Abstract
本发明涉及塑料包装技术领域,具体为一种蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜。本发明的CPP薄膜,依次包括热封层、芯层、以及电晕层,所述芯层设置在热封层与电晕层之间;以重量百分比计,热封层占14%~20%,芯层占55%~65%,电晕层占20%~25%;热封层由三元共聚聚丙烯88%~95%、表面活性剂3%~8%、爽滑剂2%~5%组成,芯层包括均聚聚丙烯90%~96%、增韧剂4%~10%,电晕层包括均聚聚丙烯50%~65%、三元共聚聚丙烯20%~35%、茂金属POE 5%~10%、抗静电涂料5%~12%。本发明的蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜,稳定性好,清晰度高,抗冲性能好,不易开裂,具有优异耐高温性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷包装技术领域,具体为一种蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜。
背景技术
流延膜是通过熔体流涎骤冷生产的一种无拉伸、非定向的平挤薄膜,有单层流涎和多层共挤流涎两种方式。与吹膜相比,其特点是生产速度快,产量高,薄膜的透明性、光泽性、厚度均匀性等都极为出色。同时,由于是平挤薄膜后续工序,如印刷、复合等都极为方便,因而广泛应用于食品、医药用品、纺织品、鲜花、日用品的包装。我国流涎薄膜生产起步较晚(20世纪80年代),基础较为薄弱,但发展速度较快。经过近20年来的不断发展壮大,我国目前流涎薄膜在包装行业已成为具有相当生产能力和生产水平的朝阳产业。
耐蒸煮包装是近两年来发展较快的包装类别之一。耐高温蒸煮食品包装袋(以下简称耐蒸煮袋),俗称软罐头,其最为显著的特点是在常温下长期放置而不发生腐败变质;使用也很方便,既能冷食又可热煮。目前耐蒸煮袋主要用于包装罐头食品、熟食等,在日本、西欧也用于包装饮料、果汁、土豆泥、谷物食品等,蒸煮级是指能与PET、NY、铝箔等通过干式复合后,制成耐高温蒸煮杀菌的复合用基材薄膜。非蒸煮级是指不能做蒸煮袋内层基材,只能用于常规包装的薄膜。
相对于普通CPP薄膜,高温蒸煮CPP膜具有特别的性能要求:耐高温、高压,有杰出的热封强度、复合强度。蒸煮后其物理性质也不会下降、不破裂、不漏气,袋内食物不会变质变味。在运输及销售时要求在冷藏中能耐低温、不脆裂。这种新型包装材料的使用,不仅大大延长了食品的保质期,最大限度地保持了食品的新鲜和营养,而且在相当程度上减少了抽真空、高压、压力波动时的破包现象,从而在很大程度上降低了成本,普及了高档方便食品的包装。这一切都对制造高温蒸煮CPP薄膜的原料聚丙烯树脂提出了更高的要求,不仅要保证其具备优良的成膜加工性能,还要使制得的薄膜具有良好的机械性能和光学性能。常见的高温蒸煮CPP薄膜存在清晰度不高、抗冲性能差、易开裂、不耐高温等缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提出的一种稳定性好、清晰度高、抗冲性能好、不易开裂、耐高温的蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜,依次包括:热封层、芯层、以及电晕层,所述芯层设置在热封层与电晕层之间;以重量百分比计,所述热封层占14%~20%,所述芯层占55%~65%,所述电晕层占20%~25%;
以重量百分比计,所述热封层由三元共聚聚丙烯88%~95%、表面活性剂3%~8%、爽滑剂2%~5%组成,所述芯层包括均聚聚丙烯90%~96%、增韧剂4%~10%,所述电晕层包括均聚聚丙烯50%~65%、三元共聚聚丙烯20%~35%、茂金属POE5%~10%、抗静电涂料5%~12%。
优选地,以重量百分比计,所述热封层占17%,所述芯层占60%,所述电晕层占23%;以重量百分比计,所述热封层由三元共聚聚丙烯90%、表面活性剂6.5%、爽滑剂3.5%组成,所述芯层包括均聚聚丙烯93%、增韧剂7%,所述电晕层包括均聚聚丙烯58%、三元共聚聚丙烯27%、茂金属POE 8%、抗静电涂料7%。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的一种蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜,以三元共聚聚丙烯、表面活性剂、爽滑剂制成热封层,以均聚聚丙烯、增韧剂制成芯层,以均聚聚丙烯、三元共聚聚丙烯、茂金属、抗静电涂料制成电晕层,复合而出的蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜,产品质量轻,稳定性好,清晰度高,抗冲性能好,耐磨损、不易开裂,具有优异耐高温性能。

为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜,依次包括:热封层、芯层、以及电晕层,所述芯层设置在热封层与电晕层之间;以重量百分比计,所述热封层占14%,所述芯层占65%,所述电晕层占21%;
以重量百分比计,所述热封层由三元共聚聚丙烯88%、表面活性剂8%、爽滑剂4%组成,所述芯层包括均聚聚丙烯90%、增韧剂10%,所述电晕层包括均聚聚丙烯50%、三元共聚聚丙烯35%、茂金属POE 10%、抗静电涂料5%。
实施例2:
一种蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜,依次包括:热封层、芯层、以及电晕层,所述芯层设置在热封层与电晕层之间;以重量百分比计,所述热封层占20%,所述芯层占55%,所述电晕层占25%;
以重量百分比计,所述热封层由三元共聚聚丙烯95%、表面活性剂3%、爽滑剂2%组成,所述芯层包括均聚聚丙烯96%、增韧剂4%,所述电晕层包括均聚聚丙烯65%、三元共聚聚丙烯20%、茂金属POE 5%、抗静电涂料10%。
实施例3:
一种蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜,依次包括:热封层、芯层、以及电晕层,所述芯层设置在热封层与电晕层之间;以重量百分比计,所述热封层占18%,所述芯层占62%,所述电晕层占20%;
以重量百分比计,所述热封层由三元共聚聚丙烯91%、表面活性剂4%、爽滑剂5%组成,所述芯层包括均聚聚丙烯92%、增韧剂8%,所述电晕层包括均聚聚丙烯58%、三元共聚聚丙烯24%、茂金属POE 6%、抗静电涂料12%。
实施例4:
一种蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜,依次包括:热封层、芯层、以及电晕层,所述芯层设置在热封层与电晕层之间;以重量百分比计,所述热封层占17%,所述芯层占60%,所述电晕层占23%;
以重量百分比计,所述热封层由三元共聚聚丙烯90%、表面活性剂6.5%、爽滑剂3.5%组成,所述芯层包括均聚聚丙烯93%、增韧剂7%,所述电晕层包括均聚聚丙烯58%、三元共聚聚丙烯27%、茂金属POE 8%、抗静电涂料7%。

以重量百分比计,所述热封层由三元共聚聚丙烯88%~95%、表面活性剂3%~8%、爽滑剂2%~5%组成,所述芯层包括均聚聚丙烯90%~96%、增韧剂4%~10%,所述电晕层包括均聚聚丙烯50%~65%、三元共聚聚丙烯20%~35%、茂金属POE5%~10%、抗静电涂料5%~12%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸煮级流延复合CPP薄膜,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,所述热封层占17%,所述芯层占60%,所述电晕层占23%;以重量百分比计,所述热封层由三元共聚聚丙烯90%、表面活性剂6.5%、爽滑剂3.5%组成,所述芯层包括均聚聚丙烯93%、增韧剂7%,所述电晕层包括均聚聚丙烯58%、三元共聚聚丙烯27%、茂金属POE 8%、抗静电涂料7%。
