技术领域
本发明涉及面料结构领域,尤其涉及一种防水复合面料。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,出现了越来越多的功能性面料,防水面料就是其中的一种。但是现有的防水面料成本高,重量大,且透气性功能较差,影响了面料使用时的舒适性。并且现有的防水面料只简单的依靠防水涂层的疏水性能而防水,效果有待进一步提高,其抗菌性能也不佳。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种防水复合面料,本发明结构设计合理,既防水又透气,能够利用形状记忆合金丝的形变提高面料防水性能,并且抗菌效果良好。
本发明的一种防水复合面料,包括自上而下依次设置的防水层、透气层、抗菌层以及织布层,所述防水层的厚度为300-500nm,所述透气层中均布若干小孔,所述小孔的孔径为10-30nm,所述抗菌层由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述防水层和所述透气层之间均布有形状记忆合金丝,所述透气层上固定连接有多个密封袋体,所述形状记忆合金丝位于所述密封袋体内,所述密封袋体的内表面连接有加热元件,所述加热元件与外部的温控装置相连接。
进一步地,形状记忆合金丝的形状为螺旋形、矩形或U型。
进一步地,防水层由塑胶薄膜组成。
进一步地,塑胶为水性聚氨酯、聚乙烯、聚乳酸或聚碳酸酯。
进一步地,防水层呈半透明状。半透明的防水层便于直接观察面料的渗水情况。
进一步地,透气层由纤维编织而成,所述纤维的表面粘附有活性炭颗粒。活性炭颗粒粘附于纤维表面,其具有极丰富的孔隙,具有强大的吸附能力,可以大大地加速少量渗入面料中液体的吸附量和吸附速度,并且来自于织布层下方的液体也可以被透气层吸附,提高透气层的透气能力。
进一步地,纤维为亚麻纤维、竹炭纤维、棉纤维或芦荟纤维。
进一步地,织布层的材质为涤纶、腈纶、锦纶或氨纶中的一种或几种。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
通过设置由塑胶薄膜组成的防水层,使面料初步具有防水效果;透气层的设置,在防水性能的基础上提供了透气功能,提高了使用舒适性,透气层中的小孔,能够提高其透气能力,并且在形状记忆合金形变时,能够分散其对面料造成的巨大形变,提高面料的耐用性,抗菌层,大大增强了抗菌效果,镀银纤维中的银起到主要的抗菌功能;形状记忆合金丝在温度升高后会发生巨大的形变,将防水层与透气层撑开后形成空隙,防止水分子的进一步渗透,且提高透气能力,便于面料中的湿气的排出。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
参见图1,本发明的一种防水复合面料,包括自上而下依次设置的防水层1、透气层2、抗菌层3以及织布层4。防水层1的厚度为300-500nm,防水层1由塑胶薄膜组成,塑胶为水性聚氨酯、聚乙烯、聚乳酸或聚碳酸酯。透气层2中均布若干小孔5,小孔5的孔径为10-30nm,抗菌层3由镀银纤维纺织而成,防水层1和透气层2之间均布有形状记忆合金丝7,透气层2上固定连接有多个密封袋体6,形状记忆合金丝7位于密封袋体6内,密封袋体6的内表面固定连接有多根加热丝,加热丝与外部的温控装置相连接。
进一步地,可根据实际需要,选择不同形状的形状记忆合金丝7,如螺旋形、矩形或U型。当需要增加面料厚度时,打开温控装置,使得加热丝工作,温度升高,形状记忆合金丝7在高温作用下,会发生形变,如图2,在低温状态下,形状记忆合金丝7为平面的螺旋形,当温度升高至其形变温度以上时,平面的螺旋形发生形变,回复其最初的形状,变为宝塔形(图3,图中虚线表示远离观察角度的合金丝部分),面料中均布的多个形状记忆合金丝7同时将面料的不同部位撑开,在面料表面形成一个个凸起,使得面料表面的水分子难以吸附在其表面,且能够防止水分子的进一步渗透,还能提高面料的透气能力。
进一步地,防水层1呈半透明状,半透明的防水层1便于直接观察面料的渗水情况。
进一步地,透气层2由纤维编织而成,纤维的表面粘附有活性炭颗粒。活性炭颗粒粘附于纤维表面,其具有极丰富的孔隙,具有强大的吸附能力,可以大大地加速少量渗入面料中液体的吸附量和吸附速度,并且来自于织布层4下方的液体也可以被透气层吸附,提高透气层的透气能力。
进一步地,纤维为亚麻纤维、竹炭纤维、棉纤维或芦荟纤维。
进一步地,织布层4的材质为涤纶、腈纶、锦纶或氨纶中的一种或几种。

1.一种防水复合面料,其特征在于:包括自上而下依次设置的防水层、透气层、抗菌层以及织布层,所述防水层的厚度为300-500nm,所述透气层中均布若干小孔,所述小孔的孔径为10-30nm,所述抗菌层由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述防水层和所述透气层之间均布有形状记忆合金丝,所述透气层上固定连接有多个密封袋体,所述形状记忆合金丝位于所述密封袋体内,所述密封袋体的内表面连接有加热元件,所述加热元件与外部的温控装置相连接。
