Abstract
本发明介绍一种儿童无泪洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,包含:(A)占组合物重量6.0%至15%的N‑酰基氨基酸表面活性剂;(B)占组合物重量3.0%至10%非离子或两性离子表面活性剂;(C)占组合物重量1.0%至5.0%C8‑C14醇醚羧酸钾盐类表面活性剂;(D)占组合物重量0.5%至3.0%烷基氧化胺类助泡剂;(E)占组合物重量0.5%‑3.0%的油酸甘油酯增稠赋脂剂;(F)余量的水或水溶性植物提取物。本发明洗发沐浴泡沫组合物不含有硫酸酯盐型阴离子表面活性剂,具有低刺激性的儿童无泪配方;成功地解决了无硫酸盐配方体系的泡沫性和冲洗性的矛盾。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种个人洗涤用品,特别涉及一种无硫酸盐配方体系的,易冲洗的儿童无泪洗发沐浴泡沫。
背景技术
洗发沐浴泡沫是一种泡沫丰富的、适于儿童洗浴的产品。儿童洗澡时可将洗发沐浴泡沫全身涂抹,并立即溶解并且迅速产生大量的泡沫,增加了儿童沐浴的乐趣。儿童洗浴类产品其主要组分通常是天然温和的表面活性剂,而不采用碱性、刺激性较强的皂基配方体系。然而目前市面上儿童洗发沐浴产品,或者与硫酸盐类表活复配,安全性还有待提高,或者泡沫绵密不易冲洗,冲洗时间较长会引起幼儿哭闹,进而会刺激眼睛等引起很多不便。特别是婴幼儿的眼睛和泪腺还未发育完善,不能分泌足够的泪水,且眨眼动作少,所以,眼睛对外界刺激自我保护能力差,常常容易受到伤害。所以需要开发一种既满足儿童洗浴安全要求,又能快速冲洗、降低表面活性剂残留的“儿童无泪”洗浴产品。
以N-酰基氨基酸阴离子表面活性剂为主表活的配方体系相对于硫酸酯盐阴离子表面活性剂为主表活的配方刺激性低、易冲洗、低残留的优势,但单纯的氨基酸表活体系也存在泡沫量不易达到检测标准、产品黏度低,不合消费者使用习惯的缺陷。因此,需要通过复配技术,达到泡沫与冲洗的双重优势,并提升配方黏度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无硫酸盐易冲洗低残留的儿童洗发沐浴泡沫。
本发明的洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,不添加烷醇酰胺型非离子表面活性剂作为助泡剂或者增稠剂;所述烷醇酰胺型非离子表面活性剂包括椰油酰胺二乙醇胺和椰油酰胺单乙醇胺。
本发明所述脂酰氨基酸类阴离子表面活性剂为月桂基谷氨酸钠、椰油基谷氨酸钠、月桂基甘氨酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂基丙氨酸钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸钠的任意一种。
本发明所述咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂为椰油基两性醋酸钠、月桂基两性醋酸钠、椰油基咪唑啉甜菜碱的任意一种。
本发明所述烷基糖苷类阴离子表面活性剂为月桂基糖苷、椰油基糖苷的任意组合。
本发明所述C8-C14醇醚羧酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂为异辛醇聚醚羧酸钾、异构十一醇聚醚羧酸钾、异构十一醇聚醚羧酸钾、十三醇聚醚-4羧酸钾、天然C12-C14醇聚醚羧酸钾、仲C12-C14醇聚醚羧酸钾的任意组合。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明所述洗发沐浴泡沫以天然温和表面活性剂和植物提取物为配方主体,配方表活为无硫酸酯盐表活体系。所述洗发沐浴泡沫突出区别与现有儿童配方的优越处在于采用有效的助泡、消泡泡沫调节体系,改善了其作为儿童沐浴产品的使用性能:首先突出了易冲洗、低残留氨基酸表活的特征优势;同时来源于饱和碳链的醇醚羧酸钾类表活不仅用于改善体系的起泡效果,而且提供皂基的易漂洗、减滑的洗浴效果;再次,氧化胺类表活与氨基酸表活、烷基糖苷类表活复配产生乳脂状泡沫,适于儿童洗浴。
