Abstract

本发明公开了一种残旧聚乙烯地膜及农作物秸秆高热值生物燃料,由农作物秸杆(玉米、高粱、向日葵、豆类秸秆)和残旧聚乙烯地膜加工而成,按重量百分比,农作物秸秆90~70%,残旧聚乙烯地膜10~30%,通过此配方,经加工成的硬实燃料,燃烧热值在3500~5500大卡的生物燃料。该燃料热值可控,燃烧充分,残留量少,无污染,不但可部分代替高污染的煤燃料,也将解决由于农用地膜二次污染环境的问题,并切为农业和工业生产找到了一条可持续发展的路子。

Description

一种残旧聚乙烯地膜及农作物秸秆高热值生物燃料
技术领域
本发明涉及残旧PE(完全燃烧后生成CO2和H2O)和农作物秸秆生产的生物燃料技术领域,特别涉及一种残旧聚乙烯地膜及农作物秸秆高热值生物燃料。
背景技术
基于全国、全球新能源资源的开发利用,特别是环保和无污染的新能源少之又少,化石燃料污染严重,因此市场上急需一种无污染的清洁生物燃料,而利用农作物的秸秆生产的生物燃料符合国家发展战略,由此我们开发了PE(主要是废旧地膜、一次性购物袋等),配方比例和燃料特征,使之成为秸秆的增热剂,利用本发明生产的生物燃料,热值高,总热量可观,废旧聚乙烯。聚乙烯燃烧值为46000KJ/kg,换成大卡约为11000大卡/kg,是标煤的1.57倍。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,并提供一种残旧聚乙烯地膜及农作物秸秆高热值生物燃料,它无污染、热值高。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种残旧聚乙烯地膜及农作物秸秆高热值生物燃料,由农作物秸杆和残旧聚乙烯地膜加工而成,按重量百分比,农作物秸秆90~70%,残旧聚乙烯地膜10~30%,采用如下加工方法:
1、利用残膜回收起茬机将覆膜地里的残旧聚乙烯地膜和茬子回收,经人工分离出残旧聚乙烯地膜,并将残旧聚乙烯地膜粉碎至2-3mm碎块待用;
2、将含水15%以下的农作物秸秆用粉碎机粉碎至2-3mm的草粉待用;
3、将按上述重量配比的原料,处理后得到的碎块和草粉利用混料输入带输入至混料机进行预压缩,预压缩到体积变为原来的50~60%,主加工机器经加压加热,压力1.8~2.0Mpa,温度120~130℃,得到成品。
本发明的优点在于:1、本发明生物燃料着火性好、燃烧残碎少、热值与煤接近;2、本发明不但解决了农业覆盖地膜的污染问题,还获得了一项清洁能源,为国家乃至全世界找到了一条可持续发展的新路子。

