Abstract
The invention discloses a plug wire connection metal terminal with a button, which is provided with a base; forming welding feet on the base; the arc-shaped elastic part is formed by bending back in the front direction of the base, the tail end of the arc-shaped elastic part extends back to form an elastic sheet which is inclined upwards and backwards so as to provide a contact point for connecting a plug wire, and a button is formed on the side edge of the elastic sheet. The invention also discloses a plug wire connector with the button, which consists of a metal terminal and a rubber core seat; the rubber core seat is square, and the metal terminal is fixed in the accommodating cavity. The invention has simpler structure, is convenient to install and fix, ensures the electric connection of the plug wires, is convenient for the plug wires to be repeatedly inserted and pulled out, and is convenient for the disassembly of the plug wires.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technology of an electric connector, in particular to a plug wire connection metal terminal with a button and the connector.
Background
Among the prior art, be suitable for the connector structure of plug wire connection comparatively complicated, the material quantity is big, and the cost is higher, and the plug wire is accomplished and is connected the equipment back and is difficult to extract again, usually needs to help with the help of instrument or auxiliary structure, just can extract the plug wire, and the troublesome operation also further causes the structure complicated. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plug wire connecting metal terminal with a button and a connector, which have simpler structures and are convenient for plug wire insertion and extraction.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical scheme of the present invention is as follows:
a wire plug connection metal terminal with a button is provided with a base; forming welding feet on the base; the arc-shaped elastic part is formed by bending the base back in the front direction, the tail end of the arc-shaped elastic part extends backwards to form an elastic sheet which is inclined upwards and backwards to provide a contact point for connecting a plug wire, and a button is formed on the side edge (beside the contact point) of the elastic sheet.
The front end and the rear end of the base are bent downwards to form welding legs, the tail ends of the welding legs at the rear end are further bent upwards to form support plates, the tops of the support plates are bent forwards horizontally to form upper contact surfaces parallel to the base, the upper contact surfaces are located on the elastic pieces and avoid the buttons, and an insertion gap is formed between the upper contact surfaces and the elastic pieces so as to provide upper and lower double contacts for plug wire connection.
A plug wire connector with a button consists of a metal terminal and a rubber core seat; the metal terminal is provided with a base, a welding leg is formed on the base, a circular arc-shaped elastic part is formed by bending the welding leg backwards in the front direction of the base, the tail end of the circular arc-shaped elastic part extends backwards to form an elastic sheet obliquely upwards and backwards to provide a contact for plug wire connection, and a button is formed on the side edge (beside the contact) of the elastic sheet; the rubber core seat is square, and is provided with a containing cavity which is penetrated from front to back, the metal terminal is fixed in the containing cavity, the welding leg stretches out from the bottom of the rubber core seat so as to be connected with the circuit board, the elastic sheet and the top of the rubber core seat form an inserting gap, and the rubber core seat is provided with a pressing window corresponding to the button so as to facilitate pressing operation.
The base side of metal terminal forms the barb, and metal terminal is with the cooperation of gum core seat inner wall, and fastening in the gum core seat with the help of the barb.
The front end and the rear end of the base are bent downwards to form welding legs, the tail ends of the welding legs at the rear end are also bent upwards vertically to form supporting plates, the tops of the supporting plates are bent forwards horizontally to form upper contact surfaces parallel to the base, the upper contact surfaces are located on the elastic sheets and avoid the buttons, an insertion gap is formed between the upper contact surfaces and the elastic sheets so as to provide upper and lower double contacts for plug wire connection, and the upper contact surfaces are attached to the tops of the rubber core bases.
The upper contact surface is provided with a barb, the top of the rubber core seat is provided with a hook groove, and the upper contact surface is fixed at the top of the rubber core seat by means of the cooperation of the barb and the hook groove.
The front end of the rubber core seat forms a retaining wall corresponding to the arc-shaped elastic part so as to provide a propping force when the arc-shaped elastic part deforms and further ensure that the elastic sheet is electrically connected with the plug wire.
