Abstract

Today, more and more people choose to transport items for express delivery, and thus a large number of express packages are generated. In addition, in this embodiment, the second identification of the pickup person is obtained first, the server can send the to-be-picked order information related to the second identification of the pickup person to the local terminal, and when the pickup person subsequently collects the second identification, information matching can be performed quickly in the local terminal, so that the waiting time for the server to return the to-be-picked order information is reduced, and the pickup efficiency is improved.
When the matching is successful, the server returns verification success information, for example, a gate can be operated to open, and the order state information is automatically changed and the second identity of the pickup is recorded; when the matching fails, the server returns verification failure information which is any content different from the verification success information so as to remind an administrator or a pickup person to perform other processing. This embodiment has realized automatic self-service getting, has further improved the convenience degree of getting and has got an efficiency.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a pickup verification method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the pickup verification method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s301, providing a plurality of second identity identifications, wherein each second identity identification corresponds to at least one first identity identification;

S302, providing package information to be picked up, wherein the package information to be picked up comprises a first identity mark and waybill information to be picked up;
in this step, the difference from the first and second embodiments is that the parcel information to be taken may be input into the server by the staff or imported into the server, rather than being obtained from the trading platform. For example, when a batch of parcels to be picked arrives, the staff member may manually input the waybill number of each parcel and the cell phone number of the recipient, the cell phone number being the first identity identification information, and the waybill number being the waybill information to be picked.

As can be seen from the above description, in the pickup verification method according to the embodiment of the present invention, after a pickup person picks up a pickup, the present invention may provide a plurality of second identity identifiers, where each second identity identifier corresponds to at least one first identity identifier, associate package information of a pickup to be taken according to the first identity identifiers, receive the second identity identifier of the pickup person and waybill information of the package, match the waybill information of the package with the package information of the pickup to be taken, and if the matching is successful, verify that the pickup person passes the verification. By the adoption of the piece taking verification method, manual participation in the open piece taking process can be reduced, the piece taking speed is improved, the phenomenon of queuing and piece taking is reduced, and meanwhile errors caused by manual operation are avoided.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a pickup verification method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the pickup verification method according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s401, providing a plurality of second identity identifications, wherein each second identity identification corresponds to at least one first identity identification;
s402, providing package information to be picked up, wherein the package information to be picked up comprises a first identity mark and waybill information to be picked up;
s403, receiving a second identity of the pickup;
s404, searching one or more pieces of package information to be picked up related to the first identity identification corresponding to the second identity identification according to the second identity identification of the pickup person;
s405, receiving waybill information of the package;
s406, matching the waybill information of the package with the waybill information to be taken, and if matching is successful, the verification of the pickup person is passed.

