Abstract
本发明公开了一种陶瓷耐磨防护剂,包括以下重量份的组分:500份的羟基硅油、10‑12份的二月桂酸二丁基锡、70‑80份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,70‑80份的双酚A型环氧树脂、70‑80份的4‑甲氧基酚、300‑350份的二氧化硅、100‑120份的乙烷基3‑乙氧丙酸、150‑200份的陶瓷纤维。形成的涂层抗压强度为1100‑1150kg/cm2,固化后硬度为89‑95H,弯曲强度为550‑600kg/cm2,耐高温250‑300℃,不易老化,使用后涂层不易脱落和开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐磨防护剂,具体涉及一种陶瓷耐磨防护剂。
背景技术
在化工、冶金、航空航天、电力、运输和污水处理等工业领域中的管道、烟道、收尘器、渣浆泵等设备和输送管道中,由于工作环境恶劣、高温、含浓尘度大、酸性腐蚀磨损严重,并受物料颗粒的冲击,使这些部位使用寿命极短,为了延长其使用寿命,开发研制出了耐磨防护剂。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的状况,提供了一种陶瓷耐磨防护剂,形成的涂层抗压强度为1100-1150kg/cm2,固化后硬度为89-95H,弯曲强度为550-600kg/cm2,耐高温250-300℃,不易老化,使用后涂层不易脱落和开裂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种陶瓷耐磨防护剂,包括以下重量份的组分:500份的羟基硅油、10-12份的二月桂酸二丁基锡、70-80份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,70-80份的双酚A型环氧树脂、70-80份的4-甲氧基酚、300-350份的二氧化硅、100-120份的乙烷基3-乙氧丙酸、150-200份的陶瓷纤维。
作为上述方案的优选,由以下重量份的组分组成:500份的羟基硅油、10份的二月桂酸二丁基锡、70份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,70份的双酚A型环氧树脂、70份的4-甲氧基酚、300份的二氧化硅、100份的乙烷基3-乙氧丙酸、150份的陶瓷纤维。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的产品使用后形成的涂层具有以下性能:抗压强度为1100-1150kg/cm2,固化后硬度为89-95H,弯曲强度为550-600kg/cm2,耐高温250-300℃,不易老化,使用后涂层不易脱落和开裂。

实施例一:包括以下重量份的组分:500份的羟基硅油、10-12份的二月桂酸二丁基锡、70-80份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,70-80份的双酚A型环氧树脂、70-80份的4-甲氧基酚、300-350份的二氧化硅、100-120份的乙烷基3-乙氧丙酸、150-200份的陶瓷纤维。
实施例二:
由以下重量份的组分组成:500份的羟基硅油、10份的二月桂酸二丁基锡、70份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,70份的双酚A型环氧树脂、70份的4-甲氧基酚、300份的二氧化硅、100份的乙烷基3-乙氧丙酸、150份的陶瓷纤维。

由以下重量份的组分组成:500份的羟基硅油、12份的二月桂酸二丁基锡、80份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,80份的双酚A型环氧树脂、80份的4-甲氧基酚、350份的二氧化硅、120份的乙烷基3-乙氧丙酸、200份的陶瓷纤维。
在本发明的基础上对产品的形状、尺寸、颜色与组合方式的变化、本发明产品整体外形尺寸、颜色的改变都在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

1.一种陶瓷耐磨防护剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:500份的羟基硅油、10-12份的二月桂酸二丁基锡、70-80份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,70-80份的双酚A型环氧树脂、70-80份的4-甲氧基酚、300-350份的二氧化硅、100-120份的乙烷基3-乙氧丙酸、150-200份的陶瓷纤维。
2.如权利要求1所述的陶瓷耐磨防护剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:500份的羟基硅油、10份的二月桂酸二丁基锡、70份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,70份的双酚A型环氧树脂、70份的4-甲氧基酚、300份的二氧化硅、100份的乙烷基3-乙氧丙酸、150份的陶瓷纤维。
