Abstract
本发明提供一种评价铝合金轧制油工艺润滑性能的方法:利用四辊试验冷轧机轧制铝板,用测定的前滑值,算出稳定轧制条件下的摩擦系数,进而评价轧制油的工艺润滑性能;量取待评价轧制油,用滴管让油品平铺在上下表面洁净、无缺陷的铝板上;将铝板放入轧辊中间进行轧制。取下铝板量测两个印痕的距离,算出前滑值。根据前滑值,算出中性角(临界角),结合接触角,算出摩擦系数。通过摩擦系数对比,来评价轧制油工艺润滑性能。本发明方法原理科学,测定方法简单易行,测定结果对实际生产具有重要指导意义。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种评价铝板带轧制油工艺润滑性能的方法。
背景技术
铝板带轧制过程中,由于铝材硬度较低,易与轧辊表面粘着,形成粘着磨损,产生磨粒,在铝材表面留下无数小麻点。这些磨粒又会擦伤铝材表面,严重影响其表面质量。铝板带加工中轧制油起着减少轧辊与轧件的摩擦,降低金属塑性变形抗力,控制辊型,带走轧制过程中产生的变形热,冲洗铝板表面的铝粉及其他污物等作用。铝板带轧制油由基础油(轻质、低粘矿物油)和添加剂(长链脂肪酸、醇、酯)组成。基础油主要起到载体、冷却的作用;添加剂主要在金属表面形成定向吸附膜,起到提高承载、减摩抗磨的作用。轧制油的润滑性能除了分别与基础油和添加剂本身性能有关外,与它们的配伍性能也有很大关系。轧制油的工艺润滑性能对产品质量起着重要的作用,过润滑和润滑不足都会在铝板表面产生缺陷,对产品质量造成严重影响。工艺润滑还起到降低轧制过程中能量消耗、节约能源作用。轧制过程中轧辊与铝材产生摩擦,摩擦越大消耗的能量就会越多,除了必要的摩擦力外,其他摩擦都是能量浪费。因此如何正确配制轧制油,进而评价轧制油、控制轧制油,对提高产品质量至关重要
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种评价铝板带轧制油工艺润滑性能的方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案:一种评价铝板带轧制油工艺润滑性能的方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤S1:在四辊试验冷轧机轧辊中间表面上冲出一凹槽,并用酒精擦洗轧辊表面洁净后吹干;步骤S2:量取待评价轧制油,用滴管让油品平铺在上下表面洁净、无缺陷的铝板上;步骤S3:调整好辊缝,将铝板放入上下轧辊中间,让轧辊咬入铝板,轧辊与铝板保持垂直;步骤S4:轧辊轧铝板一圈后,取下铝板量测两个印痕的距离及铝板厚度h;步骤S5:通过以下公式计算摩擦系数:
其中α为接触角,R为轧辊半径,H为轧前铝板厚度,H为轧后铝板厚度,Sh为前滑值,lh为轧辊转动一周在铝板上得到两压痕距离,l0为轧辊周长,γ为中性角,即临界角,f为摩擦系数;步骤S6:比较摩擦系数,摩擦系数越小,润滑性能越好。
在本发明一实施例中,所述四辊试验冷轧机为Φ140/350*450四辊试验冷轧机。
在本发明一实施例中,步骤S2中量取待评价轧制油5ml,铝板尺寸为600*100*Hmm。
在本发明一实施例中,步骤S3中,四辊试验冷轧机转速调为600r/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明方法原理科学,测定方法简单易行,测定结果对实际生产具有重要指导意义。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步解释说明。
本发明提供一种评价铝板带轧制油工艺润滑性能的方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤S1:在四辊试验冷轧机轧辊中间表面上冲出一凹槽,并用酒精擦洗轧辊表面洁净(无异物)后吹干;步骤S2:量取待评价轧制油,用滴管让油品平铺在上下表面洁净、无缺陷的铝板上;步骤S3:调整好辊缝,将铝板放入上下轧辊中间,让轧辊咬入铝板,轧辊与铝板保持垂直;步骤S4:轧辊轧铝板一圈后,取下铝板量测两个印痕的距离及铝板厚度h;步骤S5:通过以下公式计算摩擦系数:

实施例1
(1)做标记:在Φ140/350*450四辊试验冷轧机轧辊中间表面上冲出一小坑,并用酒精擦洗轧辊表面洁净后吹干。
(2)取样:量取待测油样5ml,用滴管让油品均匀地平铺在600*100*0.382mm上下表面洁净、无缺陷的铝板上。
(3)轧制:调整好辊缝,将铝板放入上下轧辊中间,让轧辊慢慢咬入铝板,轧辊与铝板保持垂直,转速调为600r/min。
(4)量测:轧辊轧铝板一圈后,取下铝板量测两个印痕的距离lh=45.9cm,铝板厚度h=0.310 mm。
(5)摩擦系数计算:
α=0.0316

α—接触角
H—轧前铝板厚度
h—轧后铝板厚度
Sh—前滑值
lh—轧辊转动一周后在铝板上得到两压痕距离
l0—轧辊周长
γ—中性角(临界角)
f—摩擦系数
用酒精擦洗轧辊表面洁净后吹干,用同时切取的相邻的另一块铝板,同样的步骤,测出另一轧制油摩擦系数f为0.812。
(6)评价:比较两种待测轧制油的摩擦系数,摩擦系数越小的工艺润滑性能越好。

1.一种评价铝板带轧制油工艺润滑性能的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:在四辊试验冷轧机轧辊中间表面上冲出一凹槽,并用酒精擦洗轧辊表面洁净后吹干;
步骤S2:量取待评价轧制油,用滴管让油品平铺在上下表面洁净、无缺陷的铝板上;
步骤S3:调整好辊缝,将铝板放入上下轧辊中间,让轧辊咬入铝板,轧辊与铝板保持垂直;
步骤S4:轧辊轧铝板一圈后,取下铝板量测两个印痕的距离及铝板厚度h;
步骤S5:通过以下公式计算摩擦系数:
