本发明属于防蚊面料技术领域,公开了一种防蚊面料的加工方法,防蚊面料的加工方法包括:全拉伸FDY丝制、采用非织造类编织方法,将随机的FDY丝组成的纤维网或定向辅置的纱线经过机械加工,使之相互结合而成防蚊面料织物;涂布阶段:首先将丙炔菊酯微胶囊混合在粘合剂中;其次,将混合有丙炔菊酯微胶囊粘合剂涂刷在防蚊面料织物表面进行轧吸处理;将轧吸处理后的布料进行烘干处理。本发明防蚊布料的加工方法加工出来的产品防蚊效果好、持续时间长。可有效防止蚊叮虫咬的丙炔菊酯对人体无害,安全性可以放心;采用微胶囊技术保证了有效成分的逐步释放,使得防蚊效果长久。

本发明属于防蚊面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防蚊面料的加工方法。
背景技术
蚊子传播的疾病达80种之多,在地球上,再没有哪种昆虫比蚊子对人类危害更大,现有的防蚊产品有电蚊香、蚊帐等,但是这些防蚊产品使用具有一定的局限性,一般只能在住所、办公区域内使用,对于野外旅游、探险、或者户外的工作者来说,蚊香、蚊帐等几乎不能使用,或使用效果较差,于是,具有防蚊功能的布料应运而生,用这种布料制作而成的衣物、窗帘、帐篷等具有防蚊的效果,但是现有的制作工艺加工而成的防蚊布料,水洗10次之后,布料中含有的除虫菊酯只剩下60%,而水洗20次之后,布料中含有的除虫菊酯剩下20%不到,基本不具有防蚊功能。同时现有的技术主要是在纤维制造阶段,将防蚊功能性物质加入纤维原料中,再经过纺丝过程来获得具有防蚊效果的纤维。这种方法的主要缺点在于,一是会增加纺丝的难度,而且纤维产品种类调节很困难;二是防蚊功能物质是平均分布在纤维中,而实际上只有处于纤维表面的防蚊功能物质能够起作用,大量位于纤维内部的物质无法扩散和挥发,也就无法起到防蚊作用,导致利用率很低。
聚酯纤维(polyesterfibre)由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得到的合成纤维的统称。工业化生产的聚酯纤维是用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)制成的,中国的商品名为涤纶。这类纤维外观挺括,热稳定性好,但吸湿性稍差,用于制作各种服饰和寝装用品、蚊帐等等。
1941年,英国的J.R.温菲尔德和J.T.迪克森以对苯二甲酸和乙二醇为原料在实验室首先研制成功聚酯纤维,命名为特丽纶(Terylene)。1953年由美国生产,商品名为达可纶(Dacron),随后聚酯纤维在世界各国得到迅速发展。1960年聚酯纤维的世界产量超过聚丙烯腈纤维,1972年又超过聚酰胺纤维,成为合成纤维的第一大品种。近年来随着合成纤维技术的迅速发展,聚酯纤维出现了不少新品种,比如:聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维(PBT),聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯纤维(PTT),聚对苯二甲酸-1,4-环己二甲酯纤维,聚-2,6-萘二酸乙二酯纤维(PEN),以及多种改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维(如:CDP,ECDP,EDDP)等。
聚酯纤维制备的全拉伸丝FDY在使用性能和效果上与原生态原料(切片)制得的FDY长丝基本相近;而且聚酯纤维制备的全拉伸丝FDY由废旧聚酯纤维制得,即环保又经济价格便宜,因此聚酯纤维制备的全拉伸丝FDY在全球得到了发展;目前已达到5000万吨/年的生产能力,由此每年全球会产生约2000万吨的废旧聚酯纤维,因此废旧聚酯纤维的循环再利用可以节省大量的石化资源。
但现有的聚酯纤维制备的全拉伸丝FDY丝单丝断裂强度低,单丝Cv值偏差大;制约了其发展应用;而且对于45D-75D的FDY丝编制的蚊帐耐磨性质差、添加其他有益成分结合力差,一直困扰现在的制备工艺;本发明提供一种聚酯纤维制备全拉伸丝FDY丝的工艺,解决现有技术存在的问题。
综上所述,现有技术存在的问题是:现有的制作工艺加工而成的防蚊布料,水洗布料中含有的除虫菊酯量大量减少,基本不具有防蚊功能;将防蚊药物加入纤维原料中,大量位于纤维内部的物质无法扩散和挥发,也就无法起到防蚊作用,导致利用率很低。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种防蚊面料的加工方法。
本发明是这样实现的,一种防蚊面料的加工方法,包括:将回收的聚酯废瓶片破碎、清洗后输送至结晶床中结晶干燥;得到含水率小于50PPm的干聚酯瓶片;再将干聚酯瓶片喂入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出;同时通过辅助输送设备将Ca(OH)2-NMP添加到螺杆喂料口,与干聚酯瓶片混合后共同喂入螺杆;由螺杆挤出机挤出的熔体经熔体泵引入预过滤器过滤;经预过滤器过滤后的溶体引入聚合釜混合缩聚;缩聚后的溶体由计量泵引入纺丝箱进行熔融纺丝;由纺丝箱的喷丝板喷出的丝条经侧吹风箱侧吹风冷却固化;并且在侧吹风冷却固化后对丝条上油而藉以减小丝条张力并增加丝束的抱合力;将丝条集合成丝束并经拉伸装置进行二步全拉伸;二步全拉伸后的丝经卷绕落桶机卷绕落桶,得到全拉伸FDY丝;
绕落桶机卷绕速度为4200m/min~4500m/min;
二步全拉伸中,一步拉伸中的一辊、二辊旋转速度分别为:
1720m/min~2020m/min、1710m/min~2010m/min;一辊、二辊的表面温度均为93摄氏度~95摄氏度;
二步拉伸中的三辊、四辊旋转速度分别为:4285m/min~4585m/min、4275m/min~4575m/min;三辊、四辊的表面温度均为141摄氏度~143摄氏度。