本发明所述无硫酸盐配方体系尽管以氨基酸表活为主表活,但配方巧妙地利用了酸性氨基酸表活在pH4.0-7.0弱酸性条件自增稠的特性,并由氧化胺-甘油酯黏度调体系协助增稠,解决无硫酸盐体系黏度问题。所述氧化胺-甘油酯增稠体系与椰油酰胺二乙醇胺或无机盐相比,不仅对于无硫酸盐表活配方体系增稠效果更显著,而且配方体系更温和、安全。
本发明在满足了儿童洗发沐浴泡沫产品安全性、泡沫性和黏度的基本要求基础上,油酸甘油酯替代硅油,氧化胺替代阳离子调理剂实现对头发和皮肤的适度调理性,因此本发明所述体系兼具洗发和沐浴适用功能。其中,氧化胺在酸性配方体系呈弱阳离子性,并且与头发和皮肤角朊水合,起到柔软、抗静电等多重调理作用。

本发明所述洗发沐浴泡沫组合物含有占组合物重量百分比占组合物重量百分比6.0%至15%的N-酰基氨基酸阴离子表面活性剂。所述脂酰氨基酸类表面活性剂为月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰谷氨酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠、月桂酰丙基β氨基-丙氨酸钠、椰油酰丙氨酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠、甲基椰油酰牛磺酸钠的任意组合。所述N-酰基氨基酸类阴离子表面活性剂,优选月桂基谷氨酸钠和月桂酰基甲基氨基丙酸钠4:1-1:1复配的混合物。
N-酰基氨基酸类表面活性剂,由于与本身组成结构与人的皮肤相容性最好,在包括阴离子、非离子、两性离子表面活性剂的兔眼刺激试验(Draize)中,安全性表现最好;其冲洗残留性测试也通过同位素示踪、二次泡沫试验证实残留量远低于传统的阴离子表面活性剂。因此,N-酰基氨基酸类表活为儿童无硫酸盐洗护配方体系的重要组分。其中常用的谷氨酸型、丙氨酸型、甘氨酸型、肌氨酸型以及牛磺酸型氨基酸表活,由于羧基数目和N-酰基碳链长度的差异,在配方pH范围、增稠性、泡沫性表现不同,需要不同的复配技术。本发明所述氨基酸表活适于弱酸性配方体系的谷氨酸型、丙氨酸型、肌氨酸型以及牛磺酸型;其中以谷氨酸型氨基酸表活的温和性最好,而增稠性和泡沫性较差。月桂基谷氨酸钠和月桂酰基甲基氨基丙酸钠8:1-1:1复配可以显著改善其黏度和泡沫性。
本发明所述洗发沐浴泡沫组合物含有占组合物重量百分比3.0%-10%烷基糖苷非离子表面活性剂,优选月桂基葡糖苷。月桂基葡糖苷又名十二烷基葡萄糖苷(dodecylpolyglucoside)是新型非离子表面活性剂烷基糖苷(APG)的一种,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,属泡沫力好、去污力佳的APG。无色至淡黄色透明水溶液或膏体,易溶于水,较易溶于常用有机溶剂,表面张力低、无浊点、HLB值可调、湿润力强、去污力显著、泡沫丰富细腻、无毒、无害、对皮肤无刺激,生物降解迅速彻底,可与任何类型表面活性剂复配,协同效应明显,增稠效果显著,易于稀释,使用方便。而且耐强碱、耐强酸、耐硬水、抗盐性强,并具有杀菌和提高酶活力等独特性能,是一种性能全面的绿色表面活性剂。所述烷基糖苷表面活性剂可选BASF公司的Plantacare 1200up、Plantacare 818up以及上海发凯公司的APG-0814、APG-1214。
本发明所述洗发沐浴泡沫组合物含有占组合物重量百分比3.0%-10%咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂,优选椰油酰两性醋酸钠、椰油酰咪唑啉甜菜碱。咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂是近几十年开发的一类性能优异的表面活性剂,其分子中同时含有阴、阳两种离子基,是改良型和平衡型的两性表面活性剂。其性质温和,有良好的去污、起泡和乳化性能,尤其以极低的毒性,对皮肤和眼睛的刺激性极小,发泡性很好,优异的乳化性能以及良好的生物降解性,适于儿童洗浴配方。
