Abstract
本发明涉及一种杨桃专用有机营养液,由以下原料制成:禽畜粪水、草木灰、亚硒酸钠、蚯蚓、磷酸二氢钾、粘土、硫酸铵、磷酸二铵、氯化锌、钼酸钠、硫酸锰、硫酸亚铁、硫酸镁、硫酸铜、腐植酸、EM菌液、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、甲基托布津、水杨酸、复硝酚钠、乙二醇、EDTA~钠、防腐剂、羧甲基纤维素钠、OP乳化剂,本发明具有攻补兼施,营养均衡、全面调整、提高机体免疫功能等作用,能够给杨桃提供生长所需营养,又能在施肥同时起到预防病虫害作用的营养液肥料,提高杨桃产量,生产的杨桃富硒,人们食用后可提高硒摄入量;且且其制备方法简单,操作简便,容易实现和推广。

技术领域
本发明属于肥料技术领域,具体涉及一种杨桃专用有机营养液及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的复合肥产品配方不合理,单一地追求高氮或高钾类复合肥,盲目性大,利用率低,有的甚至造成农产品品质低下,危害消费者健康;物理性状不好,粉尘多,不抗压,结块,不便于储存、运输及施肥。一般无机肥的利用效率较低,其主要原因在于无机肥施入土壤或水中后,容易被钙、镁、铁、铝等金属离子固定,容易被粘土矿物粒子所吸附,从而降低肥效、并对环境造成污染。目前常用的复合肥中磷钾容易被废水中的钙、镁、铁、铝等金属离子固定,降低了肥料的利用率,过量添加不仅增加药剂成本、而且出水中的磷含量容易超标。因此开发高利用率的有机复合肥具有现实意义。
杨桃(Averrhoacarambola),又名五敛子、阳桃、洋桃,是酢浆草科五敛子属常绿小乔木或灌木。闽南地区俗称枫果,又因其横断面呈五角星状,在国外又称“星梨”。原产印度,现在马来西亚、印度尼西亚等国有种植,我国的海南省也有栽培,其再海南的栽培历史已有千年。其品种有10多种,有甜杨桃、酸杨桃之分,是海南省闻名遐迩的佳果。
杨桃果皮呈蜡质,光滑鲜艳,爽甜多汁,性凉,含有多种营养成分,并含有大量挥发性成分,带有一股清香。在茶余酒后食用会感到口爽神怡。杨桃能减轻机体对脂肪的吸收,有降低血脂、胆固醇的作用,对高血压、动脉硬化等心血管疾病有预防作用,同时还可以保护肝脏、降低血糖。杨桃中的糖类、维生素C及有机酸含量丰富,果汁充沛,能迅速补充人体水分,生津止渴,并使体内的热或酒毒随小便排出体外,消除疲劳。杨桃果汁中含有大量草酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等,能提高胃液酸度,促进食物消化。杨桃含有大量的挥发性成分、胡萝卜素类化合物、糖类、有机酸及维生素B\C等,可消除咽喉炎症及口腔溃疡,防治风火牙痛。
目前,杨桃的种植中多在枝梢幼嫩期、开花期和挂果期出现鸟羽蛾、蚜虫、红蜘蛛、果实蝇、食心虫等虫害,以及赤斑病、果腐病、炭疽病等病害。农业上或采用生物防治,即放养天敌进行自然控制,但需要大量人工来进行田间操作;或采用杀虫灯进行物理防治,但杀虫灯成本较高;或采用化学农药进行喷杀,尽管会合理选择用量,但对环境仍然存在一定损害,同时还会在喷杀的同时伤害有益昆虫及其他动物。
因此,提供一种既能够供给杨桃所需营养、提高产量,又能在施肥同时起到预防病虫害作用的营养液肥料成为生产所需。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的不足,本发明提供了一种杨桃专用有机营养液及其制备方法。本发明的有机富硒营养液含有丰富的氨基酸、小肽等生理活性物质和氨基酸络合态有机硒,二者协同能提高果品的硒含量及果品品质,特别是增加可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量和降低可滴定酸含量,具有攻补兼施,营养均衡、全面调整、提高机体免疫功能等作用,能够给杨桃提供生长所需营养,又能在施肥同时起到预防病虫害作用的营养液肥料,提高杨桃产量,生产的杨桃富硒,人们食用后可提高硒摄入量;且且其制备方法简单,操作简便,容易实现和推广。

进一步地,所述的一种杨桃专用有机营养液的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将蚯蚓和水按重量比1:0.9~1.3放入匀浆机,匀浆成匀浆液后投入恒温反应釜中,在45~50℃下恒温7~8h,然后加入亚硒酸钠、硫酸铵、磷酸二铵、氯化锌、钼酸钠、硫酸锰、硫酸镁和硫酸铜,在84~88℃的温度条件下反应6.5~8.5h,直至全部溶解,搅拌均匀得蚯蚓混合液;
