背景技术
水性玻璃烤漆因其分散介质的不同而划分为油性玻璃烤漆与水性玻璃烤漆,油性玻璃烤漆是目前市场上比较常用的材料,广泛应用于酒瓶、香水瓶、灯饰、家装玻璃制品和玻璃仪器等都需要在表面涂覆保护层和装饰涂层,相对成熟而普及,使用油性玻璃烤漆时,需要加入50%以上的有机溶剂(甲苯、二甲苯、工业酒精等),这些溶剂容易挥发,有刺激性气味且对人体存在着不同程度的毒害,在生产过程、应用过程及干燥过程中不断挥发到空气中或被人体吸收,严重地破坏环境,伤害人体健康。水性玻璃烤漆以水为分散介质,彻底消除了有机溶剂对人体的危害,具有传统油性涂料不可比拟的优势,诸如健康环保、低碳节能、利用率高、安全性好等,在世界各国得到了迅速发展。
然而,现有的水性玻璃烤漆在玻璃底材上存在附着力、耐醇性、耐水性、耐磨耗性差及硬度低等缺点。

根据本发明的一个实施例,所述润湿剂为有机硅类润湿剂、炔二醇类润湿剂、丙烯酸类润湿剂和氟类润湿剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的一种或两种的混合物。
本发明还提供了一种玻璃瓶,采用上述水性玻璃烤漆涂装。
本发明提供的一种水性玻璃烤漆可以包括以下有益效果:
本发明综合考虑各种组分的选择和用量,所选用的水性树脂能够确保漆膜的高光泽度、高硬度和强耐候性;酸催化剂的使用能够促进基体树脂快速交联,降低固化温度,提高固化程度;此外,本发明提供的一种水性玻璃烤漆对环境无污染,对操作人员无毒害,涂膜附着力强、柔韧性好,具有较高的硬度、优异的耐磨性、耐水性、耐醇性及耐盐雾性,可广泛用于酒瓶、香水瓶等玻璃制品上。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种水性玻璃烤漆,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:水性树脂80%,酸催化剂0.8%,pH调节剂5%,增稠剂0.1%,助溶剂1%,润湿剂0.1%,成膜助剂2%,颜料0,水11%。
水性树脂为羟基丙烯酸树脂和环氧丙烯酸树脂1:1混合,酸催化剂为对甲基苯磺酸,pH调节剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇,增稠剂为聚氨酯和聚丙烯酰胺1:1混合,助溶剂为乙二醇丁醚,润湿剂为有机硅类润湿剂,成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚。
实施例2
一种水性玻璃烤漆,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:水性树脂75%,酸催化剂0.7%,pH调节剂3.2%,增稠剂0.3%,助溶剂2.6%,润湿剂0.5%,成膜助剂4%,颜料10%,水3.7%。
水性树脂为环氧丙烯酸树脂和三聚氰胺树脂1:1混合,酸催化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸,pH调节剂为N-甲基乙醇胺,增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇1:1混合,助溶剂为乙二醇丁醚和二乙二醇丁醚1:1混合,润湿剂为炔二醇类润湿剂,成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
实施例3
一种水性玻璃烤漆,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:水性树脂70%,酸催化剂0.5%,pH调节剂4.1%,增稠剂0.2%,助溶剂1.5%,润湿剂0.6%,成膜助剂1.5%,颜料5%,水16.6%。
水性树脂为三聚氰胺树脂和聚酰胺树脂1:1混合,酸催化剂为二壬基萘磺酸,pH调节剂为三乙醇胺,增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酸1:1:1混合,助溶剂为丙二醇二丁醚,润湿剂为有机硅类润湿剂,成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚。
实施例4
一种水性玻璃烤漆,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:水性树脂65%,酸催化剂0.3%,pH调节剂5.5%,增稠剂0.4%,助溶剂7.5%,润湿剂0.9%,成膜助剂9%,颜料5%,水6.4%。
水性树脂为无机硅树脂,酸催化剂为二壬基萘二磺酸,pH调节剂为2-氨基-2-乙基-1,3丙二醇,增稠剂为聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,助溶剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和丙二醇二丁醚1:1混合,润湿剂为丙烯酸类润湿剂,成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
实施例5
一种水性玻璃烤漆,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:水性树脂60%,酸催化剂0.8%,pH调节剂5.5%,增稠剂0.5%,助溶剂8%,润湿剂1%,成膜助剂9%,颜料5,水10.2%。
水性树脂为羟基丙烯酸树脂、环氧丙烯酸树脂、三聚氰胺树脂和聚酰胺树脂等比例混合,酸催化剂为二壬基萘磺酸,pH调节剂为N-氨丙基一甲基乙醇胺,增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯,助溶剂为二乙二醇丁醚,润湿剂为丙烯酸类润湿剂,成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚。
本发明实施例还提供了一种玻璃瓶,采用上述水性玻璃烤漆涂装。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种水性玻璃烤漆综合考虑各种组分的选择和用量,所选用的水性树脂能够确保漆膜的高光泽度、高硬度和强耐候性;酸催化剂的使用能够促进基体树脂快速交联,降低固化温度,提高固化程度;此外,本发明提供的一种水性玻璃烤漆对环境无污染,对操作人员无毒害,涂膜附着力强、柔韧性好,具有较高的硬度、优异的耐磨性、耐水性、耐醇性及耐盐雾性,可广泛用于酒瓶、香水瓶等玻璃制品上。

1.一种水性玻璃烤漆,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括:
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性玻璃烤漆,其特征在于,所述水性树脂为羟基丙烯酸树脂、环氧丙烯酸树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、聚酰胺树脂和无机硅树脂中的一种或几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性玻璃烤漆,其特征在于,所述酸催化剂为对甲基苯磺酸、十二烷基苯磺酸、二壬基萘磺酸和二壬基萘二磺酸的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性玻璃烤漆,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、N-甲基乙醇胺、二甲基乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、丁基乙醇胺、N-氨丙基一甲基乙醇胺、2-氨基-2-乙基-1,3丙二醇、丁基二乙醇胺和氨水中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性玻璃烤漆,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚氨酯、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、缔合型聚氨酯和聚醚型聚氨酯中的一种或几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性玻璃烤漆,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和丙二醇二丁醚中的一种或两种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性玻璃烤漆,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为有机硅类润湿剂、炔二醇类润湿剂、丙烯酸类润湿剂和氟类润湿剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性玻璃烤漆,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的一种或两种的混合物。
9.一种玻璃瓶,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-8任一项所述的水性玻璃烤漆涂装。
