技术领域
本发明属于污水处理相关领域,具体涉及一种水力栅网除毛器。
背景技术
屠宰中心排放的废水,其水质特点是废水中含有大量的血污、毛皮、碎肉、肉脏杂物、未消化的食物以及粪便等污染物,悬浮物浓度高,水呈红褐色并有明显的腥臭味,是一种典型的易于生物降解的高悬浮物有机废水。废水中富含蛋白质及油脂,含盐量也较高。排放的废水中含有大量的COD、BOD、SS、氨氮等污染物,若不进行处理,直接排入天然水体,会大量消耗废水中的溶解氧,降底水体透明度,导致受纳水体的水质发黑发臭,甚至产生水体富营养化;同时大量的悬浮物会堵塞管道等等;严重破坏水体生态环境。
目前大多数屠宰废水处理设备都是处理含有大量的COD、BOD、SS、氨氮等污染物,没有专门用于处理污水中大量含有动物皮毛的设备。
发明内容
水力栅网除毛机主要应用于屠宰废水处理动物皮毛的去除。该技术应用主要针对动物皮毛特点,克服传统机械格栅格栅间隙大,能拦不住动物皮毛和固定格栅能堵住栅网孔的弱点。
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种水力栅网除毛器。
为了实现本发明,采用以下技术方案:一种水力栅网除毛器,包括布水器,弧形筛网、电动清洗刷、水力栅网除毛支架;所述布水器设置在水力栅网除毛支架顶部;所述弧形筛网设置在水力栅网除毛支架的中部,弧形筛网的顶端正对布水器出水下方设置,弧形筛网的底端靠近电动清洗刷设置;所述电动清洗刷设置在水力栅网除毛支架底部的末端。
进一步,所述布水器内部设有进水管道。
进一步,所述水力栅网除毛支架为L形。
本发明的有益效果: (1)本除毛器处理效果明显,皮毛去除率较高,较好解决了传统机械格栅无法实现的功能。
(2)利用水力冲刷的原理将含有动物毛发的废水布置在弧形特制筛网面上,废水落至接水盘或池中,毛发顺着水流被冲至弧形栅网底部,底部安装的电动清洗刷自动将毛发清除出设备外。
(3)设备采用智能电控的方法定期清理槽底毛发。
(4)特制布水器可以根据进水流量及水力状态自动适应调整布水角度,使动物毛发顺畅落至设备底部收集槽内。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种水力栅网除毛器,包括布水器1,弧形筛网2、电动清洗刷3、水力栅网除毛支架4;所述布水器1设置在水力栅网除毛支架顶部4;所述弧形筛网3设置在水力栅网除毛支架4的中部,弧形筛网3的顶端正对布水器1出水下方设置,弧形筛网2的底端靠近电动清洗刷3设置;所述电动清洗刷3设置在水力栅网除毛支架4底部的末端。
所述布水器1内部设有进水管道5;所述水力栅网除毛支架4为L形。

1.一种水力栅网除毛器,其特征在于,包括布水器(1),弧形筛网(2)、电动清洗刷(3)、水力栅网除毛支架(4);所述布水器(1)设置在水力栅网除毛支架顶部(4);所述弧形筛网(3)设置在水力栅网除毛支架(4)的中部,弧形筛网(3)的顶端正对布水器(1)出水下方设置,弧形筛网(2)的底端靠近电动清洗刷(3)设置;所述电动清洗刷(3)设置在水力栅网除毛支架(4)底部的末端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水力栅网除毛器,其特征在于,所述布水器(1)内部设有进水管道(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水力栅网除毛器,其特征在于,所述水力栅网除毛支架(4)为L形。
