Abstract
本发明涉及工艺品生产加工，特别是DIY纯手工制作景泰蓝工艺画。它可以解决传统景泰蓝工艺画制作工艺上工序多、掐丝难的问题，优化制作工序和降低制作难度，大大提高制作效率，缩短加工周期。本发明技术主要用在景泰蓝工艺画（也叫金丝彩沙画、彩镶画、彩砂画等）的成品制作、销售及培训、DIY套件包的形式上。

技术领域
景泰蓝工艺画，也称金丝彩沙画、彩镶画、彩沙画等，是极具中国传统文化特色的美术工艺品。
背景技术
但其传统做法工序多制作周期长，成品价格昂贵，制约其传承和发展。传统工艺基本工序为：描图-粘丝-点蓝，本人通过对其制作工艺仔细研究和无数次试验，发明了最新的制作工艺，在效率上是传统的1-3倍，原有的描图工序完全省去，在粘丝方法上进行优化。并对制作工具和选材上也进行升级优化，让大家都能很容易的制作出一副精美的工艺画。完成后直接挂墙，还省去了装裱。
发明内容
将在原有的制作工艺上更改为：1、把原来的底板（密度板、层板等）升级为：a.透明有机板，将打印好的图纸贴在底板上，这样在底板的正面就可以印出相应图案线条，省去了描图环节；b.木板或活性炭上，在底板首先帖上印有图案的纸并粘好，再在其正面贴上专用的超宽超粘的双面胶，这样就可以省去描图和粘丝打胶的两大环节，大大的提高了制作效率，降低了人工成本；2、另外，我们把工具里加上玻璃或塑料的滴管和小的斜口剪，传统是用的剪刀的而且没有滴管。滴管用来吸水和串色时使用非常方便；3、在套装包里我们在传统的基础上增加了相匹配的框和框的安装配件，这样可以让客户在完成作品后自己diy装框，就不用再花钱去装裱了；4、把这种全新做法应用在活性炭盘摆件上，可起到美观又有环保的功效。

1.景泰蓝工艺画全新制作工艺方法其特征在于:制作工艺方法上要求不能有雷同使用双面胶的方法来粘丝。
2.景泰蓝工艺画全新制作工艺方法其特征在于:在套装内容方面，我们首创工具+材料+教程+框这种最齐全的方式进行打包销售。
3.景泰蓝工艺画全新制作工艺方法其特征在于:在底板选材方面首创用透明有机板、玻璃、木板或活性炭等板材作为底板，要求不能有相类似的材料或作法来制作。
