Abstract
本发明公开了用于血液透析机的消毒液,主要包括柠檬酸、过氧乙酸、除钙剂、除铁剂;柠檬酸具有良好的杀灭细菌芽胞的作用,并可有效杀灭血液透析机管路中污染的细菌芽孢;过氧乙酸具有很强的氧化作用,可将菌体蛋白质氧化而使微生物死亡。对多种微生物,包括芽孢及病毒都有高效、快速的杀菌作用。冰乙酸是化工原料和化学试剂,主要作用是净水材料,作为金属表面处理剂。除铁剂连二亚硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠加水按一定的比例混合成溶液,对机器管路进行清洗。本发明具有很好的实用性,不仅能防止血液透析患者在治疗中的交叉感染,同时也是机器正常运转的保障,降低对机器本身的损害,避免对环境的污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于血液透析机的消毒液,属于消毒液制造技术领域。
背景技术
虽然细菌、病毒不能穿过完整的透析膜,但透析过程中会有透析膜破裂的风险,仍然会有细菌、病毒进入血液的可能。细菌的二次产物内毒素部分能够通过完整的透析膜,进入体内,给患者带来严重的影响。少量内毒素进入体内会导致微炎性反应增加白介素、细胞因子等,从而带来一些长期反应。大量内毒素可引起透析过程中的急性反应,如发热、恶心、抽搐、搔痒甚至休克,导致生命危险,因此需要提供一款针对血液透析机的消毒液,来避免上述情况。

本发明提供用于血液透析机的消毒液。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明用于血液透析机的消毒液,包括以下重量份的制备原料:柠檬酸10-30份、过氧乙酸5-10份、除钙剂5-10份、除铁剂5-10份、其余为纯化水。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,包括以下重量份的制备原料:柠檬酸25份、过氧乙酸10份、除钙剂5份、除铁剂5份、其余为纯化水。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,除钙剂是由固体柠檬酸、冰乙酸按1:1的比例混合而成的复合物。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,除铁剂是由连二亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠和水按1:1:2的比例混合而成的复合物。
本发明还提供了用于血液透析机的消毒液制备方法:将柠檬酸、过氧乙酸、除钙剂、除铁剂混合搅拌,封存于阴凉处。
其中柠檬酸是有机酸中第一大酸。用于杀菌,柠蒙酸与80℃温度联合作用,具有良好的杀灭细菌芽孢的作用,并可有效杀灭血液透析机管路中污染的细菌芽孢。
过氧乙酸具有很强的氧化作用,可将菌体蛋白质氧化而使微生物死亡。对多种微生物,包括芽孢及病毒都有高效、快速的杀菌作用。是国家卫生部许可的高效灭菌消毒剂。
冰乙酸是化工原料和化学试剂,主要作用是净水材料,作为金属表面处理剂。
除铁剂连二亚硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠加水按一定的比例混合成溶液,对机器管路进行清洗。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明具有很好的实用性,针对血液透析仪容易出现的机器污染和交叉感染等问题,主要原料为柠檬酸,柠檬酸具有良好的杀灭细菌芽孢的作用,并可有效杀灭血液透析机管路中污染的细菌芽孢,不仅能防止血液透析患者在治疗中的交叉感染,同时也是机器正常运转的保障;并且所使用材料,均是符合标准的,降低对机器本身的损害,避免对环境的污染,并且能对机器内部进行很好的清洁、消毒。

实施例1
本发明用于血液透析机的消毒液,包括以下重量份的制备原料:柠檬酸10-30份、过氧乙酸5-10份、除钙剂5-10份、除铁剂5-10份、其余为纯化水。

除钙剂是由固体柠檬酸、冰乙酸按1:1的比例混合而成的复合物。
除铁剂是由连二亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠和水按1:1:2的比例混合而成的复合物。
用于血液透析机的消毒液的制备方法:将柠檬酸、过氧乙酸、次氯酸钠、除钙剂、除铁剂混合搅拌,封存于阴凉处。
本发明用于血液透析机的消毒液,包括柠蒙酸、过氧乙酸、除钙剂、除铁剂;
柠檬酸:机酸中第一大酸。用于杀菌,柠蒙酸与80℃温度联合作用,具有良好的杀灭细菌芽胞的作用,并可有效杀灭血液透析机管路中污染的细菌芽胞。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于血液透析机的消毒液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的制备原料:柠檬酸25份、过氧乙酸10份、除钙剂5份、除铁剂5份、其余为纯化水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于血液透析机的消毒液,其特征在于,所述的除钙剂是由固体柠檬酸、冰乙酸按1:1的比例混合而成的复合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于血液透析机的消毒液,其特征在于,所述的除铁剂是由连二亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠和水按1:1:2的比例混合而成的复合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于血液透析机的消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,将柠檬酸、过氧乙酸、除钙剂、除铁剂混合搅拌,封存于阴凉处。
