分筋草为蕨类石松科石松属植物杉蔓石松Lycopodium annotinum L，以全草入药。四季可采，晒干或阴干。祛风除湿，舒筋活血。用于跌打损伤，腰腿筋骨疼痛，风湿麻木。
火炭母，拉丁名为Polygonum chinense L.)，蓼科植物火炭母为多年生草本，全株均可入药。茎近直立或蜿蜒状，高达1m，茎圆柱形，略具棱沟，光滑或被疏毛或腺毛，斜卧地面或依附而生，下部质坚实，多分枝，匍地者节处生根，嫩枝紫红色。清热解毒，利湿消滞，凉血止痒，明目退翳。用于痢疾，肠炎，消化不良，肝炎，感冒，扁桃体炎，咽喉炎，白喉，百日咳，角膜云翳，霉菌性阴道炎，白带，乳腺炎，疖肿，小儿脓疱疮，湿疹，毒蛇咬伤。本发明以全草入药。
飞来鹤为萝藤科牛皮消属植物飞来鹤(耳叶牛皮消)Cynanchum auriculatumRoyle ex Wight，以根或全草入药。健胃消积，解毒消肿。用于食积腹痛，胃痛，小儿疳积，痢疾；外用治毒蛇咬伤，疔疮。本发明以全草入药。
水杨梅为茜草科水杨梅属植物水杨梅Adina rubella Hance,以根、茎皮、叶、花及果实入药。清热利湿；解毒消肿。主湿热泄泻；痢疾；湿疹；疮疖肿毒；风火牙痛；跌打损伤；外伤出血。本发明以全草入药。
凤尾草是一种蕨类植物，属于凤尾蕨科、凤尾蕨属。学名Pteris multifda poir。喜生长在荫蔽、湿润、温暖处。也耐旱，在南方冬季，石缝中生长的植株经—二月干旱，仍不致完全枯死。主产长江流域及以南各省、区，北方的陕西、河北、山东等省也有分布。以全草入药，补血调经，养阴。用于月经不调，阴虚潮热，头晕目眩，妇女虚劳。
羊角参为百合科黄精属植物甘肃黄精Polygonatum kansuense Maxim.，以根状茎入药。夏秋采收，洗净晒干，放置回润，切片晒干。滋补肝肾，养阴生津。用于神经衰弱，高血压病，头痛，咽喉痛，消渴，口干舌燥。
本发明具有积极的效果：本发明的结构设置合理，其不但可有效的对肩周炎处进行按摩，同时可以提供一定的温度，从而有利于缓解肩周炎的痛疼，达到理疗保健效果，使用稳定性好且适用性强；并且还设置有存储腔，可以根据需要装填不同的中药材颗粒，配合加热块可有效提高药材的药性，实用性强。本发明中分筋草、火炭母祛风除湿，舒筋活血为君药，飞来鹤、水杨梅解毒消肿为臣药，凤尾草、羊角参滋补肝肾，养阴生津为佐使药，全方治疗肩周炎效果显著。

具体实施方式
实施例1：图1显示了本发明的一种具体实施方式，其中图1为本发明的结构示意图。
见图1，一种用于肩周炎的理疗保健装置，包括结构相同的左箍环1和右箍环2，所述左箍环1和右箍环2的一端通过旋转轴3相连接且另一端通过卡扣结构4卡扣固定，在所述左箍环1的内侧设置有弧形滑槽5，在所述弧形滑槽5内设置有滑块6，在所述弧形滑槽5的内壁上设置有齿槽7，在所述滑块6内设置有驱动腔8，在所述驱动腔8内设置有驱动电机9，在所述驱动电机9的主轴上固定有驱动齿轮10，所述驱动齿轮10的齿边伸出所述滑块6并与所述弧形滑槽5的齿槽7相齿合，在所述滑块6的外侧端固定有按摩座11，在所述按摩座11的侧面均匀固定有橡胶按摩头12，在所述按摩座11内设置有加热块13和蓄电池14，所述蓄电池与所述加热块及驱动电机相连接，所述滑块在所述驱动电机的作用下在所述弧形滑槽内移动。
在所述橡胶按摩头12内设置有存储腔15，在所述橡胶按摩头上设置有与所述存储腔相连通的添加通孔16和堵塞17，中药颗粒自添加通孔添加至存储腔内。
在所述橡胶按摩头上均匀设置有细透孔18。
在所述弧形滑槽的两端分别固定有抵压开关19，所述驱动电机为正反转电机，所述抵压开关与正反转电机相连接。
在使用时先将药物颗粒装填至存储腔内，然而将其套在肩周炎处，启动电机与加热块即可。
