Abstract
本发明公开了一种滋润养颜护肤品,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物2~6%、霍霍巴油1~5%、益母草提取物3~10%,本发明选用木瓜提取物,利用木瓜的有效成分,能够活化细胞,起到祛斑、美白润肤作用、使皮肤的胶原蛋白长期保持活性不易流失从而使肌肤具有弹性不易产生皱纹,同时添加滋润和保湿效果非常好,添加预防皱纹和老化保湿的霍霍巴油,再加以益颜美容,抗衰防老、调节女性激素水平、使女性内分泌功能保持平衡,使皮肤生长红润的益母草提取物;三者发生协同作用,起到滋润养颜的增效协同作用,在多种中药提取物协同作用下,产品可以明显改善肤质,提高皮肤弹性,达到滋润养颜的目的,使皮肤更水润,效果明显高于单独添加其中一种或两种提取物。

本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体是涉及一种滋润养颜的护肤品及其制备方法。
背景技术
美容养颜是使自己保持美丽青春的状态。只有注重后天的保养才能拥有健康完美的肌肤,才能真正达到容光焕发。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,物质生活的丰富和文化素质的不断提高,人们追求自身完美的理念也不断升华,人们不仅要吃得好,而且还要有影响,人们不仅要长寿,而且还要美容养颜。
现代女性长期处于密封及空调房间中,电脑辐射主要就是指电磁辐射,电磁辐射通常以热效应,非热效应和刺激对机体产生生物作用。长期接触电磁辐射会使皮肤产生早衰、出现斑点等负面影响;而空调的抽湿过程中,使得人体水分不断蒸发,即使通过补充饮水,也很难即使弥补皮肤水分的损失。因此,皮肤干燥及过长时间暴露于辐射环境,成为多数女性在日常生活中面临的主要肌肤健康威胁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述问题而提供一种滋润养颜护肤品及其制备方法,该滋润养颜护肤品针对皮肤缺水、皮肤斑引起不美观,利用多种中药提取物的活性成分的相互协同作用,起到美颜滋润皮肤作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种滋润养颜护肤品,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物2~6%、霍霍巴油1~5%、益母草提取物3~10%。
优选地,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物3~5.5%、霍霍巴油1~4.5%、益母草提取物5~8%。
优选地,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物3.5~5.5%、霍霍巴油1.5~4.5%、益母草提取物5.5~8%。
优选地,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物4~5.5%、霍霍巴油3~4%、益母草提取物6~7%。

一种滋润养颜护肤品,包括以下步骤:
1)在搅拌的状态下,将增稠剂、乳化剂缓慢加入至去离子水中,加热搅拌至75℃,保温至完全溶胀;
2)向1)中的混合物待温度降至55~60℃左右时,加入适量的三乙醇胺中和至pH至6.0~7.0左右,搅拌均匀;
3)向2)中所得的物质温度降至40~45℃,加入木瓜提取物、霍霍巴油、益母草提取物、防腐剂、香精,搅拌均匀,降温至36℃,停止搅拌,出料。
本发明所用滋润养颜护肤品主要成分以及功效如下:
木瓜提取物:木瓜提取物(Chineseflowringquince),为蔷薇科植物贴梗海棠的干燥成熟果实。性温,味酸。归肝、脾经。具有平肝、舒经活络、健脾开胃、止痛、祛风除湿之功效。
化学成份:木瓜含木瓜酶、皂甙、黄酮类、齐墩果酸、苹果酸,酒石酸、柠檬酸、熊果酸、鞣酸,维生素C等成份。
抗氧化:木瓜粉有较强的抗氧化作用,能够提高脑梗死患者血中超氧化物岐化酶(Soo)活性,降低脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高缺血性脑梗死患者的抗氧化功效。
美白:研究表明,木瓜酶能抑制黑色素的形成,发挥祛斑美白的功效。皮肤晒斑、雀斑、黄褐斑等均是由黑色素沉着引起,而黑色素实质上是蛋白质的衍生物,其形成的与酪氨酸酶的阳光照射作用有关。研究认为,细胞内的酪氨酸在酶的催化作用下会形成黑色素,而木瓜酶能使酪氨酸酶分解,并具有阻断酪氨酸酶的催化过程,从而减少形成黄褐斑的黑色素形成。以达到祛除黄褐斑的作用。
