本发明公开了一种治疗高血脂症的活性炭，由以下步骤制备得到：(1)将玉米棒置于O2或有氧状态下加热炭化，然后研为细末，过筛；(2)再用高温蒸汽蒸40～50分钟，使其每一碎细末表面都布满了微细小孔。本发明的降脂效果好，有效率达100％，且无副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗高血脂症的活性炭。
背景技术
高脂血症是目前，中老年人的一种多发症，有原发和继发两种。原发的多有家族遗传史；继发的多继于未控制的糖尿病、甲减、肝、胆、肾、胰疾病，慢性酒精中毒。
高脂血症的临床表现为动脉粥样硬化，血压偏高，肥胖，腹痛，湿疹，肝脾腄大，血液检查为胆固醇，甘油三脂，血粘稠高增高，同时血液中一种或多种脂蛋白的成份的含量高于正常人，(低密度脂蛋白升高)。
目前防治高脂血症大多采用以下两种方法：
1、保守疗法，合理膳食，如限制碳水化物和脂肪的摄入量，少吃动物油脂，低盐和低糖，多吃蔬菜水果等。
2、加强运动锻炼，服用一些降血脂的药物或输液，如脉通，丹参，维脑路通，维生素e等。
以上的两种方法效果有限，疗效也不是很明显。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种治疗高血脂症的活性炭。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是，一种治疗高血脂症的活性炭，由以下步骤制备得到：
(1)将玉米棒置于O2或有氧状态下加热炭化，然后研为细末，过筛；
(2)再用高温蒸汽蒸40～50分钟，使其每一碎细末表面都布满了微细小孔。
作为优选，上述活性炭的使用方法，包括以下步骤：
对于检测指标甘油三脂含量不超过3.0mmol/L的患者，按每日2次，每次6克，连续服用15天；
对于检测指标甘油三脂含量大于3.0mmol/L的患者，按每日2次，每次6克，连续服用30天。
由于活性炭颗粒上具有成千上万个细孔，成了一种天然“过滤器”，能过滤气体和液体，使其变得纯净。正因为活性炭上面布满微细孔，可把食物的胆固醇分子吸收，而活性炭只是一个匆匆过客，随大便出排体外，这样就减少了外源性胆固醇的摄入，从而使血脂下降，经常服用活性炭再加运动，可有效地治疗高血脂症，并有预防心脑血管梗塞的作用。
本发明的有益效果是：
降脂效果好，且无副作用。
具体实施方式
1、制备方法
一种治疗高血脂症的活性炭，由以下步骤制备得到：
(1)将玉米棒置于O2或有氧状态下加热炭化，然后研为细末，过筛；
(2)再用高温蒸汽蒸40～50分钟，使其每一碎细末表面都布满了微细小孔。
2、服用方法
以多年来的经验，根据患者血脂增高的指标为依据，活性炭对甘油三脂的治疗非常敏感，而对胆固醇治疗稍次。
临床实践经验：
对于检测指标甘油三脂含量不超过3.0mmol/L的患者，按每日2次，每次6克，连续服用15天；
对于检测指标甘油三脂含量大于3.0mmol/L的患者，按每日2次，每次6克，连续服用30天。
3、治疗效果
经连续服用1～3个疗程后，患者的甘油三脂含量能够一次性降至正常的甘油三酯水平：成人＜150mg/dL(1.7mmol/L)，总有效率100％，经治疗后随访，1～10年未见复发。其中有个别的患者在治疗后，曾因吃大鱼大肉后血脂有所上升，再用活性炭治疗仍有效。

Claims (2)
1.一种治疗高血脂症的活性炭，其特征在于，由以下步骤制备得到：
(1)将玉米棒置于O2或有氧状态下加热炭化，然后研为细末，过筛；
(2)再用高温蒸汽蒸40～50分钟，使其每一碎细末表面都布满了微细小孔。
2.如权利要求1所述活性炭的使用方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
对于检测指标甘油三脂含量不超过3.0mmol/L的患者，按每日2次，每次6克，连续服用15天；
对于检测指标甘油三脂含量大于3.0mmol/L的患者，按每日2次，每次6克，连续服用30天。
