Abstract
本案涉及一种溶剂型胶黏剂,由下述重量份的原料组成:稀土丁异戊橡胶80‑100份;马来酸单乙酯改性环氧树脂3‑5份;硼酸锌15‑20份;聚合松香季戊四醇酯10‑15份;壳聚糖2‑4份;苯乙烯‑异戊二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物100‑125份;促进剂1‑2份;防老剂1‑2份;3‑甲基‑3‑乙基‑1,5‑戊二醇20‑30份;乙二醇丁醚100‑120份。本发明制备过程简单新颖,反应时间短;采用低毒性溶剂代替苯类溶剂,安全环保,并且对于橡胶的溶解性能优异。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶黏剂,尤其涉及一种溶剂型胶黏剂。
背景技术
溶剂型胶黏剂是产量很大的一类胶黏剂,它是以橡胶、塑料为主体材料,加入配合剂溶解到溶剂中而制成的,它的特点是靠溶剂挥发而固化,初黏力高,弹性大,剥离强度高等,特别适用于不同膨胀系数材料的粘接,现在已经广泛应用于制鞋、纸张、建筑材料、帆布、合成纤维、皮革、金属、木材等方面。随着溶剂胶黏剂的广泛使用和推广,人们对于它的性能和品质都有了更高的要求,因此研发出新的溶剂胶黏剂迫在眉睫,传统生产的溶剂型胶黏剂固含量低、耐寒性较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本案提供一种溶剂型胶黏剂。
为实现上述目的,本案通过以下技术方案实现:

优选的是,所述的溶剂型胶黏剂,其中,所述聚合松香季戊四醇酯的酸值为50-60mg KOH/g,软化点为80-90℃。
优选的是,所述的溶剂型胶黏剂,其中,所述壳聚糖重均分子量为20000-200000。
优选的是,所述的溶剂型胶黏剂,其中,所述稀土丁异戊橡胶门尼粘度为60-70ML(1+4) 100℃,重均相对分子质量为160×10-4-200×10-4。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)制备过程简单新颖,反应时间短;
(2)采用低毒性溶剂代替苯类溶剂,安全环保,并且对于橡胶的溶解性能优异;
(3)将单体聚合松香季戊四醇酯、接枝于主体的碳碳双键上,从而藉由单体的改质而改变胶黏剂的极性,增强胶黏剂的耐热性、耐氧化性和粘结性;
(4)通过加入3-甲基-3-乙基-1,5-戊二醇,提高胶黏剂的防冻性能;通过加入硼酸锌增大胶黏剂的粘度、提高粘结强度和耐热性、并改善耐紫外线辐射性能;苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物作为苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体,含不饱和双键,容易受到氧、光和热的作用易氧化、降解,耐老化性差,加入防老剂三氧化二锑增加其抗氧化性,在平均粒径为5-10μm时,其和胶黏剂的相容性达到最佳。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
稀土丁异戊橡胶具有优良的抗腐蚀性和优良的粘附性,门尼粘度为60-70ML(1+4)100℃,重均相对分子质量为160×10-4-200×10-4,在该相对分子质量和粘度下,稀土丁异戊橡胶交联结构比较完善和均匀,缠结结构多,高分子链的内聚能密度大,拉伸断裂所消耗的能量高,拉伸强度和粘度大,磨耗性能优良。
苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中有少量的异戊二烯链节,可提高胶黏剂的耐低温性能。并具有良好的弹性和粘接强度。
稀土丁异戊橡胶本身没有粘结性,需加马来酸单乙酯改性环氧树脂,以提高胶黏剂的初粘性和附着力。
苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物和稀土丁异戊橡胶中存在双键,在促进剂的作用下引发聚合松香季戊四醇酯接枝共聚,改性,增强胶黏剂的耐热性、耐氧化性和粘结性。聚合松香季戊四醇酯的酸值为50-60mg KOH/g,软化点为80-90℃,其胶黏剂的耐热性和粘结性最好。
通过加入3-甲基-3-乙基-1,5-戊二醇,提高胶黏剂的防冻性能。乙二醇丁醚用作胶黏剂的稳定剂和蒸发抑制剂,对稀土丁异戊橡胶溶解性好,低挥发速度,毒性小。壳聚糖由于其分子结构中大量游离氨的存在,通过加入壳聚糖来改善硼酸锌在胶黏剂中的相容性。
通过加入硼酸锌增大胶黏剂的粘度、提高粘结强度和耐热性、并改善耐紫外线辐射性能。
苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物作为苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体,含不饱和双键,容易受到氧、光和热的作用易氧化、降解,耐老化性差,加入防老剂三氧化二锑增加其抗氧化性,在平均粒径为5-10μm时,其和胶黏剂的相容性达到最佳。