(2)将禽畜粪水、草木灰、粘土、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸亚铁、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、腐植酸、水杨酸、复硝酚钠、乙二醇、EDTA~钠和防腐剂投入反应釜内,搅拌直至全部溶解得到溶解液;
(3)向羧甲基纤维素钠加入其等重量的100℃的水,搅拌成胶状体;
(4)将甲基托布津、OP乳化剂通过气流粉碎,过1200~1800目筛,然后加入步骤(1)的蚯蚓混合液和步骤(2)的溶解液,混合搅拌均匀,再加入EM菌液搅拌后静置5.5~7.5h,得到营养液半成品;
(5)向步骤(4)的营养液半成品加入步骤(3)的胶状体,高速剪切搅拌25~30min,即得所述有机富硒营养液。
综上所述,本发明由于采用了上述方案,具有以下积极效果:
(1)本发明的有机富硒营养液含有丰富的氨基酸、小肽等生理活性物质和氨基酸络合态有机硒,二者协同能提高果品的硒含量及果品品质,特别是增加可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量和降低可滴定酸含量,具有攻补兼施,营养均衡、全面调整、提高机体免疫功能等作用;且其制备方法简单,操作简便,容易实现和推广。
(2)本发明与普通肥料对照各施用50亩杨桃园,对照普通肥料为市售氮磷钾复合肥;采用本发明专用营养液对杨桃进行基部浇灌,植株遭受红蜘蛛、蚜虫、鸟羽蛾侵害数量比对照群体减少72.3%,在花期和挂果期采用营养液稀释后喷施叶面,其果蝇、食心虫病害减少86.7%,赤斑病、果腐病、炭疽病减少85.4%,且所结果实比对照群体更油亮、果实平均体积大12.9%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明一种杨桃专用有机营养液及其制备方法,作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种杨桃专用有机营养液,由以下重量份的原料制成:禽畜粪水600份、草木灰300份、亚硒酸钠300份、蚯蚓200份、磷酸二氢钾85份、粘土80份、硫酸铵75份、磷酸二铵75份、氯化锌75份、钼酸钠70份、硫酸锰70份、硫酸亚铁70份、硫酸镁70份、硫酸铜65份、腐植酸65份、EM菌液65份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠65份、甲基托布津60份、水杨酸60份、复硝酚钠55份、乙二醇50份、EDTA~钠50份、防腐剂45份、羧甲基纤维素钠45份、OP乳化剂40份。
上述所述的一种杨桃专用有机营养液的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将蚯蚓和水按重量比1:0.9放入匀浆机,匀浆成匀浆液后投入恒温反应釜中,在45℃下恒温7h,然后加入亚硒酸钠、硫酸铵、磷酸二铵、氯化锌、钼酸钠、硫酸锰、硫酸镁和硫酸铜,在84~88℃的温度条件下反应6.5h,直至全部溶解,搅拌均匀得蚯蚓混合液;
(2)将禽畜粪水、草木灰、粘土、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸亚铁、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、腐植酸、水杨酸、复硝酚钠、乙二醇、EDTA~钠和防腐剂投入反应釜内,搅拌直至全部溶解得到溶解液;
(3)向羧甲基纤维素钠加入其等重量的100℃的水,搅拌成胶状体;
(4)将甲基托布津、OP乳化剂通过气流粉碎,过1200目筛,然后加入步骤(1)的蚯蚓混合液和步骤(2)的溶解液,混合搅拌均匀,再加入EM菌液搅拌后静置5.5h,得到营养液半成品;
(5)向步骤(4)的营养液半成品加入步骤(3)的胶状体,高速剪切搅拌25min,即得所述有机富硒营养液。
实施例2
一种杨桃专用有机营养液,由以下重量份的原料制成:禽畜粪水800份、草木灰500份、亚硒酸钠500份、蚯蚓400份、磷酸二氢钾105份、粘土100份、硫酸铵95份、磷酸二铵95份、氯化锌95份、钼酸钠90份、硫酸锰90份、硫酸亚铁90份、硫酸镁90份、硫酸铜85份、腐植酸85份、EM菌液85份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠85份、甲基托布津80份、水杨酸80份、复硝酚钠75份、乙二醇70份、EDTA~钠70份、防腐剂65份、羧甲基纤维素钠65份、OP乳化剂60份。