中药颗粒的制备方法为：取分筋草30份、火炭母20份、飞来鹤15份、水杨梅20份、凤尾草15份、羊角参10份，粉碎，过60目筛即得。
本发明的结构设置合理，其不但可有效的对肩周炎处进行按摩，同时可以提供一定的温度，从而有利于缓解肩周炎的痛疼，达到理疗保健效果，使用稳定性好且适用性强；并且还设置有存储腔，可以根据需要装填不同的中药材颗粒，配合加热块可有效提高药材的药性，实用性强。
实施例2：本发明治疗肩周炎的临床研究
2.1按上述实施例1的方法制备一种用于治疗肩周炎的理疗保健装置。
2.2共收治肩周炎患者80例，年龄54-68岁，其中男42例，女38例，病程最短者8周，最长者达1年，平均0.5年。
2.3诊断标准：(1)40～50岁以上中老年，常有风湿寒邪侵袭史或外伤史。(2)肩部疼痛及活动痛，夜间加重，可放射到手，但无感觉异常。(3)肩关节活动尤以上举、外展、内、外旋受限。(4)肩周压痛，特别是肱二头肌长头腱沟。(5)肩周肌肉痉挛或肌萎缩。(6)X线及化验检查一般无异常发现。
2.4疗效标准：痊愈：症状、体征及有关实验室检查基本正常。好转：症状及体征减轻，实验室检查有改善。无效：症状无改变。
2.5临床观察结果：使用本发明，治疗一个月，观察结果显示痊愈34例，好转41例，无效5例，有效率93.75％，表明本发明对于肩周炎具有显著的疗效，没有观察到任何临床不良反应，表明本发明临床应用安全、无毒副作用。
显然，本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例，而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说，在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于治疗肩周炎的理疗保健装置，包括结构相同的左箍环和右箍环，所述左箍环和右箍环的一端通过旋转轴相连接且另一端通过卡扣结构卡扣固定，其特征在于：在所述左箍环的内侧设置有弧形滑槽，在所述弧形滑槽内设置有滑块，在所述弧形滑槽的内壁上设置有齿槽，在所述滑块内设置有驱动腔，在所述驱动腔内设置有驱动电机，在所述驱动电机的主轴上固定有驱动齿轮，所述驱动齿轮的齿边伸出所述滑块并与所述弧形滑槽的齿槽相齿合，在所述滑块的外侧端固定有按摩座，在所述按摩座的侧面均匀固定有橡胶按摩头，在所述按摩座内设置有加热块和蓄电池，所述蓄电池与所述加热块及驱动电机相连接，所述滑块在所述驱动电机的作用下在所述弧形滑槽内移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗肩周炎的理疗保健装置，其特征在于：在所述橡胶按摩头内设置有存储腔，在所述橡胶按摩头上设置有与所述存储腔相连通的添加通孔和堵塞，中药颗粒自添加通孔添加至存储腔内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于治疗肩周炎的理疗保健装置，其特征在于：在所述橡胶按摩头上均匀设置有细透孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于治疗肩周炎的理疗保健装置，其特征在于：在所述弧形滑槽的两端分别固定有抵压开关，所述驱动电机为正反转电机，所述抵压开关与正反转电机相连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于治疗肩周炎的理疗保健装置，其特征在于：中药颗粒的制备方法为：取分筋草30份、火炭母20份、飞来鹤15份、水杨梅20份、凤尾草15份、羊角参10份，粉碎，过60目筛即得。
