Abstract

一种热交换器,包括流道隔板,流道隔板间隔设置有若干,相邻流道隔板之间形成平流层,平流层由上至下依次连通,流道隔板上穿设有作为烟气通道的扁管,扁管由上至下穿过所有平流层,扁管一端为烟气进口,另一端为烟气出口。本发明提供了一种热交换器,采用扁管吸热,相比翅片结构烟气通道更大,不易发生堵塞,免去维护和保养成本,且风阻小,噪音低。

技术领域
本发明属于热交换技术领域,特指一种热交换器。
背景技术
现有的热交换器通常采用翅片式热交换结构,由于翅片排列较密,容易使得烟气通道因为积累灰尘发生堵塞,维护和保养成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种热交换器,采用扁管吸热,相比翅片结构烟气通道更大,不易发生堵塞,免去维护和保养成本,且风阻小,噪音低。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种热交换器,包括流道隔板,流道隔板间隔设置有若干,相邻流道隔板之间形成平流层,平流层由上至下依次连通,流道隔板上穿设有作为烟气通道的扁管,扁管由上至下穿过所有平流层,扁管一端为烟气进口,另一端为烟气出口。
优选的,所述扁管在流道隔板上环形阵列,并形成若干圈同心的烟气通道组。
优选的,所述扁管的横截面为腰形。
优选的,所述流道隔板中心穿设有圆管。
优选的,流道隔板外包裹有罩壳并形成热交换主体,罩壳上设有进水口和出水口,进水口连接在最上层平流层,出水口连接在最下层平流层;热交换主体上方设置燃烧室。
优选的,相邻平流层之间的流道隔板上开设有连通孔,连通孔位于流道隔板外沿,且相邻流道隔板上的流通孔相对设置。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
本款热交换器采用扁管吸热,与传统的翅片式相比,烟气通道不易容发生堵塞,可以实现终身免维护和保养;不会出现因翅片积累灰尘,而造成烟气堵塞的情况。
本款热交换器的烟气通道由于采用扁管结构,比传统翅片式要大,所以风阻小,对风机要求较低;不仅可以降低风机成本,还可以减少风机因大功率运行造成的燥音。
本款热交换器采用倒置燃烧的方式,冷凝水在重力作用下,直接进入冷凝水出水管排出,避免了传统燃烧方式中冷凝水无法排出的问题;在设定热效率值时,不受冷凝水问题的限制。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1-5:
一种热交换器,主要由热交换主体和位于热交换主体上部的燃烧室2构成,燃烧室2为热交换主体提供热能,并通过热交换主体内部的烟气通道实现与水的热交换。结合图2和图4可知,热交换主体包括罩壳1和固定在罩壳1内的盘形流道隔板5,流道隔板5由上至下间隔设置,外缘与罩壳1内部固定,相邻流道隔板5之间形成平流层,相邻平流层之间的流道隔板5上开设有连通孔,连通孔位于流道隔板5外沿,且相邻流道隔板5上的流通孔5a相对设置,使得水流形成S型走向,充分吸热;流道隔板5上轴向穿设有扁管6,扁管6与流道隔板5钎焊固定且在流道隔板5上环形阵列,并形成若干圈同心的烟气通道组,扁管6上端为烟气进口X,并与燃烧室2连通,下端为烟气出口Y;由于流道隔板5中心尺寸限制,流道隔板5中心穿设圆管7结构。
其中,在罩壳1外壁一侧设有进水口3,另一侧设有出水口4,进水口3位于上部,出水口4位于下部,进水口3与最上层的平流层连通,出水口4与最下层的平流层连通。

Claims (6)

1.一种热交换器,包括流道隔板(5),流道隔板(5)间隔设置有若干,相邻流道隔板(5)之间形成平流层,平流层由上至下依次连通,其特征在于:流道隔板(5)上穿设有作为烟气通道的扁管(6),扁管(6)由上至下穿过所有平流层,扁管(6)一端为烟气进口(X),另一端为烟气出口(Y)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器,其特征在于:所述扁管(6)在流道隔板(5)上环形阵列,并形成若干圈同心的烟气通道组。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热交换器,其特征在于:所述扁管(6)的横截面为腰形。
4.根据权利要求2所述的热交换器,其特征在于:所述流道隔板(5)中心穿设有圆管(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器,其特征在于:流道隔板(5)外包裹有罩壳(1)并形成热交换主体,罩壳(1)上设有进水口(3)和出水口(4),进水口(3)连接在最上层平流层,出水口(4)连接在最下层平流层;热交换主体上方设置燃烧室(2)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的热交换器,其特征在于:相邻平流层之间的流道隔板(5)上开设有连通孔,连通孔位于流道隔板(5)外沿,且相邻流道隔板(5)上的流通孔(5a)相对设置。