进一步,得到全拉伸FDY丝后还需进行:
编制成布:采用非织造类编织方法,将随机的FDY丝组成的纤维网或定向辅置的纱线经过机械加工,使之相互结合而成防蚊面料织物;
涂布阶段:首先将丙炔菊酯微胶囊混合在粘合剂中;其次,将混合有丙炔菊酯微胶囊粘合剂涂刷在防蚊面料织物表面进行轧吸处理;接着,将轧吸处理后的布料进行烘干处理;
将烘干处理后的布料进行焙烘处理。
进一步,所述粘合剂包括聚氨酯和聚丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述丙炔菊酯微加入量为每1公斤聚氨酯加入10克丙炔菊酯微胶囊。
进一步,所述轧吸处理温度保持在80摄氏度~95摄氏度,所述轧吸处理时间为30分钟~50分钟,所述轧吸处理后的布料带液率为80%~88%;
所述烘干处理时间温度为90摄氏度~100摄氏度,所述烘干处理时间为3分钟~8分钟;
所述焙烘处理温度为120摄氏度~200摄氏度,所述焙烘处理时间为2分钟~5分钟。
本发明的优点及积极效果为:本发明防蚊布料的加工方法加工出来的产品防蚊效果好、持续时间长。可有效防止蚊叮虫咬的丙炔菊酯对人体无害,安全性可以放心;采用微胶囊技术保证了有效成分的逐步释放,使得防蚊效果长久。
本发明进行编制成布,此防蚊面料采用非织造类编织方法,即将随机的纤维网或定向辅置的纱线经过机械加工,使之相互结合而成的织物。易整理性(包括耐洗性和快速变干)、抗皱性、透气性和抗紫外线功能。紧接着进行涂布阶段。
本发明对于45D-75D的FDY丝编制的蚊帐面料基本具有耐磨性质优良、添加其他有益成分结合力高,解决了现有技术存在的问题。
本发明的FDY丝单丝断裂强度为4.2cN-4.6Cn;现有市场的FDY丝单丝断裂强度一般为3.2cN-3.5cN;因此本发明在耐磨性上提高了很多;
在单丝断裂伸长率Cv值偏差上,本发明为1.3222-1.6432;现有市场的单丝断裂伸长率Cv值偏差一般为2.890-5.334左右;因此现有市场的FDY单丝其有益成分的添加后,性能差,附着力差,品质不能保证。本发明则解决了上述问题。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
下面结合附图对本发明的应用原理作进一步描述。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的防蚊面料的加工方法包括以下步骤:
S101:将回收的聚酯废瓶片破碎、清洗后输送至结晶床中结晶干燥;得到含水率小于50PPm的干聚酯瓶片;再将干聚酯瓶片喂入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出;同时通过辅助输送设备将Ca(OH)2-NMP添加到螺杆喂料口,与干聚酯瓶片混合后共同喂入螺杆;由螺杆挤出机挤出的熔体经熔体泵引入预过滤器过滤;经预过滤器过滤后的溶体引入聚合釜混合缩聚;缩聚后的溶体由计量泵引入纺丝箱进行熔融纺丝;由纺丝箱的喷丝板喷出的丝条经侧吹风箱侧吹风冷却固化;并且在侧吹风冷却固化后对丝条上油而藉以减小丝条张力并增加丝束的抱合力;将丝条集合成丝束并经拉伸装置进行二步全拉伸;二步全拉伸后的丝经卷绕落桶机卷绕落桶,得到全拉伸FDY丝;绕落桶机卷绕速度为4200m/min~4500m/min;二步全拉伸中,一步拉伸中的一辊、二辊旋转速度分别为:1720m/min~2020m/min、1710m/min~2010m/min;一辊、二辊的表面温度均为93摄氏度~95摄氏度;二步拉伸中的三辊、四辊旋转速度分别为:4285m/min~4585m/min、4275m/min~4575m/min;三辊、四辊的表面温度均为141摄氏度~143摄氏度。
S102:编制成布:采用非织造类编织方法,将随机的FDY丝组成的纤维网或定向辅置的纱线经过机械加工,使之相互结合而成防蚊面料织物;
S103:涂布阶段:首先将丙炔菊酯微胶囊混合在粘合剂中;其次,将混合有丙炔菊酯微胶囊粘合剂涂刷在防蚊面料织物表面进行轧吸处理;接着,将轧吸处理后的布料进行烘干处理;将烘干处理后的布料进行焙烘处理。
所述粘合剂包括聚氨酯和聚丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
所述丙炔菊酯微加入量为每1公斤聚氨酯加入10克丙炔菊酯微胶囊。
所述轧吸处理温度保持在80摄氏度~95摄氏度,所述轧吸处理时间为30分钟~50分钟,所述轧吸处理后的布料带液率为80%~88%;
所述烘干处理时间温度为90摄氏度~100摄氏度,所述烘干处理时间为3分钟~8分钟;