After the scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the metal terminal is simpler in structure, and the whole connector is simpler in structure and convenient to install and fix. The elastic sheet is matched with a component above the elastic sheet (can be a rubber core seat or other components corresponding to the position of the elastic sheet) to clamp the plug wire, and is matched with the circular arc-shaped elastic part to press the plug wire upwards, so that the electric connection of the plug wire is ensured. When the plug wire is required to be pulled out, the contact of the elastic piece and the plug wire is driven to move downwards only by pressing the button, so that the plug wire can be pulled out. The invention is convenient for repeatedly inserting and extracting the plug wire and convenient for disassembling the plug wire.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a wire-plugging metal terminal 10 with a button according to an embodiment of the present invention has a base 11. Forming fillets 12 on the base 11; the arc-shaped elastic part 13 is formed by bending the base 11 backwards in the front direction, the tail end of the arc-shaped elastic part 13 extends backwards to form the elastic piece 14, the elastic piece 14 is inclined upwards and backwards, the inclined design can guide the insertion of the plug wire 30 and provide a contact point for connecting the plug wire 30, and the side edge (the side of the contact point) of the elastic piece 14 forms the button 15.
In accordance with the first embodiment of the metal terminal 10, the invention further discloses a plug wire connector 100 with a button, which is composed of the metal terminal 10 and the plastic core holder 20. The structure of the metal terminal 10 is as described above, and thus will not be described in detail. The die pad 20 has a square cylindrical shape with a receiving cavity 21 penetrating from front to back, the metal terminal 10 is fixed in the receiving cavity 21, the soldering leg 12 extends from the bottom 22 of the die pad 20 to be connected with a circuit board (conventional component, not shown in the figure), the spring plate 14 and the top 23 of the die pad 20 form an insertion gap D1, and the die pad 20 is provided with a pressing window 24 corresponding to the button 15 to facilitate the pressing operation.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, in the second embodiment of the wire inserting connection metal terminal 10 with a button according to the present invention, the solder leg 12 is further designed at the front and rear ends of the base 11 based on the first embodiment, that is, the front and rear ends of the base 11 are bent downward to form the solder leg 12, the tail end of the solder leg 12 at the rear end is further bent upward vertically to form the support plate 16, the top of the support plate 16 is further bent forward horizontally to form an upper contact surface 17 parallel to the base 11, the upper contact surface 17 is located above the spring plate 14, but the upper contact surface 17 should avoid the button 15 to facilitate the pressing operation, and an insertion gap D2 is formed between the upper contact surface 17 and the spring plate 14 to provide the upper and lower dual contacts for connecting the wire inserting 30.
In view of the fact that the terminal ends of the solder feet 12 at the rear end of the base 11 are also formed with the support plate 16 and the upper contact surface 17, the upper contact surface 17 of the embodiment should be abutted against the top 23 of the core print 20 to ensure good contact between the upper contact surface 17 and the plug wire 30, the second embodiment of the present invention further discloses a plug wire connector 100 with a button.
In the above two embodiments of the metal terminal 10, in order to ensure the stability of installation, the present invention further forms barbs 18 on the side of the base 11, and the metal terminal 10 is fastened in the die pad 20 by the barbs 18 matching with the inner wall of the die pad 20. The upper contact surface 17 is formed with barbs 19, and the top 23 of the cartridge 20 is formed with a hook slot 25, and the upper contact surface 17 is fixed on the top 23 of the cartridge 20 by means of the cooperation of the barbs 19 and the hook slot 25.
In addition, the front end of the rubber core seat 21 is also provided with the retaining wall 26 corresponding to the circular arc-shaped elastic part 13, and the retaining wall 26 can provide a propping force when the circular arc-shaped elastic part 13 is deformed, so that the elastic sheet 14 is further ensured to be electrically connected with the plug wire 30.
The metal terminal 10 of the present invention has a simpler structure, and the whole connector 100 has a simpler structure and is convenient to install and fix. When the plug wire 30 is used, the elastic sheet 14 is matched with a component above the elastic sheet (the top 23 of the rubber core seat 20 or other components corresponding to the position of the elastic sheet 14) to clamp the plug wire 30, and the arc-shaped elastic part 13 is matched to press the plug wire 30 upwards, so that the electrical connection of the plug wire 30 is ensured. When the plug wire 30 is required to be pulled out, the contact between the elastic piece 14 and the plug wire 30 is driven to move downwards only by pressing the button 15, so that the plug wire 30 can be pulled out, and the operation is convenient.