In an embodiment, after the verification of the pickup person is passed in step S406, the method may further include:
s407, the order state is changed into the taken piece.
In the above steps, after the verification by the pickup person, the server or the pickup operation terminal may change the order state information into a pickup state, and the server may further record a second identity of the pickup person, for example, record campus card information, identification number, two-dimensional code, etc., so as to facilitate tracing back the pickup person. Through the steps, the time for manually changing the order state and manually recording the second identity mark of the pickup person can be reduced, and the pickup efficiency is further improved.
In this embodiment, after step S404, that is, after searching for one or more order information associated with the first identity corresponding to the second identity according to the second identity of the pickup, the method may further include:
s404a, sending the order information to be taken to the browser cache of the terminal;
s404b, the order information to be taken is saved in the temporary file of the terminal.
In the two cases, after receiving the second identity of the pickup, the server may directly send the corresponding order information to be picked to the browser for caching or saving as a temporary file of the terminal, and after receiving the waybill information of the package in step S406, the matching between the order information to be picked and the waybill information of the package may be performed locally without waiting for the server to further return any information, so that time is saved, and efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the following steps may be further included:
s406a, if the matching is not successful, returning the information that the pickup person fails to verify.
In this step, if the matching is not successful, the server may return information different from the matching success. For example, when the matching is successful, the server can return an instruction for opening the gate, and the pickup person can walk out of the campus stager from the gate; when the matching is unsuccessful, the server can return an alarm instruction without opening the gate, or further send an instruction of manual verification, and the verification is completed manually and whether the gate is started is determined.
As can be seen from the above description, in the pickup verification method according to the embodiment of the present invention, after a pickup person picks up a pickup, the present invention may provide a plurality of second identification marks, each of the second identification marks corresponds to at least one first identification mark, associate package information to be picked up according to the first identification mark, receive the second identification mark of the pickup person and the waybill information of the package, match the waybill information of the package with the package information of the pickup person, and if the matching is successful, verify that the pickup person passes the verification. Claims (24)
1. A parcel pickup verification method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
providing a plurality of second identification marks, wherein each second identification mark corresponds to at least one first identification mark;
providing order information, wherein the order information comprises a first identity identification, package freight note information and pickup state information of the order;
receiving a second identity of the pickup;
searching one or more pieces of order information related to the first identity identification corresponding to the second identity identification according to the second identity identification of the pickup person;
screening the pickup state information as order information to be picked according to the pickup state information of the searched one or more order information;
receiving waybill information of a package, wherein the waybill information is obtained by brushing a bar code on the package taken by the pickup person;
and matching the freight note information of the package with the order information of the to-be-picked piece, and if the matching is successful, the verification of the pickup person is passed.
2. The pickup verification method according to claim 1, wherein the second identification information of the pickup person includes campus card information, identification card information, a network account number, mobile phone number information, and/or biological information.
3. The pickup verification method of claim 1 wherein said step of receiving a second identification of the pickup comprises:
receiving campus card information of a pickup and corresponding campus stager information;
and taking the combination of the campus card information and the campus stager information as a second identity of the pickup.
4. The pickup verification method of claim 1 wherein after verification of the pickup passes, the method further comprises:
the order status is changed to taken.
5. The pickup verification method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the step of searching for one or more order information associated with the first identity corresponding to the second identity according to the second identity of the pickup, the method further comprises:
sending the order information of the to-be-picked up to a browser cache of the terminal; or
And storing the order information of the to-be-taken piece to a temporary file of the terminal.
6. A parcel pickup verification method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
providing a plurality of second identification marks, wherein each second identification mark corresponds to at least one first identification mark;
providing parcel information to be picked up, wherein the parcel information to be picked up comprises a first identity mark and waybill information to be picked up;
receiving a second identity of the pickup;
searching one or more pieces of package information to be picked up related to the first identity identification corresponding to the second identity identification according to the second identity identification of the pickup person;
receiving waybill information of a package, wherein the waybill information is obtained by brushing a bar code on the package taken by the pickup person;
and matching the waybill information of the package with the waybill information to be taken, and if the matching is successful, the verification of the pickup person is passed.
7. The pickup verification method according to claim 6, wherein the second identification information of the pickup person includes campus card information, identification card information, a network account number, mobile phone number information, and/or biological information.
8. The pickup verification method of claim 6 wherein said step of receiving a second identification of the pickup comprises:
receiving campus card information of a pickup and corresponding campus stager information;
and taking the combination of the campus card information and the campus stager information as a second identity of the pickup.
9. The pickup verification method according to claim 6, wherein after verification of the pickup passes, the method further comprises:
the order status is changed to taken.
10. The pickup verification method as claimed in claim 6, wherein after the step of searching for one or more package information to be picked up associated with the first identity corresponding to the second identity according to the second identity of the pickup person, the method further comprises:
sending the information of the package to be picked up to a browser cache of the terminal; or
And storing the information of the package to be taken to a temporary file of the terminal.
11. A server for package pickup verification, comprising:
the first providing module is used for providing a plurality of second identity identifications, and each second identity identification corresponds to at least one first identity identification;
the second providing module is used for providing order information, and the order information comprises a first identity identifier, package freight order information and pickup state information of the order;
the receiving module is used for receiving a second identity of the pickup;
the searching module is used for searching one or more pieces of order information related to the first identity identification corresponding to the second identity identification according to the second identity identification of the pickup;
the screening module is used for screening the pickup state information as the order information to be picked according to the pickup state information of the searched one or more order information;
the receiving module is also used for receiving waybill information of the package, wherein the waybill information is obtained by brushing a bar code on the package taken by the pickup person;
and when the waybill information of the package is matched with the order information of the to-be-picked piece, the verification of the pickup person is passed.
12. The server of claim 11, wherein the server further comprises:
and the matching verification module is used for matching the waybill information of the package with the order information of the to-be-picked piece, and if the matching is successful, the verification of the pickup person is passed.
13. The server of claim 11, wherein the receiving module comprises:
the receiving submodule is used for receiving the campus card information of the pickup and the corresponding campus posthouse information;
and the combination submodule is used for combining the campus card information and the campus stager information to serve as a second identity of the pickup.
14. The server of claim 11, wherein the server further comprises:
and the state changing module is used for changing the order state into the taken piece.
15. The server of claim 11, wherein the server further comprises:
the first storage module is used for storing the order information of the to-be-taken piece to a browser cache of the terminal; or

