Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种镍-钛合金(称之NITI)牙医铰刀的制造方法。
这些牙医铰刀主要是用一种金属圆柱毛坯制造的,它们通常由至少40%的钛组成,尽管这种比例对于使用这种方法来说不是关键。
金属毛坯棒在旋转的砂轮前以进料速度VA移动,砂轮的不同直径的盘决定了旋转砂轮切削毛坯材料的线性速度VL。
另外一个重要参数是由砂轮颗粒尺寸DG决定的,这通常是在金钢砂的情况下。
在US5464362专利中已经描述了这种类型的方法,其中要求保护和所描述的值如下:

出乎意料地并与现有方法中存在的一些最佳条件的情况完全矛盾的情况已表明,相反的运行条件给出至少相同的结果。

1.牙医铰刀的制造方法,所述牙医铰刀从一个圆柱形镍-钛合金坯制造,该坯在旋转砂轮前面以进料速度VA移动,砂轮的不同直径的盘具有与材料切削率有关的线性速度VL,其特征在于,
-VL高于91440厘米/分钟,
-VA低于7.62厘米/分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,砂轮颗粒的粒度大于46μ。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,该砂轮是一种金钢钻砂轮。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,VL约为2213米/分钟,VA约为3.2厘米/分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,该砂轮是一种金钢钻砂轮。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,VL约为2213米/分钟,VA约为3.2厘米/分钟。