本发明所述洗发沐浴泡沫组合物含有占组合物重量百分比1.0%-5.0%C8-C14烷基醇醚羧酸钾,优选十三醇醚(7EO)羧酸钾。本发明所述烷基醇醚羧酸钾盐(AEC)是一类性能优异的新型绿色表面活性剂,其结构通式(R(OCH2CH2)nOCH2COONa),R为C8-C14烷基,n>3。AEC作为一种多功能的阴离子表面活性剂,结构类似于皂基,但结构中嵌入了EO链使其具有非离子表面活性剂的特点;清洁效果不受温度和硬水的影响,并且当EO数大于3,AEC的起始泡沫高度在140-155mm,起始泡沫性能与硫酸酯盐型表面活性剂AES相近;而同时AEC在皮肤刺激性测试中表现较非离子表活乙氧基化醇(AEO)更温和,其LD50为3000-4000mg/kg,适于个人护理品的香波、沐浴泡沫配方体系。
本发明所述洗发沐浴泡沫组合物含有占组合物重量百分比0.5%至3.0%氧化胺助泡剂,优选椰油酰丙基氧化胺。所述氧化胺类助泡剂易溶于水和极性有机溶剂,是一种弱阳离子型两性表面活性剂,水溶液在酸性条件中呈阳离子性,在碱性条件中呈非离子性。具有良好的增稠和抗静电、柔软、增泡、稳泡和去污性能;还具有杀菌、钙皂分散能力,且生物降解性好,属环保型日化产品。纯度合格的氧化胺类表面活性剂的急性毒性测试LD50为2000-6000mg/kg,性质温和、刺激性低,可有效地降低洗涤剂中的阴离子表面活性剂的刺激性,其中十八烷氧化胺主要用于洗发香波,使头发更为柔顺,易于梳理,富有光泽;还应用于餐具、盥洗室、建筑外墙等硬表面清洗剂中赋予产品以增稠、减少刺激和增效作用。它与传统的增稠剂6501相比,具有用量省、效率高、润湿性好、去垢力强的特点。还可赋予良好的手感和柔软性能。月桂基二甲基氧化胺则主要用于各类透明液体洗涤液,如餐具洗涤剂,沐浴泡沫等配方中作为增泡、稳泡剂,能改善增稠剂的相容性和产品的整体稳定性。具有优异的发泡、稳泡能力。耐硬水;耐强碱。十四烷基氧化胺兼具两者优势;而且本发明所述烷基氧化胺与脂酰氨基酸表活复配使用,泡沫具有乳脂效果,适宜儿童洗护体系配方的增泡。
本发明所述的洗发沐浴泡沫组合物含有重量百分比百分比0.5%-3.0%的黏度调节剂和赋脂剂油酸甘油酯。油酸甘油酯是C10-C18不饱和脂肪酸的三甘酯,与皮肤相容性极好,在敏感试验中未得到任何负面结果。
本发明所述植物提取物为马齿苋提取物或墨角藻提取物的任意组合。马齿苋提取物马齿苋提取物(INCI名称PORTULACA OLERACEA EXTRACT),现代医学研究表明马齿苋含有很多的去甲副肾素和多量的钾盐、B2、二羟基乙胺、P、二羟基苯丙氨酸及维A、C等,还有有生物碱、蒽醌苷,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗真菌和利尿、抗组胺、收缩血管等作用。可用于治疗湿疹等多种皮肤病,还可用于消除蚊虫叮咬引起的痒痛、肿胀。所述墨角藻提取物,可以为齿缘墨角藻(Fucus Serratus)提取物(INCI名称FUCUS SERRATUS EXTRACT)富含人体所需的氨基酸、多种矿物质、高含量的甘露醇等多种营养成分,可保护皮肤细胞中的线粒体,维持线粒体的正常功能和细胞的新陈代谢平衡;市售商品为产自法国布列尼塔的
本发明所述的洗发沐浴泡沫组合物适量的天然防腐剂。所述天然防腐剂优选苯甲酸钠;还可包括Acme Hardesty Co.公司的Sharon Biomix Free II Liquid:INCI Name:苯丙醇(和)甘油(和)苦橙果提取物(和)枳实橙皮提取物(和)抗坏血酸(和)乳酸(和)柠檬酸(和)水。Kemin公司的MicroCurbTMOC:INCI Name:辛酸(和)牛至叶提取物。
根据表活体系和防腐剂特性,调节体系的pH在4.0至7.0,优选pH在5.0-6.5。