上述所述的一种杨桃专用有机营养液的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将蚯蚓和水按重量比1: 1.3放入匀浆机,匀浆成匀浆液后投入恒温反应釜中,在50℃下恒温8h,然后加入亚硒酸钠、硫酸铵、磷酸二铵、氯化锌、钼酸钠、硫酸锰、硫酸镁和硫酸铜,在88℃的温度条件下反应8.5h,直至全部溶解,搅拌均匀得蚯蚓混合液;
(2)将禽畜粪水、草木灰、粘土、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸亚铁、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、腐植酸、水杨酸、复硝酚钠、乙二醇、EDTA~钠和防腐剂投入反应釜内,搅拌直至全部溶解得到溶解液;
(3)向羧甲基纤维素钠加入其等重量的100℃的水,搅拌成胶状体;
(4)将甲基托布津、OP乳化剂通过气流粉碎,过1800目筛,然后加入步骤(1)的蚯蚓混合液和步骤(2)的溶解液,混合搅拌均匀,再加入EM菌液搅拌后静置5.5~7.5h,得到营养液半成品;
(5)向步骤(4)的营养液半成品加入步骤(3)的胶状体,高速剪切搅拌30min,即得所述有机富硒营养液。
实施例3
一种杨桃专用有机营养液,由以下重量份的原料制成:禽畜粪水650份、草木灰350份、亚硒酸钠350份、蚯蚓250份、磷酸二氢钾90份、粘土85份、硫酸铵80份、磷酸二铵80份、氯化锌80份、钼酸钠75份、硫酸锰75份、硫酸亚铁75份、硫酸镁75份、硫酸铜70份、腐植酸70份、EM菌液70份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠70份、甲基托布津65份、水杨酸65份、复硝酚钠60份、乙二醇55份、EDTA~钠55份、防腐剂50份、羧甲基纤维素钠50份、OP乳化剂45份。
上述所述的一种杨桃专用有机营养液的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将蚯蚓和水按重量比1:1.0放入匀浆机,匀浆成匀浆液后投入恒温反应釜中,在46℃下恒温7.2h,然后加入亚硒酸钠、硫酸铵、磷酸二铵、氯化锌、钼酸钠、硫酸锰、硫酸镁和硫酸铜,在85℃的温度条件下反应7.0h,直至全部溶解,搅拌均匀得蚯蚓混合液;
(2)将禽畜粪水、草木灰、粘土、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸亚铁、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、腐植酸、水杨酸、复硝酚钠、乙二醇、EDTA~钠和防腐剂投入反应釜内,搅拌直至全部溶解得到溶解液;
(3)向羧甲基纤维素钠加入其等重量的100℃的水,搅拌成胶状体;
(4)将甲基托布津、OP乳化剂通过气流粉碎,过1300目筛,然后加入步骤(1)的蚯蚓混合液和步骤(2)的溶解液,混合搅拌均匀,再加入EM菌液搅拌后静置6.0h,得到营养液半成品;
(5)向步骤(4)的营养液半成品加入步骤(3)的胶状体,高速剪切搅拌26min,即得所述有机富硒营养液。
实施例4
一种杨桃专用有机营养液,由以下重量份的原料制成:禽畜粪水750份、草木灰450份、亚硒酸钠450份、蚯蚓350份、磷酸二氢钾100份、粘土95份、硫酸铵90份、磷酸二铵90份、氯化锌90份、钼酸钠85份、硫酸锰85份、硫酸亚铁85份、硫酸镁85份、硫酸铜80份、腐植酸80份、EM菌液80份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠80份、甲基托布津75份、水杨酸75份、复硝酚钠70份、乙二醇65份、EDTA~钠65份、防腐剂60份、羧甲基纤维素钠60份、OP乳化剂55份。
上述所述的一种杨桃专用有机营养液的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将蚯蚓和水按重量比1:1.2放入匀浆机,匀浆成匀浆液后投入恒温反应釜中,在49℃下恒温7.8h,然后加入亚硒酸钠、硫酸铵、磷酸二铵、氯化锌、钼酸钠、硫酸锰、硫酸镁和硫酸铜,在87℃的温度条件下反应8.0h,直至全部溶解,搅拌均匀得蚯蚓混合液;
(2)将禽畜粪水、草木灰、粘土、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸亚铁、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、腐植酸、水杨酸、复硝酚钠、乙二醇、EDTA~钠和防腐剂投入反应釜内,搅拌直至全部溶解得到溶解液;
