来。与现有技术相比,本发明通过在所述输送带14上设置所述限位块141,且相邻的所述限位块141与所述输送带14相配合形成所述限位槽,使得放置在所述限位槽上的包装瓶3不会发生滚动,因此包装瓶3在经过所述喷码枪22时不会抖动,使得喷码更加清晰,质量更好,喷码位置更精确。
参照图3,优选地,为了防止包装瓶3被所述限位块141刮花,所述限位块141的表面包覆有软胶1411。
优选地,为了更好地输送包装瓶3,所述输送装置1还包括有多根用于支撑所述输送带14的支撑托辊16,所述支撑托辊16安装在所述支撑架11上,所述支撑托辊16位于所述主动轴12与所述从动轴13之间。所述支撑托辊16用于支撑所述输送带14,防止所述输送带14下垂,避免所述输送带14的上表面出现不平导致喷码位置偏移。
优选地,为了方便安装,所述喷码枪22安装在所述支撑架11的一侧。
优选地,所述喷码枪22的前端设有传感器。当包装瓶3经过所述传感器的时候,所述传感器将会反馈信息到所述喷码箱21,所述喷码箱21将会控制所述喷码枪22喷出墨水,实现对包装瓶3喷码。

Claims (5)
1.一种包装瓶喷码机,包括输送装置(1)和喷码装置(2),其特征在于:所述输送装置(1)包括有支撑架(11)、带有主动轮(121)的主动轴(12)、带有从动轮(131)的从动轴(13)、输送带(14)、驱动所述主动轴(12)转动的驱动装置(15),所述主动轴(12)和所述从动轴(13)分别位于所述支撑架(11)的两端,所述主动轮(121)通过所述输送带(14)带动所述从动轮(131)转动,所述输送带(14)的表面设有多个沿所述输送带(14)长度方向均匀间隔分布的限位块(141),相邻的两个所述限位块(141)形成限位槽,所述喷码装置(2)包括有喷码箱(21)、喷码枪(22)、输墨管(23),所述喷码枪(22)通过所述输墨管(23)连通所述喷码箱(21),所述喷码枪(22)位于所述输送带(14)一侧的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装瓶喷码机,其特征在于:所述限位块(141)的表面包覆有软胶(1411)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装瓶喷码机,其特征在于:所述输送装置(1)还包括有多根用于支撑所述输送带(14)的支撑托辊(16),所述支撑托辊(16)安装在所述支撑架(11)上,所述支撑托辊(16)位于所述主动轴(12)与所述从动轴(13)之间。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种包装瓶喷码机,其特征在于:所述喷码枪(22)安装在所述支撑架(11)的一侧。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种包装瓶喷码机,其特征在于:所述喷码枪(22)的前端设有传感器。
