技术领域
本发明涉及助燃剂领域,具体涉及一种汽车专用汽油助燃剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的发展,汽油市场价格的提高,助燃剂的发展也是越来越受到欢迎,不仅要求能有效提高汽车的燃油率,且不易发生金属沉淀,造成油垢,但是现有的助燃剂由于添加了各种添加剂,对于环境方面来说具有一定的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足而提供一种汽车专用汽油助燃剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案包括:一种汽车专用汽油助燃剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:PAO聚ɑ稀烃合成油25-35份、环烷油5-10份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚3-5份、硫化棉籽油5-7份、甲醇4-8份、碳酸二甲酯5-9份、磷酸三甲酚酯4-8份、磷酸三(甲苯酯)异丙基硫化磷酸酯 2-4份、聚四氟乙烯3-6份、MTBE 3-6份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:其制备方法如下:
A、将PAO聚ɑ稀烃合成油、环烷油和硫化棉籽油进行混合搅拌,搅拌速率为560-760r/min,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物A;
B、将碳酸二甲酯、磷酸三甲酚酯和磷酸三(甲苯酯)异丙基硫化磷酸酯加入甲醇中进行溶解,采用超声波进行处理,水温设为35-40℃,10-15min后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入混合物A中进行混合,加入聚四氟乙烯后在缓慢加入MTBE,通过离心机处理,频率设为8600-9400HZ,得产物。
本发明的有益效果:本发明材料易得,制作方法简单,助燃效果好,有效提高助燃率,具有一定的去污效果,阻止油垢沉淀,抗氧化能力强,有效防锈,且具有一定的防爆效果。

实施例1
一种汽车专用汽油助燃剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:PAO聚ɑ稀烃合成油28份、环烷油7份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚5份、硫化棉籽油6份、甲醇5份、碳酸二甲酯6份、磷酸三甲酚酯7份、磷酸三(甲苯酯)异丙基硫化磷酸酯 3份、聚四氟乙烯5份、MTBE 4份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将PAO聚ɑ稀烃合成油、环烷油和硫化棉籽油进行混合搅拌,搅拌速率为760r/min,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物A;
B、将碳酸二甲酯、磷酸三甲酚酯和磷酸三(甲苯酯)异丙基硫化磷酸酯加入甲醇中进行溶解,采用超声波进行处理,水温设为37℃,13min后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入混合物A中进行混合,加入聚四氟乙烯后在缓慢加入MTBE,通过离心机处理,频率设为8800HZ,得产物。
实施例2
一种汽车专用汽油助燃剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:PAO聚ɑ稀烃合成油25份、环烷油10份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚3份、硫化棉籽油7份、甲醇4份、碳酸二甲酯9份、磷酸三甲酚酯4份、磷酸三(甲苯酯)异丙基硫化磷酸酯 4份、聚四氟乙烯3份、MTBE 6份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将PAO聚ɑ稀烃合成油、环烷油和硫化棉籽油进行混合搅拌,搅拌速率为560r/min,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物A;
B、将碳酸二甲酯、磷酸三甲酚酯和磷酸三(甲苯酯)异丙基硫化磷酸酯加入甲醇中进行溶解,采用超声波进行处理,水温设为40℃,10min后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入混合物A中进行混合,加入聚四氟乙烯后在缓慢加入MTBE,通过离心机处理,频率设为9400HZ,得产物。
实施例3
一种汽车专用汽油助燃剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:PAO聚ɑ稀烃合成油30份、环烷油8份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚4份、硫化棉籽油6份、甲醇7份、碳酸二甲酯8份、磷酸三甲酚酯6份、磷酸三(甲苯酯)异丙基硫化磷酸酯 3份、聚四氟乙烯5份、MTBE 5份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将PAO聚ɑ稀烃合成油、环烷油和硫化棉籽油进行混合搅拌,搅拌速率为660r/min,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物A;
B、将碳酸二甲酯、磷酸三甲酚酯和磷酸三(甲苯酯)异丙基硫化磷酸酯加入甲醇中进行溶解,采用超声波进行处理,水温设为37℃,15min后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入混合物A中进行混合,加入聚四氟乙烯后在缓慢加入MTBE,通过离心机处理,频率设为9200HZ,得产物。
实施例4
一种汽车专用汽油助燃剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:PAO聚ɑ稀烃合成油35份、环烷油5份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚5份、硫化棉籽油5份、甲醇8份、碳酸二甲酯5份、磷酸三甲酚酯8份、磷酸三(甲苯酯)异丙基硫化磷酸酯4份、聚四氟乙烯6份、MTBE 3份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将PAO聚ɑ稀烃合成油、环烷油和硫化棉籽油进行混合搅拌,搅拌速率为760r/min,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物A;
B、将碳酸二甲酯、磷酸三甲酚酯和磷酸三(甲苯酯)异丙基硫化磷酸酯加入甲醇中进行溶解,采用超声波进行处理,水温设为35℃,15min后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入混合物A中进行混合,加入聚四氟乙烯后在缓慢加入MTBE,通过离心机处理,频率设为8600HZ,得产物。
以上实施例中,实施例3为最佳实施例,阻燃效果好,抗氧效果强;上述步骤C中通过离心机处理,能有效提高分散性。

A、将PAO聚ɑ稀烃合成油、环烷油和硫化棉籽油进行混合搅拌,搅拌速率为560-760r/min,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得混合物A;
B、将碳酸二甲酯、磷酸三甲酚酯和磷酸三(甲苯酯)异丙基硫化磷酸酯加入甲醇中进行溶解,采用超声波进行处理,水温设为35-40℃,10-15min后得混合物B;
C、将混合物B加入混合物A中进行混合,加入聚四氟乙烯后在缓慢加入MTBE,通过离心机处理,频率设为8600-9400HZ,得产物。