下面是本发明的洗发沐浴泡沫的非限定性实例。这些实施例的给出仅仅是为了说明的目的,并不能理解为对本发明的限定,因为在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的基础上,可以对本发明进行许多改变。在这些实施例中,除非特别说明,所有的浓度都是重量百分比百分比。所用术语“少量物质”指的是任选的那些物质,如防腐剂、pH调节剂等,这些少量物质的选择将随着选定的用以制备本发明的特定成分的物理和化学特性而改变。
制备方法
本发明的洗发沐浴泡沫可以通过任何已知或其它有效的适用于提供沐浴泡沫的技术制备,制备本发明的洗发沐浴泡沫的方法包括常规的配制和混合技术。合适的制备实施例Ⅰ-Ⅹ中所述洗发沐浴泡沫的方法如下:
将适量水加入到反应罐中,加入水加热至70-80℃,加入定量的的烷基糖苷、两性醋酸钠、椰油基谷氨酸钠、醇醚羧酸钾盐、油酸甘油酯等,使这些物质充分搅拌均匀;温度降至45℃以下,再加入防腐剂继续搅拌,确保得到均匀的混合物,根据防腐体系要求调节pH至中性偏酸性。任选地最后可以加入少量水补足。
实施例Ⅰ-Ⅴ
实施例Ⅵ-Ⅹ:
功效评价
鸡胚尿囊膜表面血管丰富,非常有效的眼刺激替代方法,也是目前评价婴儿无泪配方的有效的体外替代方法。本产品开发委托外部测试机构采用终点法进行相关评价。测试方法参考<化妆品管理安全性和功效性评价>(秦钰慧主编),测试结果表明实施例I-X样品刺激积分IS分别为7.1、8.3、7.4、9.0、9.2、8.1、8.9、9.7、9.8、10,均为可判定为无刺激。
感官评价法将实施例I-X,分别发给60名测试人员对比使用。测试人员使用洗发沐浴泡沫样品时按照相同使用方法试用,每种实施例的样品各使用两周。测试者根据使用体验对样品的起泡性、温和性、涂抹性、冲洗性进行评分。起泡性采用罗氏泡沫仪辅助测评,温和性采用斑贴试验辅助测评,涂抹性采用粘度计辅助测评,冲洗性采用二次起泡法辅助测评,评分标准采用7分制,1分最差,7分最好,分数越高效果越好,最后评价结果取平均值。各实施例使用效果评价结果列于表1,可以看出本发明的洗发沐浴泡沫组合物具有更优秀的冲洗效果,并且具有良好的温和性。
发泡力测定采用Ross Miles法,参考GB/T 1378-2008表面活性剂、洗涤剂实验方法-洗涤剂发泡力的测定,泡沫起始高度高于100mm,泡沫高度越高起泡性越好。
温和性斑贴试验:取20mg样品至于斑贴扣内,直接置于受试者的前臂屈侧,24h后观察,记录观察结果:-阴性反应;±可疑反应(仅有轻度红斑);+弱阳反应(红斑、浸润、可有少量丘疹);++强阳反应(红斑、浸润、丘疹、水疱);+++极强反应(红斑、浸润明显、丘疹、出现水疱大疱);IR刺激反应。温和性与刺激性评分矫正,由阴性到刺激性温和性依次减弱。
黏度测定采用旋转式黏度计(Brookfield DV-II)测定黏度,样品黏度大于1000cps,涂抹性以3000-10000cps,不直接滴落为佳。
二次起泡法:前臂正面划2平方厘米区域,配方0.2g,于划线区域涂抹均匀,手指揉搓起泡30秒,流水冲洗1分钟后(40℃/5L/分钟),手指肚在原划线位置继续揉搓涂抹,观察起泡性,即为二次起泡。二次起泡越显著,冲洗性越差。

Claims (10)
1.一种儿童洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,由以下组分组成:
(A)占组合物重量百分比6.0%至15%的N-酰基氨基酸表面活性剂;
(B)占组合物重量百分比3.0%至10%烷基糖苷非离子表面活性剂或咪唑啉型两性离子表面活性剂;
(C)占组合物重量百分比1.0%至5.0%C8-C14醇醚羧酸钾盐泡沫调节剂;
(D)占组合物重量百分比0.5%至3.0%氧化胺类助泡增稠剂;
(E)占组合物重量百分比0.5%-3.0%的油酸甘油酯增稠赋脂剂;
