Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of broadcast television equipment, in particular to a device and a method for supporting video and audio transcoding of dual-audio output, which comprises a main board, a front panel, a dual-audio output processing board and a power panel, wherein the main board, the front panel, the dual-audio output processing board and the power panel are arranged in a shell, and are connected with the main board through leads; the main board comprises a main control CPU unit, an audio/video decoding unit, a code stream processing unit, a Tuner processing unit and a CAM card processing unit; the double-audio output function is added on the existing video-audio transcoder, so that one path of the double-audio output function decodes an original audio-video program and then encodes and outputs an audio-video signal, the other path of the double-audio output function extracts an audio signal of the original audio-video program, the original audio signal is directly transmitted, and the double-path audio signal is multiplexed with the recoded video signal and then output, thereby realizing double-audio output; the device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, great improvement of working efficiency, cost saving and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of broadcast television equipment, in particular to a device and a method for video and audio transcoding supporting dual audio output.
Background
The broadcast television network in China basically completes digital transformation, and meanwhile, high definition is being realized rapidly. Television programs are transmitted by adopting TS (Transport Stream) code stream signals of video and audio compression coding, so video and audio coding equipment is widely adopted at the front end of operators. In view of the wide variety of different set top boxes of front end users of operators such as a cable network, IPTV and the like, the supported audio decoding formats are different, some of the set top boxes can only support the MPEG1/2 audio compression coding format, and other set top boxes can also support DD (Dolby Digital) or DD+ (Dolby Digital Plus) audio compression coding formats. In order to adapt to the audio decoding of the set top box as many as possible and meet the requirement of part of the set top boxes on high-quality audio decoding, if a device and a method for supporting video-audio transcoding of double audio output can be developed, double audio signals can be provided for the set top boxes to select and decode, wherein one path is a recoded audio signal, and the other path is an original audio signal transmitted and output through, the use experience of operators users is greatly improved, and the user satisfaction is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at overcoming the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, and provides a device and a method for supporting double-audio output video and audio transcoding.
1. s3: multiplexing the recoded audio and video compression signals into audio and video code streams, extracting a PCR reference clock of the audio and video code streams every time interval under the control of a CPU, and locking a local 27MHz counting clock to the PCR reference clock so as to generate a local PCR reference clock;
s4: the compressed program sent to the audio/video decoding unit is simultaneously sent to the audio two-pass transmission processing unit of the double-audio processing board, TS packet filtering is firstly carried out, audio PES program packets are extracted, then the audio PES program packets are stored and buffered, the size of the stored buffer is adjusted according to a time value set by a user, and meanwhile, the original PCR clock of the audio PES program packets is replaced by the generated local PCR reference clock, so that lip synchronization is realized;
s5: multiplexing the audio PES program packet and the recoded audio and video code stream in a double-audio and video multiplexing output unit, and then sending the multiplexed audio and video program packet and the recoded audio and video code stream to a code stream processing unit of a main board to complete code stream format conversion and output audio and video code stream signals containing one-channel video and two-channel audio.

s4: the compressed program sent to the audio/video decoding unit is simultaneously sent to the audio two-pass transmission processing unit of the double-audio processing board, TS packet filtering is firstly carried out, audio PES program packets are extracted, then the audio PES program packets are stored and buffered, the size of the stored buffer is adjusted according to a time value set by a user, and meanwhile, the original PCR clock of the audio PES program packets is replaced by the generated local PCR reference clock, so that lip synchronization is realized;

The invention has the following advantages: the method realizes that one path decodes an original audio and video program and then encodes and outputs an audio and video signal through a built-in audio and video decoding function, a double audio output processing function and a code stream processing function, and the other path extracts the audio signal of the original audio and video program and directly transmits the original audio signal. The double-channel audio signal is multiplexed with the recoded video signal and then output, thereby realizing double-audio output. The embedded IC integrated circuit realizes high integration and low cost of the product.
The device and the method for supporting the double-audio output video and audio transcoding have the advantages of simple structure, low cost, great improvement of working efficiency, cost saving and the like by adding the function of supporting the double-audio output on the existing video and audio transcoder.

A method for supporting audio-video transcoding for dual audio output, comprising: in order to reduce the complexity and cost of the dual-audio processing equipment and simultaneously maintain the original tone quality of audio, dual-audio output is realized, and the following method steps are adopted:
s1: the audio/video decoding unit is used for completing the audio/video decoding of the compressed program and outputting a baseband audio/video signal;
s2: the decoded baseband audio and video signals are sent to a double-audio processing board for audio and video recoding, wherein the video recoding unit finishes the video coding of the H.264 format or the MPEG2 format, and the audio recoding unit finishes recoding of the audio formats such as the MPEG1/2 or the AAC;
s3: multiplexing the recoded audio and video compression signals into audio and video code streams, extracting a PCR reference clock of the audio and video code streams every time interval under the control of a CPU, and locking a local 27MHz counting clock to the PCR reference clock so as to generate a local PCR reference clock;