the receiving module is used for receiving a second identity of the pickup;
the searching module is used for searching one or more pieces of parcel information to be picked up related to the first identity identification corresponding to the second identity identification according to the second identity identification of the pickup person;
the receiving module is also used for receiving waybill information of the package, wherein the waybill information is obtained by brushing a bar code on the package taken by the pickup person;
and when the waybill information of the package is matched with the waybill information to be taken, the verification of the pickup person is passed.
17. The server of claim 16, wherein the server further comprises:

the first storage module is used for sending the information of the package to be taken to a browser cache of the terminal; or
And the second storage module is used for storing the information of the package to be taken to the temporary file of the terminal.
21. A pickup verification apparatus, comprising:
the information acquisition device is used for acquiring a second identity of the pickup person and waybill information of the package, wherein the waybill information is obtained by brushing a bar code on the package picked by the pickup person;
the processor is used for receiving the second identity of the pickup person and the waybill information of the package received by the information receiving device, receiving the order information of the pickup person to be picked, which is sent by the server, and judging whether the waybill information of the package is matched with the order information of the pickup person;
the display device is used for displaying the matching result of the processor;
the order information of the to-be-picked up is the order information of one or more to-be-picked up items related to the first identity corresponding to the second identity according to the second identity of the pickup.
22. A pickup verification apparatus, comprising:
the information acquisition device is used for acquiring a second identity of the pickup person and waybill information of the package, wherein the waybill information is obtained by brushing a bar code on the package picked by the pickup person;
the processor is used for receiving the second identity of the pickup person and the waybill information of the package received by the information receiving device, receiving the package information to be picked of the pickup person sent by the server, and judging whether the waybill information of the package is matched with the package information to be picked;
the display device is used for displaying the matching result of the processor;
and searching one or more pieces of parcel information to be picked up related to the first identity identification corresponding to the second identity identification according to the second identity identification of the pickup person.
23. A pickup verification system for self-service acquisition of an item, comprising:
the information acquisition device is used for acquiring a second identity of the pickup person and waybill information of the package, wherein the waybill information is obtained by brushing a bar code on the package picked by the pickup person;
a server, comprising:
the first providing module is used for providing a plurality of second identity identifications, and each second identity identification corresponds to at least one first identity identification;
the second providing module is used for providing order information, and the order information comprises a first identity identifier, package freight order information and pickup state information of the order;
the receiving module is used for receiving the second identification of the pickup person acquired from the information acquisition device;
the searching module is used for searching one or more pieces of order information related to the first identity identification corresponding to the second identity identification according to the second identity identification of the pickup;
the screening module is used for screening the pickup state information as the order information to be picked according to the pickup state information of the searched one or more order information;
the receiving module is also used for receiving the waybill information of the packages collected by the information collecting device;
a processor, comprising:
the matching verification module is used for matching the waybill information of the package with the order information of the to-be-picked piece, and if the matching is successful, the verification of the pickup person is passed;
and the display device is used for displaying the matching result of the matching verification module.
24. A pickup verification system for self-service acquisition of an item, comprising:
the information acquisition device is used for acquiring a second identity of the pickup person and waybill information of the package, wherein the waybill information is obtained by brushing a bar code on the package picked by the pickup person;
a server, comprising:
the first providing module is used for providing a plurality of second identity identifications, and each second identity identification corresponds to at least one first identity identification;
the second providing module is used for providing package information to be picked up, wherein the package information to be picked up comprises a first identity identification and waybill information to be picked up;
the receiving module is used for receiving the second identification of the pickup person acquired from the information acquisition device;
the searching module is used for searching one or more pieces of package information to be picked up related to the first identity identification corresponding to the second identity identification according to the second identity identification of the pickup person;
the receiving module is also used for receiving the waybill information of the packages collected by the information collecting device;
a processor, comprising:
the matching verification module is used for matching the waybill information of the package with the package information to be picked up, and if the matching is successful, the verification of the pickup person is passed;
and the display device is used for displaying the matching result of the matching verification module.