(3)向羧甲基纤维素钠加入其等重量的100℃的水,搅拌成胶状体;
(4)将甲基托布津、OP乳化剂通过气流粉碎,过1700目筛,然后加入步骤(1)的蚯蚓混合液和步骤(2)的溶解液,混合搅拌均匀,再加入EM菌液搅拌后静置7.0h,得到营养液半成品;
(5)向步骤(4)的营养液半成品加入步骤(3)的胶状体,高速剪切搅拌29min,即得所述有机富硒营养液。
实施例5
一种杨桃专用有机营养液,由以下重量份的原料制成:禽畜粪水700份、草木灰400份、亚硒酸钠400份、蚯蚓300份、磷酸二氢钾95份、粘土90份、硫酸铵85份、磷酸二铵85份、氯化锌85份、钼酸钠80份、硫酸锰80份、硫酸亚铁80份、硫酸镁80份、硫酸铜75份、腐植酸75份、EM菌液75份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠75份、甲基托布津70份、水杨酸70份、复硝酚钠65份、乙二醇60份、EDTA~钠60份、防腐剂55份、羧甲基纤维素钠55份、OP乳化剂50份。
上述所述的一种杨桃专用有机营养液的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将蚯蚓和水按重量比1:1.1放入匀浆机,匀浆成匀浆液后投入恒温反应釜中,在47℃下恒温7.5h,然后加入亚硒酸钠、硫酸铵、磷酸二铵、氯化锌、钼酸钠、硫酸锰、硫酸镁和硫酸铜,在86℃的温度条件下反应7.5h,直至全部溶解,搅拌均匀得蚯蚓混合液;
(2)将禽畜粪水、草木灰、粘土、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸亚铁、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、腐植酸、水杨酸、复硝酚钠、乙二醇、EDTA~钠和防腐剂投入反应釜内,搅拌直至全部溶解得到溶解液;
(3)向羧甲基纤维素钠加入其等重量的100℃的水,搅拌成胶状体;
(4)将甲基托布津、OP乳化剂通过气流粉碎,过1500目筛,然后加入步骤(1)的蚯蚓混合液和步骤(2)的溶解液,混合搅拌均匀,再加入EM菌液搅拌后静置6.5h,得到营养液半成品;
(5)向步骤(4)的营养液半成品加入步骤(3)的胶状体,高速剪切搅拌28min,即得所述有机富硒营养液。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种杨桃专用有机营养液,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:禽畜粪水700份、草木灰400份、亚硒酸钠400份、蚯蚓300份、磷酸二氢钾95份、粘土90份、硫酸铵85份、磷酸二铵85份、氯化锌85份、钼酸钠80份、硫酸锰80份、硫酸亚铁80份、硫酸镁80份、硫酸铜75份、腐植酸75份、EM菌液75份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠75份、甲基托布津70份、水杨酸70份、复硝酚钠65份、乙二醇60份、EDTA~钠60份、防腐剂55份、羧甲基纤维素钠55份、OP乳化剂50份。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种杨桃专用有机营养液的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将蚯蚓和水按重量比1:0.9~1.3放入匀浆机,匀浆成匀浆液后投入恒温反应釜中,在45~50℃下恒温7~8h,然后加入亚硒酸钠、硫酸铵、磷酸二铵、氯化锌、钼酸钠、硫酸锰、硫酸镁和硫酸铜,在84~88℃的温度条件下反应6.5~8.5h,直至全部溶解,搅拌均匀得蚯蚓混合液;
(2)将禽畜粪水、草木灰、粘土、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸亚铁、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、腐植酸、水杨酸、复硝酚钠、乙二醇、EDTA~钠和防腐剂投入反应釜内,搅拌直至全部溶解得到溶解液;
(3)向羧甲基纤维素钠加入其等重量的100℃的水,搅拌成胶状体;
(4)将甲基托布津、OP乳化剂通过气流粉碎,过1200~1800目筛,然后加入步骤(1)的蚯蚓混合液和步骤(2)的溶解液,混合搅拌均匀,再加入EM菌液搅拌后静置5.5~7.5h,得到营养液半成品;
(5)向步骤(4)的营养液半成品加入步骤(3)的胶状体,高速剪切搅拌25~30min,即得所述有机富硒营养液。
