Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于农药制剂的混合溶剂，由0.5‑60％大黄素甲醛水剂和0.5‑40％白油组成。将本发明的混合溶剂可用于菊酯类农药中，在该混合溶剂体系中菊酯类有效成分的溶解性大，稳定性好。

技术领域
本发明属于农业领域，尤其是一种用于农药制剂的混合溶剂。
背景技术
目前菊酯类农药制剂加工中主要以甲醇、二甲苯和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺等有机溶剂做为溶剂，这些有机溶剂的大量应用带来了诸多问题。首先，有机溶剂在农药制剂产品的应用过程中，对防治作物和环境中都有较大的残留，给农业生产安全和环境安全造成了重大威胁。其次，利用有机溶剂甲醇、二甲苯、甲苯、苯作为溶剂生产农药产品，在生产、运输过程中存在大量安全风险，溶剂在生产应用过程中不仅对工人造成健康威胁，同时也因该类溶剂的闪点较低、挥发性快造成了易燃、易爆和损耗大的等储多问题。再次，使用常规溶剂配制的菊酯类农药制剂，在产品经时存贮过程中活性组分分解率易超标，一般12～24月分解率会达10～15％，特别是水基化制剂，包括水乳剂和微乳剂分解率高达20～40％。而行业标准一般要求2年贮存分解率小于≤5％。最后，随着社会的发展，农业生产安全意识的提高，国家出台相关的政策，对农药产品中的有机溶剂的使用进行控制，从而引导农药溶剂的选择向绿色、环保的方向发展。
发明内容
针对上述不足，本发明旨在提供一种用于农药制剂的混合溶剂，该溶剂与农药有效成分相容性好，溶解力强，适用范围广，在该溶剂体系中菊酯类农药成分经时稳定性好，对环境友好。
为了实现上述技术效果，本发明提供的技术方案是这样的：一种用于农药制剂的混合溶剂，由0.5-60％大黄素甲醛水剂和0.5-40％白油组成。
优选地，各组分所占制剂总量的质量百分比为：大黄素甲醛水剂10-40％，白油5-30％。
最优地，各组分所占制剂总量的质量百分比为：大黄素甲醛水剂20-30％，白油15-25％。
该混合溶剂不仅比白油单用的溶解度要大，且有效成分菊酯类农药在该混合溶剂体系中稳定性好。同时，该混合溶剂对靶标作物安全性好；对环境毒性低、污染小；使用成本低、增效显著的优点，更符合社会发展的需求。

一种用于农药制剂的混合溶剂，由40％大黄素甲醛水剂和5％白油组成。

一种用于农药制剂的混合溶剂，由10％大黄素甲醛水剂和30％白油组成。

一种用于农药制剂的混合溶剂，由20％大黄素甲醛水剂和25％白油组成。

一种用于农药制剂的混合溶剂，由30％大黄素甲醛水剂和15％白油组成。

3.如权利要求1所述用于农药制剂的混合溶剂，其特征在于，各组分所占制剂总量的质量百分比为：大黄素甲醛水剂20-30％，白油15-25％。