抗炎:木瓜提取物对乙酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成均有显著的抗炎作用,能明显延长小鼠的疼痛阀值。抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、二甲苯小鼠耳廓和大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成。迷迭香:迷迭香中富含甲氧基黄酮、L抗坏血酸、迷迭香酚、表迷迭香酚、异迷迭香酚,通过舒张血管作用激活皮肤微循环,从而导致静脉滞留和淤积脂肪的大量排泻。抑制脂质渗入,能抑制磷酸二酯酶活性,促进脂肪分解,提高游离脂肪浓度,促进淤积脂肪的流动性,疏通眼部肌肤血液循环,阻断血管充血从而防止黑眼圈和眼袋的形成,同时具有收缩和抗氧化功能,达到减缓眼部肌肤衰老的效果。
霍霍巴油:含有维生素E、维生素C、鲸蜡醇、蛋白质、镁、钙等矿物,主要成分是不饱和高级醇和脂肪酸,有良好的稳定性,极易与皮肤融合,具有超凡的抗氧化性。另外,霍霍巴油还含有丰富维生素,具有滋养软化肌肤的功效。
霍霍巴油对肌肤有非常显著的美容功效,具有平衡肌肤的作用,可用于疏通毛孔,能调节油性或混合性肌肤的油脂分泌,或溶解脸上的油脂,去除黑头粉刺,改善肌肤发炎和敏感、湿疹、干癣、面疱等症状。它的滋润和保湿效果非常好,可预防皱纹和老化,对干性、有皱纹的皮肤很有好处,可使其恢复活力及光泽。霍霍巴油的分子排列和人的皮脂非常类似,可用来改善敏感肌肤、风湿、关节炎与痛风,也能改善问题性皮肤,包括过敏、发炎、湿疹、干癣、面疱等。做芳香按摩时,霍霍巴油会连接皮下脂肪,并且畅通毛孔,不会留下任何废弃物质。
益母草:益母草提取液含有多种微量元素。硒具有增强免疫细胞活力、缓和动脉之作用;锰能抗氧化、抗衰老、抗疲劳及抑制癌细胞的增生。所以,益母草能益颜美容,抗衰防老。益母草含有多种对肌肤有益的成分,其中益母草宁能够调节女性激素水平,使女性内分泌功能保持平衡,激发细胞活力,使皮肤生长红润。

为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的原料均为市售获取。
实施例1
一种滋润美颜护肤品,主要按以下重量百分比成分组成,木瓜提取物2%、霍霍巴油2%、益母草提取物3%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.1%、三乙醇胺0.1%、山梨酸钾0.1%、果香型香精0.1%,余量为去离子水。
上述滋润养颜护肤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在搅拌的状态下,将十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠缓慢加入至去离子水中,加热搅拌至75℃,保温至完全溶胀;
2)向1)中的混合物待温度降至55~60℃左右时,加入适量的三乙醇胺中和至pH至6.0~7.0左右,搅拌均匀;
3)向2)中所得的物质温度降至40~45℃,加入木瓜提取物、霍霍巴油、益母草提取物、山梨酸钾、香精,搅拌均匀,降温至36℃,停止搅拌,出料。
实施例2
一种滋润美颜护肤品,主要按以下重量百分比成分组成,木瓜提取物3%、霍霍巴油1%、益母草提取物5%、甘油硬脂酸酯3%、汉生胶0.15%、三乙醇胺0.2%、苯氧乙醇0.2%、果香型香精0.1%,余量为去离子水。该护肤品与实施例1制备方法相同。
实施例3
一种滋润美颜护肤品,主要按以下重量百分比成分组成,木瓜提取物3.5%、霍霍巴油1.5%、益母草提取物5.5%、oliver1000 4%、丙烯酸酯类0.2%、三乙醇胺0.15%、苯氧乙醇0.25%、花香型香精0.1%,余量为去离子水。该护肤品与实施例1制备方法相同。
实施例4
一种滋润美颜护肤品,主要按以下重量百分比成分组成,木瓜提取物4%、霍霍巴油3%、益母草提取物6%、oliver1000 5%、卡波980 0.25%、三乙醇胺0.3%、山梨酸钾0.3%、花香型香精0.3%,余量为去离子水。该护肤品与实施例1制备方法相同。
实施例5
一种滋润美颜护肤品,主要按以下重量百分比成分组成,木瓜提取物5%、霍霍巴油3.5%、益母草提取物6.5%、汉生胶0.3%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%、三乙醇胺0.25%、山梨酸钾0.4%、花香型香精0.3%,余量为去离子水。该护肤品与实施例1制备方法相同。
