本发明涉及高分子复合材料制备技术领域,更具体地涉及一种耐高温耐黄变长碳链尼龙11复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
尼龙11具有质量轻,耐腐蚀,能耐潮湿、干旱、严寒,不易疲劳开裂,密封性好,阻力小,具有良好的熔融性、附着性等优点,因此广泛应用于各个领域,例如汽车输油管、刹车管,应用于恶劣环境(海水、含盐分的空气)的军事装备,海底电缆光缆。
但尼龙11也存在一些缺点,例如吸水性比较大,耐高温性能较差,此外尼龙11的成本非常高(售价大约为10万元/t),这大大限制了尼龙11的应用范围,而随着工业的快速发展,尼龙的需求量增长,需求量于性能和成本之间产生了矛盾,因此有必要对尼龙11进行改性,例如通过与其它材料复合制备成新的材料,在降低成本的同时,也能提高尼龙复合材料的冲击强度和各项性能,从而扩大尼龙11的应用领域和范围

1)将各组分在120℃下干燥8小时,使其含水率小于0.5%;
2)将干燥后的各组分置于转速为12000rmin的高速混合机中混合30min,使各组分充分混合均匀;
3)将混合后的各组分添加到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出造粒,其中双螺杆挤出机的加工条件设置为:螺杆长径比为40,螺杆转速450r/min,一区温度为175-230℃,二区温度为185-235℃,三区温度为185-235℃,四区温度为185-235℃,五区温度为185-235℃,六区温度为185-235℃,七区温度为185-235℃,八区温度为185-235℃,机头温度为185-235℃。

一种耐高温耐黄变长碳链尼龙11复合材料,包括以下重量百分比的组分:

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高温耐黄变长碳链尼龙11复合材料,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线吸收剂是氯代苯并三唑或2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高温耐黄变长碳链尼龙11复合材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂是三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、四季戊四醇酯、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高温耐黄变长碳链尼龙11复合材料,其特征在于,所述尼龙成核剂是滑石粉、氧化铝、蒙脱石、高岭土、碳酸钙、苯基次磷酸钠、苯基次磷酸锌和醋酸铜中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高温耐黄变长碳链尼龙11复合材料,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂选自卤素铜盐、亚磷酸脂类或苯并咪唑类热稳定剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的耐高温耐黄变长碳链尼龙11复合材料,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂选自2-氢硫基苯并咪唑、碘化亚铜或三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高温耐黄变长碳链尼龙11复合材料,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂是2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮或2-羟基-4-甲氧基-2′-羧基二苯甲酮;所述润滑分散剂是硬脂酸、硬脂酸酰胺和油酸酰胺中的一种或几种。
9.权利要求1或2所述的耐高温耐黄变长碳链尼龙11复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将各组分干燥,使其含水率小于0.5%;
2)将干燥后的各组分置于高速混合机中混合均匀;
3)将混合后的各组分添加到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出造粒。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,双螺杆挤出机的加工条件设置为:螺杆长径比为40,螺杆转速200-450r/min,一区温度为175-230℃,二区温度为185-235℃,三区温度为185-235℃,四区温度为185-235℃,五区温度为185-235℃,六区温度为185-235℃,七区温度为185-235℃,八区温度为185-235℃,机头温度为185-235℃。