(F)余量的水或水溶性植物提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,其特征在于:不添加硫酸酯盐阴离子表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,其特征在于:所述硫酸酯盐阴离子表面活性剂包括烷基硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、甘油脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、硫酸化蓖麻酸盐、环烷硫酸盐、N-酰基胺烷基硫酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,其特征在于:所述脂酰氨基酸类表面活性剂为月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰谷氨酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠、月桂酰β氨基-丙氨酸钠、椰油酰丙氨酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠、甲基椰油酰牛磺酸钠的任意组合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,其特征在于:所述C8-C14醇醚羧酸钾盐类表面活性剂为十三醇聚醚羧酸钾、异辛醇聚醚羧酸钾、异构十一醇聚醚羧酸钾、天然C12-C14醇聚醚羧酸钾、仲C12-C14醇聚醚羧酸钾的任意组合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,其特征在于:所述醇醚羧酸钾其结构通式(R(OCH2CH2)nOCH2COOK),R为C8-C14烷基,n>3。
7.根据权利要求6所述的洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,其特征在于:所述烷基氧化胺类助泡剂为椰油酰丙基氧化胺、月桂酰丙基氧化胺、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、十四烷基二甲基氧化胺、十六烷基二甲基氧化胺、十八烷基二甲基氧化胺、十二烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、十四烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、十六烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺的任意组合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,其特征在于:所述水溶性植物提取物为马齿苋提取物、墨角藻提取物的任意组合。
9.一种儿童洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,pH为5.0-6.0,由以下组分组成:
(A)占组合物重量百分比6.0%至15%的月桂酰谷氨酸钠和月桂酰基甲基β-氨基丙酸钠4:1-1:1混合物;
(B)占组合物重量百分比1.5%至5.0%的月桂酰两性乙酸钠;
(C)占组合物重量百分比1.5%至5.0%的月桂基葡萄糖苷;
(D)占组合物重量百分比3.0%至5.0%十三醇醚(7EO)羧酸钾;
(E)占组合物重量百分比1.5%至3.0%椰油酰丙基氧化胺;
(F)占组合物重量百分比1.5%至3.0%的油酸甘油酯;
(G)适量的天然防腐剂、氯化钠、香精;
(H)余量的马齿苋提取物。
10.一种儿童洗发沐浴泡沫组合物,pH为6.0-7.0,由以下组分组成:
(A)占组合物重量百分比6.0%至15%的椰油酰甲基磺酸钠;
(B)占组合物重量百分比3.0%至10%的椰油酰咪唑啉甜菜碱;
(C)占组合物重量百分比1.0%至3.0%月桂醇醚(7EO)羧酸钾;
(E)占组合物重量百分比0.5%至2.0%十二烷基二甲基氧化胺;
(F)占组合物重量百分比0.5%至2.0%的油酸甘油酯;
(G)占组合物重量百分比1.0%至2.0%的墨角藻提取物;
(H)适量的天然防腐剂、氯化钠、香精;
(I)余量的水。
