本发明公开了一种含颗粒物废气处理装置,包括滤筒、燃烧室、管道、吸附室、外排筒、风机、吸料风机、沉降室、隔热板,滤筒安装在管道外侧,燃烧室、吸附室和UV光解设备通过管道从左到右依次顺序连接安装,UV光解设备末端通过管道连通风机,风机出气端连通外排筒,吸附室底端漏料口处安装了吸料风机,吸料风机通过软管连通沉降室,燃烧室外壁螺栓固定安装了隔热板,一种含颗粒物废气处理装置,本装置设计适用于含颗粒废气的处理作业,废气首先通过滤筒初步过滤,然后进入燃烧室进行进一步燃烧处理,吸附室碳纤维吸附板吸附处理,UV光解设备利用紫外线光束将呈游离状态的污染物分子与臭氧氧化结合成小分子无害或低害的化合物。

技术领域
本发明涉及废气处理领域,特别是一种含颗粒物废气处理装置。
背景技术
废气处理净化主要是指针对工业场所产生的工业废气诸如粉尘颗粒物、烟气烟尘、异味气体、有毒有害气体进行治理的工作。常见的废气净化有工厂烟尘废气净化、车间粉尘废气净化、有机废气净化、废气异味净化、酸碱废气净化、化工废气净化等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种含颗粒物废气处理装置。为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含颗粒物废气处理装置,包括滤筒、燃烧室、管道、吸附室、UV光解设备、外排筒、风机、吸料风机、沉降室、隔热板,滤筒安装在管道外侧,燃烧室、吸附室和UV光解设备通过管道从左到右依次顺序连接安装,UV光解设备末端通过管道连通风机,风机出气端连通外排筒,吸附室底端漏料口处安装了吸料风机,吸料风机通过软管连通沉降室,燃烧室外壁螺栓固定安装了隔热板。
优选的,所述吸附室内置安装了不同规格的碳纤维吸附板。
优选的,所述滤筒内径由外向内顺序安装了第一滤网和第二滤网。
优选的,所述第一滤网口径大于第二滤网口径。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:一种含颗粒物废气处理装置,本装置设计适用于含颗粒废气的处理作业,废气首先通过滤筒初步过滤,然后进入燃烧室进行进一步燃烧处理,吸附室碳纤维吸附板吸附处理,UV光解设备利用紫外线光束将呈游离状态的污染物分子与臭氧氧化结合成小分子无害或低害的化合物。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种含颗粒物废气处理装置,包括滤筒1、燃烧室2、管道3、吸附室4、UV光解设备5、外排筒6、风机7、吸料风机8、沉降室9、隔热板10,滤筒1安装在管道3外侧,燃烧室2、吸附室4和UV光解设备5通过管道3从左到右依次顺序连接安装,UV光解设备5末端通过管道3连通风机7,风机7出气端连通外排筒6,吸附室4底端漏料口处安装了吸料风机8,吸料风机8通过软管连通沉降室9,燃烧室2外壁螺栓固定安装了隔热板10。
所述吸附室4内置安装了不同规格的碳纤维吸附板11。
所述滤筒1内径由外向内顺序安装了第一滤网12和第二滤网13。
所述第一滤网12口径大于第二滤网13口径。
本发明工作原理:一种含颗粒物废气处理装置,本装置设计适用于含颗粒废气的处理作业,滤筒内径由外向内顺序安装了第一滤网和第二滤网,第一滤网口径大于第二滤网口径。
废气首先通过滤筒初步过滤,然后进入燃烧室进行进一步燃烧处理,吸附室碳纤维吸附板吸附处理,吸附室内置安装了不同规格的碳纤维吸附板,吸料风机连通沉降室可以将碳纤维吸附板无法吸附处理的杂质吸入沉降室做物理沉降处理。
UV光解设备光解氧化设备:利用紫外线光束恶臭气体,裂解恶臭气体能够将氨、三甲胺、硫化氢、甲硫氢、甲硫醇、二硫化碳和苯乙烯,硫化物H2S、VOC类、苯、甲苯、二甲苯的分子键等呈游离状态的污染物分子与臭氧氧化结合成小分子无害或低害的化合物,如CO2、H2O等
光解氧化设备在无需预处理和添加任何物质的情况下就能高效除恶臭,并且适应性强,运行成本低,占地面积小而轻,使用寿命长。

1.一种含颗粒物废气处理装置,其特征在于,包括滤筒(1)、燃烧室(2)、管道(3)、吸附室(4)、UV光解设备(5)、外排筒(6)、风机(7)、吸料风机(8)、沉降室(9)、隔热板(10),滤筒(1)安装在管道(3)外侧,燃烧室(2)、吸附室(4)和UV光解设备(5)通过管道(3)从左到右依次顺序连接安装,UV光解设备(5)末端通过管道(3)连通风机(7),风机(7)出气端连通外排筒(6),吸附室(4)底端漏料口处安装了吸料风机(8),吸料风机(8)通过软管连通沉降室(9),燃烧室(2)外壁螺栓固定安装了隔热板(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含颗粒物废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述吸附室(4)内置安装了不同规格的碳纤维吸附板(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含颗粒物废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述滤筒(1)内径由外向内顺序安装了第一滤网(12)和第二滤网(13)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含颗粒物废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一滤网(12)口径大于第二滤网(13)口径。
