技术领域
本发明属于过滤设备领域，特别涉及一种箱式压滤机滤板移动装置的前卡块。
背景技术
过滤设备是指用来进行过滤的机械设备或者装置，是工业生产中常见的通用滤设备总体分为真空和加压两类，真空类常用的有转筒、圆盘、水平带式等，加压类常用的有压滤、压榨、动态过滤和旋转型等，厢式压滤机是加压类过滤设备的一种，板框式的滤室有一块平板滤板和一块中空的滤框组成，滤布固定在板框上的，其工作原理是滤板的表面有麻点和凸台，用以支撑滤布，滤板的中心和边角上有通孔，组装后构成完整的通道，能通入悬浮液、洗涤水和引出滤液；滤板两侧各有把手支托在横梁上，由压紧装置压紧滤板，滤板之间的滤布起密封作用；在输料泵的压力作用下， 将需要过滤的物料液体送进各滤室，通过过滤介质也就是根据不同行业选择合适的滤布，将固体和液体分离，在滤布上形成滤渣，直至充满滤室形成滤饼，滤液穿过滤布并沿滤板沟槽流至下方出液孔通道，集中排出；过滤完毕，可通入清洗涤水洗涤滤渣；洗涤后，有时还通入压缩空气，除去剩余的洗涤液。过滤结束后打开压滤机卸除滤饼，滤饼储存在于相邻两个滤板间，清洗滤布，重新压紧板滤开始下一工作循环；在拉开滤板过程中，现有的拉开装置需要将拉开装置与滤板一个个挂接，效率低。
发明内容
针对现有的压滤机滤板拉开时存在的问题，本申请人提出了一种箱式压滤机滤板移动装置，为了实现该装置，本发明提出一种箱式压滤机滤板移动装置的前卡块，其特征在于：包括卡块体，卡块轴安装孔，弹簧挂接孔；所述的卡块体是弧形板状体；所述的卡块轴安装孔设置在卡块体下部；所述的弹簧挂接孔设置在卡块体的下部夹角部位。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于，能够实现滤板拉开装置与滤板的自动挂接。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明的技术方案，现结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式，如图1，本例中选用厚度10毫米的钢板将其制成圆弧形状作为卡块体1，上部作为卡块体1的头部，也就是与滤板侧翼接触部位；前述卡块体1的下部作为挂接弹簧部位和限位部位；在其下部夹角处将其减薄厚度，在其上制作直径5毫米的孔作为弹簧挂接孔3；在弹簧挂接孔3的上方制作直径12毫米的孔作为卡块轴安装孔2，这样就完成了本发明的实施。

1.一种箱式压滤机滤板移动装置的前卡块，其特征在于：包括卡块体，卡块轴安装孔，弹簧挂接孔；所述的卡块体是弧形板状体；所述的卡块轴安装孔设置在卡块体下部；所述的弹簧挂接孔设置在卡块体的下部夹角部位。