侧出风温度为21摄氏度~22摄氏度;侧出风速为0.45m/s~0.50m/s;所述全拉伸FDY丝为40D~75D。

Claims (10)
1.一种防蚊面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述防蚊面料的加工方法包括:
将回收的聚酯废瓶片破碎、清洗后输送至结晶床中结晶干燥;得到含水率小于50PPm的干聚酯瓶片;再将干聚酯瓶片喂入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出;同时通过辅助输送设备将Ca(OH)2-NMP添加到螺杆喂料口,与干聚酯瓶片混合后共同喂入螺杆;由螺杆挤出机挤出的熔体经熔体泵引入预过滤器过滤;经预过滤器过滤后的溶体引入聚合釜混合缩聚;缩聚后的溶体由计量泵引入纺丝箱进行熔融纺丝;由纺丝箱的喷丝板喷出的丝条经侧吹风箱侧吹风冷却固化;并且在侧吹风冷却固化后对丝条上油而藉以减小丝条张力并增加丝束的抱合力;将丝条集合成丝束并经拉伸装置进行二步全拉伸;二步全拉伸后的丝经卷绕落桶机卷绕落桶,得到全拉伸FDY丝;
绕落桶机卷绕速度为4200m/min~4500m/min;
二步全拉伸中,一步拉伸中的一辊、二辊旋转速度分别为:
1720m/min~2020m/min、1710m/min~2010m/min;一辊、二辊的表面温度均为93摄氏度~95摄氏度;
二步拉伸中的三辊、四辊旋转速度分别为:4285m/min~4585m/min、4275m/min~4575m/min;三辊、四辊的表面温度均为141摄氏度~143摄氏度。
2.如权利要求1所述的防蚊面料的加工方法,其特征在于,Ca(OH)2-NMP添加量为干聚酯瓶片质量的0.5%~0.75%。
3.如权利要求1所述的防蚊面料的加工方法,其特征在于,结晶床中结晶干燥温度为170摄氏度~175摄氏度。
4.如权利要求1所述的防蚊面料的加工方法,其特征在于,螺杆挤出机熔融挤出的温度为:一区255℃-285℃,二区280℃-300℃,三区288℃-300℃,四区288℃-300℃,五区280℃-290℃,六区280℃-290℃,七区280℃-285℃,机头温度为275℃-285℃。
5.如权利要求1所述的防蚊面料的加工方法,其特征在于,喷丝板圆形喷丝板,其直径为175㎜,喷丝板上的喷丝孔的数量为24个-48个,喷丝孔的直径为0.25㎜-0.28㎜,喷丝孔的长径比L/D为2∶1~2.5:1。
6.如权利要求1所述的防蚊面料的加工方法,其特征在于,侧出风温度为21摄氏度~22摄氏度;侧出风速为0.45m/s~0.50m/s;所述全拉伸FDY丝为40D~75D。
7.如权利要求1所述的防蚊面料的加工方法,其特征在于,得到全拉伸FDY丝后还需进行:

10.如权利要求1所述的防蚊面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述轧吸处理温度保持在80摄氏度~95摄氏度,所述轧吸处理时间为30分钟~50分钟,所述轧吸处理后的布料带液率为80%~88%;
所述烘干处理时间温度为90摄氏度~100摄氏度,所述烘干处理时间为3分钟~8分钟;
所述焙烘处理温度为120摄氏度~200摄氏度,所述焙烘处理时间为2分钟~5分钟。
