Abstract
本发明公开了一种保健牙签，是由普通牙签与治
疗口腔疾病及预防上呼吸道感染疾病的中、西药物组
合而成，它能有效地防止口腔疾病及上呼吸道感染类
疾病的交叉感染，使用方便。
Description
本发明所述的一种保健牙签与口腔保健有关，口腔保健的方法有多种，如药物牙膏、保健胶姆、口腔含漱液等等，但是以牙签及药物组合用于口腔保健在国内外均未见报导。
近几年来更多的专家认为，经常使用牙签是保持口腔卫生的良好习惯，但也有人认为，牙签易造成口腔内疾病的播散。
针对上述问题本发明研制出一种由普通牙签与药物组合而成的保健药物牙签。
一种保健药物牙签，由竹、木、骨质、塑料类制成的普通牙签，将药物附着或浸透在前面所述的牙签上，从而在使用牙签的过程中起到口腔保健的作用。
本发明有如下优点：
1.经过药物处理过的牙签，能有效地防止口腔内病灶的播散、口腔内疫病的交叉感染及对上呼吸道感染疾病有预防作用。
2.使药物直接作用于口腔内病灶的局部，对牙龈炎、口腔溃疡等疾病有明显的治疗作用，比口服药物治疗用药少，见效快。
3.可去除菌斑、防止龋齿、牙周炎、牙龈出血。
4.机械性的刺激牙床，可防止牙龈萎缩。
5.使用方便、廉价，是易普及的保持口腔卫生，防止口腔疾病的方法。
以下结合实例给予说明：
普通牙签：可以是由木、竹、蔡骨、塑料类制成。常用药物如：洗泌酞、氟化亚锡、焦磷酸钙、10%氯化锶、灭滴灵、丁香油、二面针、板兰根、维生素E、30%氯化钠、叶酸等等一切可以治疗口腔、牙齿疾病的中、西药物。
方法如下：用适量的药物如75%浓度的乙醇或蒸溜水，将所述的普通牙签放入药物中浸泡约10～24小时，取样，横断牙签，以牙签全部被药液浸透为准，然后将牙签放入烘干箱内干燥，密封包装，以浸泡的方法制作保健牙签的方法称之为浸泡法。也可以用适量药物与胶质材料混合，涂布或浸沾在牙签尖端约0.5～1厘米处，烘干，密封包装，以涂布或浸沾的方法制作保健牙签的方法称之为涂布1厘米处，烘干，密封包装，以涂布或浸沾的方法制作保健牙签的方法称之为涂布法。
例如：制作治疗齿龈炎的药物牙签，采用30%氯化钠30克加蒸溜水100毫升，取竹、木质牙签100克，放入容器内浸泡，按上述的浸泡法便可制成。也可以采用0.2%Vite10毫升，叶酸100毫克，医用胶10毫升，混合搅匀，涂布或浸沾在牙签尖端，烘干制成，这种药物牙签所述的牙签以竹、木、蔡骨或塑料均可。齿龈炎是牙周病中最常见的一种类型，早期防治牙龈炎，可以有效地预防牙周炎。用带有30%氯化钠的牙签用于患处后，药物作用于牙龈的局部，使炎症减轻，主要作用机理是高浓度的氯化钠糊剂使组织脱水，减轻水肿，促进血液循环及代谢，而Vite和叶酸能改善微循环，增加血氧分压，减低血管通透性。
又如：制作治疗牙本质过敏的药物牙签，采用10%氯化锶10克，加75%乙醇100毫升，用竹、木质牙签100克，以浸泡法制作而成。也可采用10%氯化锶10克，加医用胶10毫升混合搅匀，塑料牙签100克，以涂布法制成。
再如制作牙周炎防治药物牙签，采用灭滴灵原药10克加水100毫升，竹、木质牙签1000克，以浸泡法制成。
以上各种药均可用浸泡法或涂布法与普通牙签结合，用于防治口腔疾病，如使用氟化钠与单氟磷酸等量混合后，用上述的浸泡法或涂布法制成的牙签可以用来预防龋齿，主要作用机理是该药物减少菌斑的产酸能力，并增强了牙釉、牙的含氟量和抗酸能力及抗蛋白酶的能力。
Claims (2)
1、一种保健牙签，牙签可以是竹、木、骨质、塑料类为材料，其特征在于：所述的牙签以附着或浸透方法与药物组合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的保健牙签，其特征在于：所述的药物可是：洗泌酞、氟化亚锡、焦磷酸钙、氟化锶、灭滴灵、硼酸、丁香油、二面针、板兰根、维生素E、氯化钠、叶酸等等治疗口腔疾病及预防上呼吸道感染疾病的中、西药物。