实施例6
一种滋润美颜护肤品,主要按以下重量百分比成分组成,木瓜提取物5.5%、霍霍巴油4%、益母草提取物7%、质量比为1:2汉生胶和卡波980混合的混合物0.3%、十二烷基硫酸钠6%、三乙醇胺0.25%、质量比1:1的苯氧乙醇和山梨酸钾混合物0.4%、木香型香精0.3%,余量为去离子水。该护肤品与实施例1制备方法相同。
实施例7
一种滋润美颜护肤品,主要按以下重量百分比成分组成,木瓜提取物5.5%、霍霍巴油4.5%、益母草提取物8%、质量比为1:1丙烯酸酯类和卡波980混合的混合物0.5%、质量比为1:2的十二烷基硫酸钠和oliver1000混合物7%、三乙醇胺0.4%、山梨酸钾0.4%、中草药香型香精0.4%,余量为去离子水。该护肤品与实施例1制备方法相同。
实施例8
一种滋润美颜护肤品,主要按以下重量百分比成分组成,木瓜提取物6%、霍霍巴油5%、益母草提取物10%、丙烯酸酯类0.4%、oliver1000 8%、三乙醇胺0.5%、苯氧乙醇0.5%、果香型香精0.5%,余量为去离子水。该护肤品与实施例1制备方法相同。
对照组
表1为对照组护肤品的中药成分和含量
对照组1~8中其他成分含量与实施例4一致。
1、豚鼠皮肤刺激实验
各取0.5g实施例1~8护肤品组合物,采用去离子水稀释至100g配置成受试样品。受试样品采用皮肤刺激性试验方法(《化妆品卫生规范》2007版毒理学试验方法)进行测试。
实验动物:豚鼠体重250g~300g。
实验结果:经14天皮肤刺激试验,未见刺激反应。
2、本发明滋润补水实验
以实施例1~8的护肤品作为试验组,对照组1~8对照组,采用CallegariSoft5.5,测试100名30-35岁女性试用者,先记录使用前受试者的皮肤角质层水分含量,之后开始在特定部位连续涂用实验溶液,涂用位置为上臂内侧3.0*3.0cm面积的皮肤,各选取三处皮肤,分别固定涂抹本发明的护肤品和对照组,另一处不涂抹任何护肤品,每天早晚各一次,连续涂用16周后,分别测试涂用面积内的皮肤角质层水分含量,与受试前作对比,评价100名测试者皮肤含水量提升的有效率,结果如表2所示;

由表2可知,本发明实施例1~8所述的护肤品皮肤含水量提升的有效率均在89%以上,滋润效果佳,其中以实施例4~6的效果最佳。
对照组1~3分别为只使用木瓜提取物、霍霍巴油、益母草提取物的护肤品,上述的对照组1~3与实施例4相同条件,可看出,单独使用三种中的一种提取物,滋润效果不佳,相对于本申请,有差距。对照组4~6为使用三种提取物中的两种任意组合获得的护肤品,与实施例4其他条件相同,可看出,相对于单独使用提取物,补水有效率有提升,但其效果与本发明还存在差异,本发明在三种提取物合理配伍,发挥了协同增效作用,共同协同作用下,才会达到显著的滋润补水效果。而对照组7~8为选用相同的组分,相同的制备方法条件下,其配方比例在本发明的特定的比例范围外,其效果均远远不如本发明的效果,证明,本发明的组合物只有在特定比例内才能发挥显著的滋润补水效果。
3、祛斑养颜效果实验效果
(1)一般资料
受试组:本发明的祛斑护肤品就实施例1~8每组实施例都对50例观察了解祛斑祛皱效果;
对照组:就对照组1~8每组实验例都对50例观察了解祛斑效果。
实验者年龄18~60岁,头面部可见有不同程度的黯沉、黑斑、黄褐斑色素沉淀症状,且无任何痛痒等症状。
(2)使用方法:受试组与对照组均为早晚避开眼部涂抹于面部,早晚各一次。
(3)结果评判标准:
色斑试验观察指标:1、色斑面积大小的变化:用标尺测量同一黄褐斑受试前后的长度和宽度,计算色斑面积;2、色斑颜色深浅的变化:按照中国科学院地理研究所设计研制,测绘出版社1992年出版的《实用标准色卡》(第一版)中的棕色(Y+M+BK即黄+品红+黑的叠色)色卡为黄褐斑颜色深浅的判断标准:I度(15、20、5),II度(30、40、10),III度(40、60、15)。
(4)祛斑效果判断
1、显效:黄褐斑颜色明显变浅,面积减少>1/3,不产生新黄褐斑;
2、有效:黄褐斑颜色变浅,面积减少≤1/3,不产生新黄褐斑;
3、无效:黄褐斑颜色及面积无明显变化。

表3
从表3中的实施例可知,85%以上的受试者显著有效,黄褐斑颜色明显变浅,面积减少>1/3,不产生新黄褐斑,其中以实施例4、5、6、7效果较优。
对照组1~3分别为只使用木瓜提取物、霍霍巴油、益母草提取物的护肤品,上述的对照组1~3与实施例4相同条件,可看出,单独使用三种中的一种提取物,其效果不明显,相对于本申请,其祛斑明显更差,显效成分均在34%以下,而有26%以上无效。
