Abstract
一种脱除香烟烟气中有害物质用吸附剂是由天然或合成低硅铝比(>2.5)的沸石分子筛与高硅铝比(>40)的分子筛按前者为60~90%,后者为10~40%的重量比调配均匀制成。该吸附剂以0.02~0.20g/支的量加入到普通滤嘴香烟的滤嘴中,可降低香烟烟气中焦油的重量达42%以上,烟碱的含量达31%以上,且可有效地除去烟气中的CO,醛类、芳烃等有害物质。
Description
本发明涉及一种分子筛吸附剂,具体地说是提供一种能有效地脱除香烟烟气中主要有害物质用的分子筛吸附剂。
长期以来,为降低或消除香烟烟气中的有害物质,如焦油、烟碱等的毒害,人们进行了大量地努力,并采取了各种措施和方法,其最简单且被广为采用的技术是在香烟上加一由醋酸纤维制的过滤嘴。但由于该方法尚不能有效地排除香烟烟气中的有害物质,因此又不断提出改进香烟过滤嘴性能的技术。如在过滤嘴前增加一层活性炭或活性炭纤维吸附层,在过滤嘴中加入蒙脱石、沸石等吸附剂(CN92105073.9),及用分子筛吸附剂(JP1990年308784)等技术。但已有技术对香烟烟气中的有毒害物,如芳烃、醛类等的脱除能力较低。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能有效地脱除香烟烟气中主要有害物质、焦油、烟碱及醛类、芳烃、CO等的吸附剂。同时采用这种技术,能保持吸烟烟劲、改善口感。
本发明的脱除香烟烟气中有害物质用吸附剂,仍然是采用沸石分子筛作为吸附剂,其特征在于是选用高硅比分子筛与天然或合成低硅铝比沸石分子铝筛按一定比例配合构成的复合分子筛吸附剂。天然或合成低硅铝比沸石分子筛可选用硅铝比大于2.5(2.5~10)的X型、Y型或丝光沸石,而高硅铝比分子筛可利用X型、Y型、丝光沸石或ZSM-5沸石经脱铝处理制备成硅铝经大于40(40~200)的分子筛,两种分子筛按低硅铝比分子筛60~90%,高硅铝比分子筛10~40%的重量比配合,再经充分混合均匀,制成微粒状(50~80目),或粉末状(80~100目),即为本发明的吸附剂。
本发明的吸附剂,其使用方法十分简便,可在香烟过滤嘴的制备过程中将上述本发明的吸附剂粉末调制成浆液,均匀地涂在制滤嘴的原料纤维纸上或将吸附剂颗粒层填入醛酸纤维滤嘴中间,再按常规工艺制成香烟过滤嘴。本发明的吸附剂的使用量很少,约每支香烟中含0.02-0.20g。由于本发明的吸附剂具有高选择吸附性能,所以不仅仅可以从香烟烟气中脱除大量焦油和烟碱(尼古丁),同时还可以脱除CO、乙醛、丙烯醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等各种有害物质成份。下面通过实例对本发明的技术给予进一步详细地说明。
实例1.本发明吸附剂的制备
1.用商品X型、Y型分子筛或采用天然或合成丝光沸石(硅铝>2.5)作为低硅铝比沸石原料;
2.用上述的X型和Y型沸石用EDTA溶液处理,丝光沸石和ZSM-5沸石用2NHCl进行脱铝处理(处理液用量约为固体原料的3倍),反复进行3次以上,得到硅/铝>40的高硅铝比沸石分子筛;
3.将1的低硅铝比沸石与2的高硅铝比沸石按一定重量比配合,再经粉碎成80-100目粉末或50-80目微粒,即制成本发明的吸附剂。具体的吸附剂1、2、3、4的组成如表1:

比较例1:分子筛吸附剂的制备
作为比较,按实例1的方法所制得的分子筛,按不同比例配合制备出比较例的1、2、3、4吸附剂,其组成也列于表1中。
实例2,本发明吸附剂性能
利用实例1所制备的1、2、3、4吸附剂,可加入少量(2%)粘结剂(羧甲基纤维素钠)和适量的水调配成20%-50%浆液,在过滤嘴成型机上,均匀地涂到纤维基纸上,制成含有吸附剂的滤嘴,并切成10mm长,与普通醋酸纤维滤嘴10mm组合在一起制成复合香烟滤嘴。
使用上述滤嘴制成香烟,利用常规分析香烟烟气各种成份的方法,分析香烟烟气通过加有本发明吸附剂的滤嘴后的成份,其结果列于表2。
比较例2,本发明以外的技术对香烟烟气过滤的性能。
按实例2的方法,利用比较例1所制备的1、2、3、4吸附剂制成香烟。再利用普通制滤嘴香烟技术,制备醋酸纤维滤嘴为20mm的普通香烟,及按实例1的纤维基纸10mm与醋酸纤维10mm的滤嘴,再制成白嘴香烟。
将上述所制成的各种香烟与实例2在相同条件下进行同样的试验,其通过滤嘴后烟气成份的结果同列于表2。

由表2的结果表明,在滤嘴香烟中加入本发明的吸附剂,其烟气中的焦油和烟碱的含量可以降低42%及31%以上。且可有效地除去烟气中有害物质如,CO、乙醛、丙烯醛、芳烃等。此外,由于本发明的吸附剂成本低(每支烟成本约增加0.3分),滤嘴制备过程简单,因此,易于在工业生产中采用,能收到显著的社会效益和经济效益。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于脱除香烟烟气中有害物质的吸附剂,主要含有天然或合成的低硅铝比Si/Al=2.5~10的沸石分子筛,其特征在于:还含有高硅铝比Si/Al=40~200的沸石分子筛,其组成重量百分比为低硅铝比分子筛60~90%,高硅铝比分子筛10~40%;所述高硅铝比分子筛是由低硅铝比沸石分子筛经EDTA或HCl溶液进行脱铝处理得到的。
