抗静电无纺布
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电无纺布,特别是一种透气且抗静电无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或者随机的纤维而所构成,是新一代的环保材料具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环利用等特点。无纺布本身不抗静电,在使用过程中通常会产生静电,影响使用的安全性。现有无纺布的抗静电改性,通常为在无纺布上涂覆抗静电涂层,抗静电性能不佳,而且易老化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种抗静电无纺布。本发明具有抗静电性能强和使用寿命长的特点。
本发明的技术方案:抗静电无纺布,其特征在于:包括依次设置的第一无纺布层、第一防静电层、聚乙烯纤维层、第二防静电层和第二无纺布层;所述第一无纺布层和第二无纺布相同,包括由外至内依次设置的聚酯短纤维层、助剂层和芳香族聚酰胺纤层,所述助剂层与聚酯短纤维层、芳香族聚酰胺纤层的交界处分别设有渗透层;第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层上还设有金属丝。
前述的抗静电无纺布中,所述第一无纺布层、第一防静电层、聚乙烯纤维层、第二防静电层和第二无纺布层的厚度比是11:3:5:3:11。
前述的抗静电无纺布中,所述金属丝分别呈网状布置在第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层上。
前述的抗静电无纺布中,所述第一防静电层和第二防静电层上分别设有透气孔,透气孔孔径为0.2mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过第一无纺布层、第一防静电层、聚乙烯纤维层、第二防静电层、第二无纺布层的复合,同时采用特定的无纺布层,使得不仅进行导电、防静电,并且具有良好的透气性,能延长使用寿命。本发明增强了无纺布的整体结构强度,且质感和手感优异,综合性能好,市场前景广阔。

实施例。抗静电无纺布,构成如图1所示,包括依次设置的第一无纺布层1、第一防静电层2、聚乙烯纤维层3、第二防静电层4和第二无纺布层5;所述第一无纺布层1和第二无纺布5相同,包括由外至内依次设置的聚酯短纤维层11、助剂层12和芳香族聚酰胺纤层13,所述助剂层12与聚酯短纤维层11、芳香族聚酰胺纤层13的交界处分别设有渗透层;第一无纺布层1和第二无纺布层5上还设有金属丝。
所述第一无纺布层1、第一防静电层2、聚乙烯纤维层3、第二防静电层4和第二无纺布层5的厚度比是11:3:5:3:11。
所述金属丝分别呈网状布置在第一无纺布层1和第二无纺布层5上。
所述第一防静电层2和第二防静电层4上分别设有透气孔,透气孔孔径为0.2mm。
本发明通过第一无纺布层、第一防静电层、聚乙烯纤维层、第二防静电层、第二无纺布层的复合,同时采用特定的无纺布层,使得不仅进行导电、防静电,并且具有良好的透气性,能延长使用寿命。本发明增强了无纺布的整体结构强度,且质感和手感优异,综合性能好,市场前景广阔。

1.抗静电无纺布,其特征在于:包括依次设置的第一无纺布层(1)、第一防静电层(2)、聚乙烯纤维层(3)、第二防静电层(4)和第二无纺布层(5);所述第一无纺布层(1)和第二无纺布(5)相同,包括由外至内依次设置的聚酯短纤维层(11)、助剂层(12)和芳香族聚酰胺纤层(13),所述助剂层(12)与聚酯短纤维层(11)、芳香族聚酰胺纤层(13)的交界处分别设有渗透层;第一无纺布层(1)和第二无纺布层(5)上还设有金属丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电无纺布,其特征在于:所述第一无纺布层(1)、第一防静电层(2)、聚乙烯纤维层(3)、第二防静电层(4)和第二无纺布层(5)的厚度比是11:3:5:3:11。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电无纺布,其特征在于:所述金属丝分别呈网状布置在第一无纺布层(1)和第二无纺布层(5)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电无纺布,其特征在于:所述第一防静电层(2)和第二防静电层(4)上分别设有透气孔,透气孔孔径为0.2mm。