对照组4~6为使用三种提取物中的两种任意组合获得的护肤品,与实施例4其他条件相同,可看出,相对于单独使用提取物,其祛斑效果有提升,但其效果与本发明还存在差异,本发明在合理配伍下,三种提取物共同协同作用下,才会达到显著的祛斑美颜效果。
对照组7~8为在使用相同的组合物,相同的制备方法条件下,其配方比例在本发明的特定的比例范围外,其效果均远远不如本发明的效果,证明,本发明的组合物只有在特定比例内才能发挥显著的美颜祛斑效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种滋润养颜护肤品,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物2~6%、霍霍巴油1~5%、益母草提取物3~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滋润养颜护肤品,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物3~5.5%、霍霍巴油1~4.5%、益母草提取物5~8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滋润养颜护肤品,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物3.5~5.5%、霍霍巴油1.5~4.5%、益母草提取物5.5~8%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滋润养颜护肤品,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物4~5.5%、霍霍巴油3~4%、益母草提取物6~7%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的滋润养颜护肤品,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物4~5%、霍霍巴油3~3.5%、益母草提取物6~6.5%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的滋润养颜护肤品,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物4%、霍霍巴油3%、益母草提取物6%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的滋润养颜护肤品,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物5%、霍霍巴油3.5%、益母草提取物6.5%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的滋润养颜护肤品,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分比的成分,木瓜提取物5.5%、霍霍巴油4%、益母草提取物7%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的滋润养颜护肤品,其特征在于,还含有以下质量百分比的成分,乳化剂2~8%、防腐剂0.1~1.0%,增稠剂0.1~0.5%、三乙醇胺0.1-0.4%,香精0.1~1.0%,余量去离子水;
所述乳化剂选用十二烷基硫酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、oliver1000中的一种或几种组合;
所述增稠剂选用卡波980、汉生胶、丙烯酸酯类中的一种或几种组合;
所述防腐剂选用苯氧乙醇、山梨酸钾中的一种或两种混合;
所述香精为果香型、花香型、木香型、中草药香型的一种。
10.一种如权利要求1至9任一项所述的滋润养颜护肤品,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)在搅拌的状态下,将增稠剂、乳化剂缓慢加入至去离子水中,加热搅拌至75℃,保温至完全溶胀;
2)向1)中的混合物待温度降至55~60℃左右时,加入适量的三乙醇胺中和至pH至6.0~7.0左右,搅拌均匀;
3)向2)中所得的物质温度降至40~45℃,加入木瓜提取物、霍霍巴油、益母草提取物、防腐剂、香精,搅拌均匀,降温至36℃,停止搅拌,出料。
