Abstract
本发明公开了一种高效碱性清洗剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:3‑20份五水硅酸钠,5‑10份碳酸钠,3‑10份氢氧化钠,2‑20份EDTA‑2Na,700‑900份去离子水。本发明的高效碱性清洗剂成本低、清洗方便,能够有效去除污垢但不会损坏仪器,其适用于金属精密部件、线路板、锡膏印刷、治具、汽车电子等的清洗;该高效碱性清洗剂的pH值较市面上的碱性清洗剂低,在有效去污的同时不会损坏工件,对工件起到很好的保护作用,有效延长了工件的使用寿命;该高效碱性清洗剂适用范围广,可以用于各种材质和各种部件的清洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高效碱性清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
生产过程中,机器和仪器表面经常会有油脂、污垢等物质影响机器的正常运行。例如,进水口的有机物会在机器的内表面聚积,有机物的出现为微生物的生长提供了环境,进而产生微生物污垢,机器长期运转后,本身使用的油脂或空气中的粉尘也会沉积在机器的表面。这些污垢会影响机器的正常运转和使用寿命。
市面上也有一些碱性清洗剂,虽然具有一定的清洁能力,但其成本比较高,运行成本难以控制,还有一些清洗剂的pH值,在清洗的同时会对一起本身造成一定的破坏。
因此,需要一种能够有效清洗油脂、污垢、胶体、重金属残留,适用于金属精密部件、线路板、锡膏印刷、治具、汽车电子、液晶材料、半导体、钢网、磁性材料、音频磁头、光学玻璃、反渗透膜等精细零部件的清洗剂,其成本低、清洗方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本低、清洗方便,能够有效去除污垢但不会损坏仪器的碱性清洗剂,其适用于金属精密部件、线路板、锡膏印刷、治具、汽车电子等的清洗。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高效碱性清洗剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
优选的,高效碱性清洗剂由以下重量份的组分组成:
五水硅酸钠是一种无毒、无味的白色粉末或结晶颗粒,其具有去垢、乳化、分散、湿润、渗透性,对Ph值有缓冲能力,将其添加于碱性清洗剂能有效提高清洗剂的清洁能力。
本发明还提供了高效碱性清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将去离子水、五水硅酸钠加入到反应釜中,搅拌,溶解;
2)继续加入碳酸钠、氢氧化钠和EDTA-2Na,搅拌,直至固体完全溶解,即得到高效碱性清洗剂。
优选的,步骤1)和2)中的搅拌的条件控制为:温度为40-60℃,搅拌速度为200-350r/min,搅拌时间为20-40min。
本发明还提供了采用高效碱性清洗剂清洗工件的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)采用水稀释高效碱性清洗剂,
2)将工件浸没在稀释后的高效碱性清洗剂中,加热至40-60℃,浸泡3-10min;
3)取出工件,用清水清洗即可。
优选的,步骤1)中,稀释高效碱性清洗剂时,水与高效碱性清洗剂的比例是42-45:1。更优选,稀释高效碱性清洗剂时,水与高效碱性清洗剂的比例是44:1。
优选的,步骤1)中,将工件浸没在高效碱性清洗剂中时,采用超声进行辅助清洗。
优选的,所述超声的功率为100-500W。
优选的,所述工件的材质为铝合金仅、金属、不锈钢、玻璃或塑料。
优选的,所述工件为金属精密部件、线路板、锡膏印刷、治具、汽车电子、液晶材料、半导体、钢网、磁性材料、音频磁头、光学玻璃或反渗透膜。

实施例2
一种高效碱性清洗剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:

1)将去离子水、五水硅酸钠加入到反应釜中,在温度为45℃下,在速度为250r/min下,搅拌30min,溶解;
2)继续加入碳酸钠、氢氧化钠和EDTA-2Na,在温度为45℃下,在速度为300r/min下,搅拌20min,直至固体完全溶解,即得到高效碱性清洗剂。
实施例3
一种高效碱性清洗剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:

1)将去离子水、五水硅酸钠加入到反应釜中,在温度为50℃下,在速度为300r/min下,搅拌30min,溶解;
2)继续加入碳酸钠、氢氧化钠和EDTA-2Na,在温度为50℃下,在速度为300r/min下,搅拌40min,直至固体完全溶解,即得到高效碱性清洗剂。
实施例4
一种高效碱性清洗剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:

1)将去离子水、五水硅酸钠加入到反应釜中,在温度为55℃下,在速度为350r/min下,搅拌20min,溶解;
2)继续加入碳酸钠、氢氧化钠和EDTA-2Na,在温度为55℃下,在速度为200r/min下,搅拌40min,直至固体完全溶解,即得到高效碱性清洗剂。
实施例5
采用实施例1-4制备的高效碱性清洗剂分别清洗膜组件,方法如下:
1)采用水稀释高效碱性清洗剂,其中水与高效碱性清洗剂的比例是44:1;
2)将膜组件浸没在稀释后的高效碱性清洗剂中,加热至50℃,采用功率为300W的超声进行辅助清洗,浸泡5min;
3)取出膜组件,用清水清洗即可。
清洗后,膜组件参数的变化如表1所示。

由表1可知,本发明制备的高效碱性膜清洗剂能有效去除膜使用过程中的有机物、悬浮物、胶体、粘泥等污染物,去除膜面的生物粘膜,保护膜组的结构与性能,延长膜的使用时间。