具体实施方式 下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1 一种残旧聚乙烯地膜及农作物秸秆高热值生物燃料,由玉米秸杆和残旧聚乙烯地膜加工而成,按重量百分比,玉米秸秆90%,残旧聚乙烯地膜10%,采用如下加工方法:
1、利用残膜回收起茬机将覆膜地里的残旧聚乙烯地膜和茬子回收,经人工分离出残旧聚乙烯地膜,并将残旧聚乙烯地膜粉碎至2mm碎块待用;
2、将含水15%以下的玉米秸秆用粉碎机粉碎至3mm的草粉待用;
3、将按上述重量配比的原料,处理后得到的碎块和草粉利用混料输入带输入至混料机进行预压缩,预压缩到体积变为原来的50%,主加工机器经加压加热,压力1.8Mpa,把产品压实,温度120℃,为了成型和干燥产品里多余的水分,得到成品(如图1所示)。
本实施例产品经赤峰市产品质量计量检测所2017年12月13日检测:
实施例2 一种残旧聚乙烯地膜及农作物秸秆高热值生物燃料,由高粱秸杆和残旧聚乙烯地膜加工而成,按重量百分比,高粱秸秆80%,残旧聚乙烯地膜20%,采用如下加工方法:
1、利用残膜回收起茬机将覆膜地里的残旧聚乙烯地膜和茬子回收,经人工分离出残旧聚乙烯地膜,并将残旧聚乙烯地膜粉碎至3mm碎块待用;
2、将含水15%以下的高粱秸秆用粉碎机粉碎至2mm的草粉待用;
3、将按上述重量配比的原料,处理后得到的碎块和草粉利用混料输入带输入至混料机进行预压缩,预压缩到体积变为原来的60%,主加工机器经加压加热,压力2.0Mpa,温度130℃,得到成品。
实施例3 一种残旧聚乙烯地膜及农作物秸秆高热值生物燃料,由向日葵秸杆和残旧聚乙烯地膜加工而成,按重量百分比,向日葵秸秆70%,残旧聚乙烯地膜30%,采用如下加工方法:
1、利用残膜回收起茬机将覆膜地里的残旧聚乙烯地膜和茬子回收,经人工分离出残旧聚乙烯地膜,并将残旧聚乙烯地膜粉碎至3mm碎块待用;
2、将含水15%以下的向日葵秸秆用粉碎机粉碎至3mm的草粉待用;
3、将按上述重量配比的原料,处理后得到的碎块和草粉利用混料输入带输入至混料机进行预压缩,预压缩到体积变为原来的52%,主加工机器经加压加热,压力1.9Mpa,温度125℃,得到成品。
本实施例产品经赤峰市产品质量计量检测所2016年1月25日检测:
实施例4 一种残旧聚乙烯地膜及农作物秸秆高热值生物燃料,由豆类秸杆和残旧聚乙烯地膜加工而成,按重量百分比,豆类秸秆85%,残旧聚乙烯地膜15%,采用如下加工方法:
1、利用残膜回收起茬机将覆膜地里的残旧聚乙烯地膜和茬子回收,经人工分离出残旧聚乙烯地膜,并将残旧聚乙烯地膜粉碎至2mm碎块待用;
2、将含水15%以下的豆类秸秆用粉碎机粉碎至2mm的草粉待用;
3、将按上述重量配比的原料,处理后得到的碎块和草粉利用混料输入带输入至混料机进行预压缩,预压缩到体积变为原来的56%,主加工机器经加压加热,压力2.0Mpa,温度123℃,得到成品。
实验例
1、2015年12月28日,地点:赤峰市敖汉旗金厂沟梁镇刘杖子村村部,在40平方米初始温度等其它条件完全一样的两个房间,选用1号燃料(主要成分玉米秸秆)2号燃料(按实施例1制成的产品)。试验结果显示,1号燃料每小时耗用3.7市斤,室内温度为11.5摄氏度;2号燃料每小时耗用3.3市斤,室内温度为14.5摄氏度。
2、2015年12月30日,地点条件同1相同,增加了3号燃料(通用煤)。试验结果显示:1号燃料室内温度为12.5摄氏度,2号燃料室内温度为14.5摄氏度,3号燃料室内温度为13.5摄氏度。
3、2016年12月5日,地点:赤峰市敖汉旗金厂沟梁镇,在50平方米密闭的房间内。试验时长20小时。选用1号燃料(按实施例3制成的产品),2号燃料(平庄煤)。试验结果显示:1号燃料每小时耗用2市斤,室内温度为24.5摄氏度。2号燃料每小时耗用2.7市斤,室内温度22摄氏度。
其它试验结果见下表

通过以上三个案例做出结论:本发明制成的燃料,着火性好,燃烧残留少,热值与煤接近。

1.一种残旧聚乙烯地膜及农作物秸秆高热值生物燃料,其特征在于:由农作物秸杆和残旧聚乙烯地膜加工而成,按重量百分比,农作物秸秆90~70%,残旧聚乙烯地膜10~30%,采用如下加工方法:
1、利用残膜回收起茬机将覆膜地里的残旧聚乙烯地膜和茬子回收,经人工分离出残旧聚乙烯地膜,并将残旧聚乙烯地膜粉碎至2-3mm碎块待用;
2、将含水15%以下的农作物秸秆用粉碎机粉碎至2-3mm的草粉待用;
3、将按上述重量配比的原料,处理后得到的碎块和草粉利用混料输入带输入至混料机进行预压缩,预压缩到体积变为原来的50~60%,主加工机器经加压加热,压力1.8~2.0Mpa,温度120~130℃,得到成品。
